8:1
ወኮነ፡ እምድኅረ፡ ዕሥራ፡ ዓመት፡ ሐነፀ፡ ሰሎሞን፡ ቤተ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ ወቤተ፡ መንግሥቱ።
所羅門建造耶和華殿和王宮，二十年才完畢了。
At the end of twenty years, in which Solomon had built Yahweh’s house and his own house,
8:2
ወአህጉሪሁኒ፡ እለ፡ ወሀቦ፡ ኪራም፡ ንጉሠ፡ ጢሮስ፡ ለሰሎሞን፡ ሐነፀ፡ ወአኅደሮሙ፡ ህየ፡ ለደቂቀ፡ እስራኤል።
以後所羅門重新修築希蘭送給他的那些城邑，使以色列人住在那裏。
Solomon built the cities which Huram had given to Solomon, and caused the children of Israel to dwell there.
8:3
ወበጽሐ፡ ሰሎሞን፡ እስከ፡ ደወለ፡ ኤማት፡ ወሳባዕ፡ ወአጽንዐ።
所羅門往哈馬瑣巴去，攻取了那地方。
Solomon went to Hamath Zobah, and prevailed against it.
8:4
ወሐነፃ፡ ለታድምር፡ በገዳም፡ ወኵሎን፡ አህጉረ፡ ጽኑዓተ፡ ሐነፀ፡ በብሔረ፡ ኤማት።
所羅門建造曠野裏的達莫，又建造哈馬所有的積貨城，
He built Tadmor in the wilderness, and all the storage cities, which he built in Hamath.
8:5
ወሐነፀ፡ ካዕበ፡ ቤቴሮን፡ ላዕላይተ፡ ወቤቴሮን፡ ታሕታይተ፡ አህጉረ፡ ጽኑዓተ፡ ወገብረ፡ ሎቶን፡ አረፍተ፡ ወአናቅጸ፡ ወመናሥግተ።
又建造上伯‧和崙、下伯‧和崙作為保障，都有牆，有門，有閂；
Also he built Beth Horon the upper and Beth Horon the lower, fortified cities with walls, gates, and bars;
8:6
ዓዲ፡ ካዕበ፡ ገብረ፡ በብሔረ፡ በላዖት፡ ወለኵሎን፡ አህጉር፡ ጽኑዓት፡ እለ፡ ኮንዎ፡ ለሰሎሞን፡ ወለኵሎን፡ አህጉረ፡ ሠረገላት፡ ወለኵሎን፡ አህጉረ፡ አፍራስ፡ ወከኵሉ፡ ዘሐለየ፡ ወዘፈቀደ፡ ሰሎሞን፡ ከመ፡ ኵሉ፡ ዘሐለየ፡ ከመ፡ ይሕንፅ፡ በኢየሩሳሌም፡ ወበሊባኖስ፡ ወበኵሉ፡ መንግሥቱ፡ ፈጸመ።
又建造巴拉和所有的積貨城，並屯車輛馬兵的城，與耶路撒冷、黎巴嫩，以及自己治理的全國中所願意建造的。
and Baalath, and all the storage cities that Solomon had, and all the cities for his chariots, the cities for his horsemen, and all that Solomon desired to build for his pleasure in Jerusalem, in Lebanon, and in all the land of his dominion.
8:7
ወለኵሎሙ፡ ሕዝብ፡ እለ፡ ተርፉ፡ እምኬጤዎን፡ ወእምአሞሬዎን፡ ወእምፌርዜዎን፡ ወእምኤዌዎን፡ ወእምኢያቡሌዎን፡ እለ፡ ኢኮነ፡ ኍልቆሙ፡ እምደቂቀ፡ እስራኤል።
至於國中所剩下不屬以色列人的赫人、亞摩利人、比利洗人、希未人、耶布斯人，
As for all the people who were left of the Hittites, the Amorites, the Perizzites, the Hivites, and the Jebusites, who were not of Israel—
8:8
ወእለ፡ ተወልዱ፡ እምደቂቆሙ፡ ወእምእለ፡ ተርፉ፡ እምደቂቆሙ፡ እምድኅሬሆሙ፡ ውስተ፡ ምድሮሙ፡ እለ፡ ኢቀተልዎሙ፡ ደቂቀ፡ እስራኤል፡ ወአዕረጎሙ፡ ሰሎሞን፡ ወአዘዞሙ፡ የሀቡ፡ ግብረ፡ እስከ፡ ዛቲ፡ ዕለት።
就是以色列人未曾滅絕的，所羅門挑取他們的後裔作服苦的奴僕，直到今日。
of their children who were left after them in the land, whom the children of Israel didn’t consume—of them Solomon conscripted forced labor to this day.
8:9
ወእምደቂቀ፡ እስራኤል፡ ኢነሥአ፡ ሎቱ፡ ሰሎሞን፡ አግብርተ፡ በመንግሥቱ፡ እስመ፡ እደው፡ ጸናዕት፡ መስተቃትላን፡ እሙንቱ፡ መላእክተ፡ ሠረገላት፡ ወመስተፅዕናን።
惟有以色列人，所羅門不使他們當奴僕做工，乃是作他的戰士、軍長的統領、車兵長、馬兵長。
But of the children of Israel, Solomon made no servants for his work, but they were men of war, chief of his captains, and rulers of his chariots and of his horsemen.
8:10
ወእሉ፡ እሙንቱ፡ መላእክተ፡ ትእዛዛቲሁ፡ ለሰሎሞን፡ ንጉሥ፡ ክልኤቱ፡ ምእት፡ ወኃምሳ፡ እለ፡ ይቀውሙ፡ በላዕለ፡ ግብር፡ በላዕለ፡ ኵሉ፡ አሕዛብ።
所羅門王有二百五十督工的，監管工人。
These were the chief officers of King Solomon, even two-hundred fifty, who ruled over the people.
8:11
ወለወለተ፡ ፈርዖነሂ፡ አዕረጋ፡ ሰሎሞን፡ እምሀገረ፡ ዳዊት፡ ወአብኣ፡ ውስተ፡ ቤት፡ ዘሐነፀ፡ ላቲ፡ እስመ፡ ይቤ፡ ሰሎሞን፡ ንጉሥ፡ ኢተኀድር፡ ብእሲትየ፡ ውስተ፡ ሀገረ፡ ዳዊት፡ ንጉሠ፡ እስራኤል፡ እስመ፡ ቅድስት፡ ይእቲ፡ እስመ፡ ቦአት፡ ህየ፡ ታቦተ፡ እግዚአብሔር።
所羅門將法老的女兒帶出大衛城，上到為她建造的宮裏；因所羅門說：「耶和華約櫃所到之處都為聖地，所以我的妻不可住在以色列王大衛的宮裏。」
Solomon brought up Pharaoh’s daughter out of David’s city to the house that he had built for her; for he said, “My wife shall not dwell in the house of David king of Israel, because the places where Yahweh’s ark has come are holy.”
8:12
ወአሜሃ፡ አዕረገ፡ ሰሎሞን፡ ጽንሐሐ፡ ለእግዚአብሔር፡ በላዕለ፡ ቤተ፡ ምሥዋዕ፡ ዘእግዚአብሔር፡ ዘሐነፀ፡ አንፃረ፡ ቤተ፡ እግዚአብሔር።
所羅門在耶和華的壇上，就是在廊子前他所築的壇上，與耶和華獻燔祭；
Then Solomon offered burnt offerings to Yahweh on Yahweh’s altar which he had built before the porch,
8:13
ወበከመ፡ ቃል፡ ዘለለዕለት፡ ከመ፡ ያዕርጉ፡ መሥዋዕተ፡ በከመ፡ አዘዘ፡ ሙሴ፡ በበሰናብት፡ ወበበአውራኅ፡ ወበበበዓላት፡ ሥልሰ፡ ለለዓመት፡ ወበበበዓለ፡ ናእት፡ ወበበበዓላት፡ ሰናብት፡ ወበበበዓለ፡ መጸለት።
又遵着摩西的吩咐在安息日、月朔，並一年三節，就是除酵節、七七節、住棚節，獻每日所當獻的祭。
even as the duty of every day required, offering according to the commandment of Moses on the Sabbaths, on the new moons, and on the set feasts, three times per year, during the feast of unleavened bread, during the feast of weeks, and during the feast of booths.
8:14
ወአቀመ፡ በከመ፡ ትእዛዘ፡ ዳዊት፡ አቡሁ፡ በበዕብሬቶሙ፡ ለካህናት፡ ወበከመ፡ መልእክቶሙ፡ ወሌዋውያንሰ፡ በላዕለ፡ ምቅዋማቲሆሙ፡ ይሴብሕዎ፡ ለእግዚአብሔር፡ ወይትለአኩ፡ በቅድመ፡ ካህናት፡ በከመ፡ ኵሉ፡ ቃል፡ ዘለለዕለት፡ ወአቀብተ፡ አናቅጽኒ፡ በከመ፡ ክፍለቶሙ፡ ወበአናቅጺሆሙ፡ እስመ፡ ከመዝ፡ ይእቲ፡ ትእዛዞሙ፡ ዘኅበ፡ ዳዊት፡ ብእሴ፡ እግዚአብሔር።
所羅門照着他父大衛所定的例，派定祭司的班次，使他們各供己事，又使利未人各盡其職，讚美耶和華，在祭司面前做每日所當做的；又派守門的按着班次看守各門，因為神人大衛是這樣吩咐的。
He appointed, according to the ordinance of David his father, the divisions of the priests to their service, and the Levites to their offices, to praise and to minister before the priests, as the duty of every day required, the doorkeepers also by their divisions at every gate, for David the man of God had so commanded.
8:15
ወኢኀደገ፡ ወኢምንትኒ፡ እምትእዛዘ፡ ዳዊት፡ ንጉሥ፡ በእንተ፡ ካህናት፡ ወበእንተ፡ ሌዋውያን፡ በኵሉ፡ ዘኮነ፡ ቃል፡ ወላዕለ፡ መዛግብት።
王所吩咐眾祭司和利未人的，無論是管府庫或辦別的事，他們都不違背。
They didn’t depart from the commandment of the king to the priests and Levites concerning any matter or concerning the treasures.
8:16
ወተደለወ፡ ወተፈጸመ፡ ኵሉ፡ ቅኔ፡ እምአመ፡ ዕለት፡ አኃዘ፡ ሰሎሞን፡ እስከ፡ አመ፡ ፈጸመ፡ ቤተ፡ እግዚአብሔር።
所羅門建造耶和華的殿，從立根基直到成功的日子，工料俱備。這樣，耶和華的殿全然完畢。
Now all the work of Solomon was accomplished from the day of the foundation of Yahweh’s house until it was finished. So Yahweh’s house was completed.
8:17
ወአሜሃ፡ ሖረ፡ ሰሎሞን፡ ውስተ፡ ደወለ፡ ጋስዮን፡ ጋቤር፡ ወኅበ፡ ኤላም፡ እንተ፡ መልዕልተ፡ ጽንፈ፡ ባሕር፡ እንተ፡ ብሔር፡ ኤዶምያስ።
那時，所羅門往以東地靠海的以旬‧迦別和以祿去。
Then Solomon went to Ezion Geber and to Eloth, on the seashore in the land of Edom.
8:18
ወፈነወ፡ ሎቱ፡ ኪራም፡ በእደ፡ አግብርቲሁ፡ አሕማረ፡ ወእለ፡ የአምሩ፡ ባሕረ፡ ወሖረ፡ ወነገዱ፡ ምስለ፡ አግብርቲሁ፡ ለሰሎሞን፡ ብሔረ፡ ሴፌር፡ ወነሥኡ፡ ወኣእተዉ፡ እምህየ፡ አርባዕተ፡ ምእተ፡ ወኃምሳ፡ መክሊተ፡ ወርቅ፡ ወአምጽኡ፡ ኀበ፡ ሰሎሞን፡ ንጉሥ።
希蘭差遣他的臣僕，將船隻和熟悉泛海的僕人送到所羅門那裏。他們同着所羅門的僕人到了俄斐，得了四百五十他連得金子，運到所羅門王那裏。
Huram sent him ships and servants who had knowledge of the sea by the hands of his servants; and they came with the servants of Solomon to Ophir, and brought from there four hundred fifty talents of gold, and brought them to King Solomon.
