約書亞記 第 15 章

And the borders of the tribe of Judah according to their clans were from the borders of Idumea, from the wilderness of Sin as far as Kadesh toward the south.

And their border was from the south as far as a part of the Salt Sea, from the ridge that runs toward the south.

And it passes over against the ascent of Akrabin, and goes around Senna, and goes up from the south to Kadesh Barne, and goes out to Asōrōn, and goes up to Addara, and goes around the part west of Kadesh.

And it goes on to Asemōna and passes out as far as the ravine of Egypt, and the outgoing of the border shall be at the sea. This is their border on the south.

And the border on the east is the whole Salt Sea as far as the Jordan; and their border on the north is from the ridge of the sea and from the part of the Jordan.

The border goes up to Baithagla and passes along from the north to Baitharaba, and the border goes up to the stone of Baiōn son of Rouben.

And the border goes up to the fourth part of the ravine of Achōr, and goes down to Galgal, which is opposite the ascent of Addamin, which is south of the ravine; and it passes out to the water of the Spring of the Sun, and its outgoing is the spring Rōgēl.

And the border goes up to the ravine of Onom, at the shoulder of Iebous on the south — this is Jerusalem — and the border passes out to the top of the mountain which faces the ravine of Onom toward the sea, which is on the north side of the land of Raphain.

And the border passes out from the top of the mountain to the spring of the water of Naphthō, and passes out to Mount Ephrōn, and it shall lead the border to Baal — this is the city Iarim.

And the border shall turn from Baal to the sea, and pass to Mount Assares, to the shoulder of the city Iarim on the north — this is Chaslōn — and shall go down to the City of the Sun and pass on toward the south.

And the border shall pass out at the shoulder of Akkarōn on the north, and the borders shall pass out to Sakcharōna, and pass Mount Bala, and pass out to Iabnēl; and the outgoing of the borders shall be at the sea.

And their border on the sea side: the Great Sea shall be the boundary. These are the borders of the sons of Judah round about, according to their clans.

And to Caleb son of Iephonne he gave a portion in the midst of the sons of Judah by the ordinance of God; and Joshua gave him the city Arbok, the mother-city of Enak — this is Hebron.

And Caleb son of Iephonne utterly destroyed from there the three sons of Enak: Sousi and Tholmi and Achima.

And Caleb went up from there against the inhabitants of Dabir. And the name of Dabir formerly was City of Letters.

And Caleb said: Whoever takes and strikes down the City of Letters and gains mastery of it, I will give him Achsan my daughter as wife.

And Gothoniēl son of Kenez, the younger brother of Caleb, took it; and he gave him Achsan his daughter as wife to him.

And it came to pass, as she came in, that she urged him, saying: I will ask my father for a field. And she cried out from the donkey, and Caleb said to her: What is it with you?

And she said to him: Give me a blessing, because you have given me into the land of Nageb; give me Golathmain. And Caleb gave her the upper Golathmain and the lower Golathmain.

This is the inheritance of the tribe of the sons of Judah.
