17:1
ወዘንተ ነገረ ተናጊሮ እግዚእ ኢየሱስ አንሥአ አዕይንቲሁ ውስተ ሰማይ ወይቤ አባ በጽሐ ጊዜሁ ከመ ትሰብሖ ለወልድከ ወከመ ወልድከኒ ይሰብሕከ።
Jesus said these things, then lifting up his eyes to heaven, he said, “Father, the time has come. Glorify your Son, that your Son may also glorify you;
耶穌說了這話，就舉目望天，說：「父啊，時候到了，願你榮耀你的兒子，使兒子也榮耀你；
17:2
በከመ አኰነንኮ ላዕለ ኵሉ ዘሥጋ ወነፍስ ከመ የሀቦሙ ሕይወተ ዘለዓለም ለኵሎሙ እለ ወሀብካሁ።
even as you gave him authority over all flesh, so he will give eternal life to all whom you have given him.
正如你曾賜給他權柄管理凡有血氣的，叫他將永生賜給你所賜給他的人。
17:3
ወዛቲ ይእቲ ሕይወት ዘለዓለም ከመ ያእምሩከ ለከ ለአሐዱ ዘበአማን አምላከ ጽድቅ ባሕቲትከ ወለዘፈነውኮ ኢየሱስ ክርስቶስ ወልድከ።
This is eternal life, that they should know you, the only true God, and him whom you sent, Jesus Christ.
認識你－獨一的真神，並且認識你所差來的耶穌基督，這就是永生。
17:4
አንሰ ሰባሕኩከ በዲበ ምድር ፈጺምየ ግብረ ዘወሀብከኒ ከመ እግበር።
I glorified you on the earth. I have accomplished the work which you have given me to do.
我在地上已經榮耀你，你所託付我的事，我已成全了。
17:5
ወይእዜኒ አንተ አባ ሰብሐኒ በስብሐትየ ዘሀሎ ምስሌከ እምቅድመ ይትፈጠር ዓለም።
Now, Father, glorify me with your own self with the glory which I had with you before the world existed.
父啊，現在求你使我同你享榮耀，就是未有世界以先，我同你所有的榮耀。
17:6
ወነገርኩ ስመከ ለሰብእ ለእለ ወሀብከኒ እምዓለም እስመ እሊኣከ እሙንቱ ወሊተ ወሀብከኒዮሙ ወዐቀቡ ቃለከ።
“I revealed your name to the people whom you have given me out of the world. They were yours, and you have given them to me. They have kept your word.
「你從世上賜給我的人，我已將你的名顯明與他們。他們本是你的，你將他們賜給我，他們也遵守了你的道。
17:7
ወይእዜኒ አእመሩ ከመ ኵሉ ዘወሀብከኒ እምኀቤከ ውእቱ።
Now they have known that all things whatever you have given me are from you,
如今他們知道，凡你所賜給我的，都是從你那裏來的；
17:8
እስመ ወሀብክዎሙ ቃለ ዘወሀብከኒ ወእሙንቱሂ ነሢኦሙ አማን አእመሩ ከመ እምኀቤከ ወፃእኩ ወአምኑ ከመ አንተ ፈነውከኒ።
for the words which you have given me I have given to them; and they received them, and knew for sure that I came from you. They have believed that you sent me.
因為你所賜給我的道，我已經賜給他們，他們也領受了，又確實知道，我是從你出來的，並且信你差了我來。
17:9
ወአንሰ በእንቲኣሆሙ እስእል ወአኮ በእንተ ዓለም ዘእስእለከ አላ በእንተ እለ ወሀብከኒ እስመ እሊኣከ እሙንቱ።
I pray for them. I don’t pray for the world, but for those whom you have given me, for they are yours.
我為他們祈求，不為世人祈求，卻為你所賜給我的人祈求，因他們本是你的。
17:10
ወኵሉ ዘዚኣየ ዚኣከ ውእቱ ወዘዚኣከኒ ዚኣየ ውእቱ ወተሰባሕኩ ቦሙ።
All things that are mine are yours, and yours are mine, and I am glorified in them.
凡是我的，都是你的；你的也是我的，並且我因他們得了榮耀。
17:11
ወኢይሄሉ እንከ ውስተ ዓለም ወእሙንቱሰ ውስተ ዓለም ይሄልዉ ወአንሰ ኀቤከ እመጽእ ኦ አባ ቅዱስ ዕቀቦሙ በስምከ ለእለ ወሀብከኒ ከመ ይኩኑ አሐደ ብነ ከማነ።
I am no more in the world, but these are in the world, and I am coming to you. Holy Father, keep them through your name which you have given me, that they may be one, even as we are.
從今以後，我不在世上，他們卻在世上；我往你那裏去。聖父啊，求你因你所賜給我的名保守他們，叫他們合而為一像我們一樣。
17:12
አመሰ ሀሎኩ አነ ምስሌሆሙ ውስተ ዓለም ዐቀብክዎሙ በስምከ ለእለ ወሀብከኒ ናሁ ዐቀብክዎሙ ወተማሕፀንክዎሙ ወኢተኀጕለ አሐዱሂ እምኔሆሙ ዘእንበለ ወልደ ኀጕል ከመ ይብጻሕ ቃለ መጽሐፍ።
While I was with them in the world, I kept them in your name. I have kept those whom you have given me. None of them is lost except the son of destruction, that the Scripture might be fulfilled.
我與他們同在的時候，因你所賜給我的名保守了他們，我也護衛了他們；其中除了那滅亡之子，沒有一個滅亡的，好叫經上的話得應驗。
17:13
ወይእዜሰ ባሕቱ እመጽእ ኀቤከ ወዘንተ እነግር ውስተ ዓለም ከመ ይኩን ፍሥሓየ ፍጹመ በላዕሌሆሙ።
But now I come to you, and I say these things in the world, that they may have my joy made full in themselves.
現在我往你那裏去，我還在世上說這話，是叫他們心裏充滿我的喜樂。
17:14
ወአንሰ ፈጺምየ ወሀብክዎሙ ቃለከ ወዓለምሰ ጸልኦሙ እስመ ኢኮኑ እሙንቱ እምዓለም በከመ ኢኮንኩ አነ እምዓለም።
I have given them your word. The world hated them because they are not of the world, even as I am not of the world.
我已將你的道賜給他們。世界又恨他們；因為他們不屬世界，正如我不屬世界一樣。
17:15
አኮ ዘእስእለከ ከመ ትንሥኦሙ እምዓለም ዘእንበለ ዳእሙ ከመ ትዕቀቦሙ እምእኩይ።
I pray not that you would take them from the world, but that you would keep them from the evil one.
我不求你叫他們離開世界，只求你保守他們脫離那惡者 。
17:16
እስመ እሙንቱ ኢኮኑ እምዓለም በከመ ኢኮንኩ አነ እምዓለም።
They are not of the world, even as I am not of the world.
他們不屬世界，正如我不屬世界一樣。
17:17
ቀድሶሙ በጽድቅከ እስመ ጽድቅ ውእቱ ቃልከ።
Sanctify them in your truth. Your word is truth.
求你用真理使他們成聖；你的道就是真理。
17:18
በከመ ፈነውከኒ ውስተ ዓለም ኪያየ አነኒ ፈነውክዎሙ ውስተ ዓለም።
As you sent me into the world, even so I have sent them into the world.
你怎樣差我到世上，我也照樣差他們到世上。
17:19
ወበእንቲኣሆሙ አነ እቄድስ ርእስየ ከመ ይኩኑ እሙንቱኒ ቅዱሳነ በጽድቅ።
For their sakes I sanctify myself, that they themselves also may be sanctified in truth.
我為他們的緣故，自己分別為聖，叫他們也因真理成聖。
17:20
ወአኮ በእንተ እሉ ባሕቲቶሙ ዘእስእለከ አላ በእንተሂ እለ የአምኑ ብየ በቃሎሙ።
“Not for these only do I pray, but for those also who will believe in me through their word,
「我不但為這些人祈求，也為那些因他們的話信我的人祈求，
17:21
ከመ ይኩኑ አሐደ ኵሎሙ በከመ አንተ አብ ብየ ወአነሂ ብከ ከመ ይኩኑ እሙንቱሂ አሐደ ብነ ከማነ ከመ ይእመን ዓለም ከመ አንተ ፈነውከኒ።
that they may all be one; even as you, Father, are in me, and I in you, that they also may be one in us; that the world may believe that you sent me.
使他們都合而為一。正如你父在我裏面，我在你裏面，使他們也在我們裏面，叫世人可以信你差了我來。
17:22
ወአነሂ ወሀብክዎሙ ቃለከ ዘወሀብከኒ ከመ ይኩኑ አሐደ ከማነ በከመ አሐዱ ንሕነ።
The glory which you have given me, I have given to them, that they may be one, even as we are one,
你所賜給我的榮耀，我已賜給他們，使他們合而為一，像我們合而為一。
17:23
ወአነሂ ቦሙ ወአንተሂ ብየ ከመ ይኩኑ ፍጹማነ በአሐዱ ከመ ያእምር ዓለም ከመ አንተ ፈነውከኒ ወአፍቀርክዎሙ አነ በከመ አንተ ኪያየ አፍቀርከኒ።
I in them, and you in me, that they may be perfected into one, that the world may know that you sent me and loved them, even as you loved me.
我在他們裏面，你在我裏面，使他們完完全全地合而為一，叫世人知道你差了我來，也知道你愛他們如同愛我一樣。
17:24
አባ እለሰ ወሀብከኒ እፈቅድ ከመ የሀልዉ ኀበ ሀሎኩ አነ ምስሌየ ከመ ይርእዩ ስብሐትየ ዘወሀብከኒ እስመ አፍቀርከኒ እምቅድመ ይትፈጠር ዓለም።
Father, I desire that they also whom you have given me be with me where I am, that they may see my glory which you have given me, for you loved me before the foundation of the world.
父啊，我在哪裏，願你所賜給我的人也同我在那裏，叫他們看見你所賜給我的榮耀；因為創立世界以前，你已經愛我了。
17:25
አባ ጻድቅ ወዓለምሰ ኢያእመረከ ወአንሰ አእመርኩከ ወእሉሂ አእመሩከ ከመ አንተ ፈነውከኒ።
Righteous Father, the world hasn’t known you, but I knew you; and these knew that you sent me.
公義的父啊，世人未曾認識你，我卻認識你；這些人也知道你差了我來。
17:26
ወነገርክዎሙ ስመከ ወዓዲ እነግሮሙ ከመ የሀሉ ኀቤሆሙ ፍቅር ዘአፍቀርከኒ ወአነሂ እሄሉ ምስሌሆሙ።
I made known to them your name, and will make it known; that the love with which you loved me may be in them, and I in them.”
我已將你的名指示他們，還要指示他們，使你所愛我的愛在他們裏面，我也在他們裏面。」
