16:1
ሕዝበ፡ ጢሮስ፡ ወሲዶና፡ ወእለ፡ ይነብሩ፡ ውስተ፡ ሐይቀ፡ ባሕር፡ ወማዕደተ፡ ፈለገ፡ ዮርዳኖስ፡ ወገለዓድ፡ ወካራን፡ ወከናኔዎን፡ ወኢያቡሴዎን፡ ውጌርጌሴዎን፡ ወኤዶም፡ ወሕዝበ፡ አማሌቅ።
推羅與西頓的人，並那些住在海邊、約但河渡口、基列、迦蘭，並迦南人、耶布斯人、革迦撒人、以東與亞瑪力人；
The people of Tyre and Sidon, and those who dwell upon the sea-coast and at the ford of the river Jordan, and Gilead and Karan and the Canaanites and the Jebusites and the Girgashites and Edom and the people of Amalek;
16:2
ወኵሎሙ፡ አሕዛብ፡ በሀገሮሙ፡ ወበበነገዶሙ፡ ወበበሥርዓቶሙ፡ ወበበአድዋሌሆሙ፡ ወበበተስናነ፡ ብሔሮሙ። ወኵሎሙ፡ በከመ፡ ሠርዖሙ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ ይሄልዉ።
並一切的民族，各在本國、各照其支派、各照其典章、各按其疆界、各照其地土的界限而居；他們全都照主為他們所定規的而活。
and all the peoples, in their countries and according to their tribes and according to their ordinances and according to their borders and according to the bounds of their lands; and they all live according as the Lord ordained for them.
16:3
ወቦእምኒሆሙ፡ እለ፡ ሠናይ፡ ግዕዞሙ፡ ወየአምርዎ፡ ለእግዚአብሔር።
他們中間有品行良善、認識主的。
And among them there are those whose conduct is good and who know the Lord.
16:4
ወቦእምኒሆሙ፡ እለ፡ እኩይ፡ ምግባሮሙ፡ ወኢየአምርዎ፡ ለእግዚአብሔር፡ ዘፈጠሮሙ፡ ወቀነዮሙ፡ በከመ፡ ገብሩ፡ በእደ፡ አሜኔሴር፡ ንጉሠ፡ ሶርያ።
他們中間也有行惡、不認識那創造他們、使他們作僕役之主的，就如他們在敘利亞王亞米尼色手下所作的一樣。
And among them there are those whose deeds are evil and who do not know the Lord who created them and made them His servants, as they were made by the hand of Amenezer king of Syria.
16:5
እስመ፡ ይነሥእ፡ ኃይለ፡ ደማስቆ፡ ወይትካፈል፡ ምህርካ፡ ዘሰማርያ፡ በቅድመ፡ ንጉሠ፡ ግብፅ።
因為他奪取大馬士革的勢力，又在埃及王面前分撒瑪利亞的擄物。
For he takes the power of Damascus and shares the spoil of Samaria before the king of Egypt.
16:6
አድባረ፡ ገለዓድ፡ ወቈላተ፡ ጌላቡሔ፡ ውኵሉ፡ ሰማርያ፡ ወጳጦስ፡ ዘምድረ፡ ይሁዳ፡ ወእለ፡ ይነብሩ፡ ውስተ፡ አድባረ፡ ዓረብ፡ ወሜድ፡ ወጰርቱስ፡ ወሲውሲግያ፡ ወቀጰዶቅያ።
基列的山嶺與基利波的山谷，並撒瑪利亞全地、猶大地的帕託斯，並那些住在亞拉伯、瑪代、帕提亞、蘇西亞拿與加帕多家山地的人；
The mountains of Gilead and the valleys of Gilboa and all Samaria and Patos of the land of Judah, and those who dwell in the mountains of Arabia and Media and Parthia and Susiana and Cappadocia;
16:7
ወእከ፡ ይነብሩ፡ ውስተ፡ አድዋሊሆሙ፡ ሕዝብ፡ ግዙፋነ፡ ክሣፍ፡ ወእለ፡ ኢየአምርዎ፡ ለእግዚአብሔር፡ ወኢዓአቀቡ፡ ትእዛዞ።
並那些住在他們境內、硬著頸項、不認識主、不遵守他誡命的列邦。
and the peoples who dwell within their borders, stiff of neck, who do not know the Lord and do not keep His commandment.
16:8
ውእቱኒ፡ ይፈድዮሙ፡ በከመ፡ እከየ፡ ምግባሮሙ፡ ወብነከመ፡ ግብረ፡ እደዊሆሙ።
他必照他們惡行、照他們手所作的報應他們。
He it is who will requite them according to the evil of their deeds and according to the work of their hands.
16:9
እስመ፡ ደወለ፡ ቂሳርያ፡ ወሕዝበ፡ ገለዓድ፡ ወአማሌቅ፡ የኀብሩ፡ ከመ፡ ይትማዕለይዎ፡ ለሀገረ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ አንተ፡ ምልዕት፡ ጽድቀ፡ እንተ፡ ውስቴታ፡ ይሴባሕ፡ ቅዱስ፡ እስራኤል፡ አምላከ፡ እስራኤል፡ ፀባዖተ፡ ዘመልዕልተ፡ ሠረገላ፡ ኪሩቤል፡ ይነብር፡ ወዕልፍ፡ አዕላፈ፡ አዕላፋት፡ ይቀውም፡ ቅድሜሁ፡ ወተዕልፈተ፡ አዕላፋት፡ ወይትለዓክዎ፡ በፍርሃት፡ ወበረዓድ።
因為該撒利亞境、基列與亞瑪力的人聯合起來，要攻打主的城，就是那滿了公義的城，以色列的聖者在其中得榮耀，他是萬軍之以色列的神，坐在基路伯車輦之上；千千萬萬的天使站在他面前，萬萬之數的天使在敬畏戰兢中事奉他。
For the region of Caesarea and the people of Gilead and Amalek band together to make war against the city of the Lord, which is full of righteousness, in which the Holy One of Israel is glorified, the God of Israel of hosts, who sits above the chariot of the cherubim; and ten thousand times ten thousand stand before Him, and a thousand thousands minister to Him in fear and in trembling.
