33:1
τῷ φοβουμένῳ κύριον οὐκ ἀπαντήσει κακόν ἀλλ’ ἐν πειρασμῷ καὶ πάλιν ἐξελεῖται
敬畏主的人，必不遭遇災禍；他雖遇試煉，主也必一再搭救他。
There shall no evil happen to him that fears the Lord; But in temptation once and again will he deliver him.
33:2
ἀνὴρ σοφὸς οὐ μισήσει νόμον ὁ δὲ ὑποκρινόμενος ἐν αὐτῷ ὡς ἐν καταιγίδι πλοῖον
智慧人不恨惡律法；在律法上虛偽的人，卻像暴風中的船。
A wise man will not hate the law; But he that is a hypocrite therein is as a ship in a storm.
33:3
ἄνθρωπος συνετὸς ἐμπιστεύσει νόμῳ καὶ ὁ νόμος αὐτῷ πιστὸς ὡς ἐρώτημα δήλων
明達的人必信靠律法；律法對他是可靠的，如同求問神諭得着明白的指示。
A man of understanding will put his trust in the law; And the law is faithful to him, as when one asks at the oracle.
33:4
ἑτοίμασον λόγον καὶ οὕτως ἀκουσθήσῃ σύνδησον παιδείαν καὶ ἀποκρίθητι
先預備好你的話，然後才能被人聽見；先整理好所學的，然後才作回答。
Prepare your speech, and so shall you be heard; Bind up instruction, and make your answer.
33:5
τροχὸς ἁμάξης σπλάγχνα μωροῦ καὶ ὡς ἄξων στρεφόμενος ὁ διαλογισμὸς αὐτοῦ
愚昧人的心如車輪，他的思想如轉動的車軸。
The heart of a fool is as a cartwheel; And his thoughts like a rolling axle tree.
33:6
ἵππος εἰς ὀχείαν ὡς φίλος μωκός ὑποκάτω παντὸς ἐπικαθημένου χρεμετίζει
嘲弄人的朋友，如同發情的駿馬，凡騎上牠的，牠都向他嘶鳴。
A stallion horse is as a mocking friend; He neighs under every one that sits upon him.
33:7
διὰ τί ἡμέρα ἡμέρας ὑπερέχει καὶ πᾶν φῶς ἡμέρας ἐνιαυτοῦ ἀφ’ ἡλίου
既然一年每日的光都是出於太陽，為何一日勝過一日呢？
Why does one day excel another, When all the light of every day in the year is of the sun?
33:8
ἐν γνώσει κυρίου διεχωρίσθησαν καὶ ἠλλοίωσεν καιροὺς καὶ ἑορτάς
它們是憑著主的知識被分別出來的；祂使節期和節日各有不同。
By the knowledge of the Lord they were distinguished; And he varied seasons and feasts:
33:9
ἀπ’ αὐτῶν ἀνύψωσεν καὶ ἡγίασεν καὶ ἐξ αὐτῶν ἔθηκεν εἰς ἀριθμὸν ἡμερῶν
其中有些日子，祂高舉並使之成聖；有些日子，祂卻定為平常的日子。
Some of them he exalted and hallowed, And some of them has he made ordinary days.
33:10
καὶ ἄνθρωποι πάντες ἀπὸ ἐδάφους καὶ ἐκ γῆς ἐκτίσθη Αδαμ
眾人都是出於塵土；亞當也是由地造成的。
And all men are from the ground, And Adam was created of earth.
33:11
ἐν πλήθει ἐπιστήμης κύριος διεχώρισεν αὐτοὺς καὶ ἠλλοίωσεν τὰς ὁδοὺς αὐτῶν
主以祂豐富的知識分別了人，又使他們的道路各有不同。
In the abundance of his knowledge the Lord distinguished them, And made their ways various:
33:12
ἐξ αὐτῶν εὐλόγησεν καὶ ἀνύψωσεν καὶ ἐξ αὐτῶν ἡγίασεν καὶ πρὸς αὐτὸν ἤγγισεν ἀπ’ αὐτῶν κατηράσατο καὶ ἐταπείνωσεν καὶ ἀνέστρεψεν αὐτοὺς ἀπὸ στάσεως αὐτῶν
其中有些人祂賜福並高舉，有些人祂使之成聖，並使他親近自己；有些人祂咒詛並貶抑，又從他們的地位上把他們傾覆。
Some of them he blessed and exalted, And some of them he hallowed and brought near to himself: Some of them he cursed and brought low, And overthrew them from their place.
33:13
ὡς πηλὸς κεραμέως ἐν χειρὶ αὐτοῦ πᾶσαι αἱ ὁδοὶ αὐτοῦ κατὰ τὴν εὐδοκίαν αὐτοῦ οὕτως ἄνθρωποι ἐν χειρὶ τοῦ ποιήσαντος αὐτοὺς ἀποδοῦναι αὐτοῖς κατὰ τὴν κρίσιν αὐτοῦ
窯匠手中的泥怎樣，照他的心意可塑成各樣器皿；照樣，人在那造他者的手中，要照祂的判斷得着報應。
As the clay of the potter in his hand, All his ways are according to his good pleasure; So men are in the hand of him that made them, To render to them according to his judgement.
33:14
ἀπέναντι τοῦ κακοῦ τὸ ἀγαθόν καὶ ἀπέναντι τοῦ θανάτου ἡ ζωή οὕτως ἀπέναντι εὐσεβοῦς ἁμαρτωλός
善與惡相對，生與死相對；照樣，罪人與敬虔人也彼此相對。
Good is the opposite of evil, And life is the opposite of death: So is the sinner is the opposite of the godly.
33:15
καὶ οὕτως ἔμβλεψον εἰς πάντα τὰ ἔργα τοῦ ὑψίστου δύο δύο ἓν κατέναντι τοῦ ἑνός
你要這樣觀看至高者一切的作為：都是成雙成對，一個與另一個相對而立。
And thus look upon all the works of the Most High; Two and two, one against another.
33:16
κἀγὼ ἔσχατος ἠγρύπνησα ὡς καλαμώμενος ὀπίσω τρυγητῶν
我是末後才警醒起來的，像在收葡萄的人之後拾取剩餘的人。
And I waked up last, As one that gleans after the grape gatherers: By the blessing of the Lord I got before them, And filled my winepress as one that gathers grapes.
33:17
ἐν εὐλογίᾳ κυρίου ἔφθασα καὶ ὡς τρυγῶν ἐπλήρωσα ληνόν
靠著主的賜福，我趕上了他們，又像收葡萄的人一般裝滿了我的酒醡。
Consider that I laboured not for myself alone, But for all those who seek instruction.
33:18
κατανοήσατε ὅτι οὐκ ἐμοὶ μόνῳ ἐκοπίασα ἀλλὰ πᾶσιν τοῖς ζητοῦσιν παιδείαν
你們要思想：我勞苦並非單為自己，乃是為一切尋求教訓的人。
Hear me, you⌃ great men of the people, And hearken with your ears, you⌃ rulers of the congregation.
33:19
ἀκούσατέ μου μεγιστᾶνες λαοῦ καὶ οἱ ἡγούμενοι ἐκκλησίας ἐνωτίσασθε
百姓中的尊貴人哪，你們要聽我；會眾的領袖哪，你們要側耳而聽。
To son and wife, to brother and friend, Give not power over you while you live; And give not your goods to another, Lest you repent and make supplication for them again.
33:20
υἱῷ καὶ γυναικί ἀδελφῷ καὶ φίλῳ μὴ δῷς ἐξουσίαν ἐπὶ σὲ ἐν ζωῇ σου καὶ μὴ δῷς ἑτέρῳ τὰ χρήματά σου ἵνα μὴ μεταμεληθεὶς δέῃ περὶ αὐτῶν
無論對兒子或妻子、弟兄或朋友，你活著的時候都不可把管轄你的權柄交給他；也不要把你的財物給別人，免得你後悔，又要為這些再三懇求。
Whilst you yet live, and breath is in you, Give not yourself over to anybody.
33:21
ἕως ἔτι ζῇς καὶ πνοὴ ἐν σοί μὴ ἀλλάξῃς σεαυτὸν ἐν πάσῃ σαρκί
當你還活著、還有氣息在你裡面的時候，不要把自己交託給任何人。
For better it is that your children should supplicate you, Than that you should look to the hand of your sons.
33:22
κρεῖσσον γάρ ἐστιν τὰ τέκνα δεηθῆναί σου ἢ σὲ ἐμβλέπειν εἰς χεῖρας υἱῶν σου
因為兒女求你，比你仰望兒子們的手好得多。
In all your works keep the upper hand; Bring not a stain on your honor.
33:23
ἐν πᾶσι τοῖς ἔργοις σου γίνου ὑπεράγων μὴ δῷς μῶμον ἐν τῇ δόξῃ σου
在你一切的事上，都要保持上風；不要使你的尊榮受玷污。
In the day that you endest the days of your life, And in the time of death, distribute your inheritance.
33:24
ἐν ἡμέρᾳ συντελείας ἡμερῶν ζωῆς σου καὶ ἐν καιρῷ τελευτῆς διάδος κληρονομίαν
到你年日將盡、臨死的時候，才分配你的產業。
Fodder, a stick, and burdens, for an ass; Bread, and discipline, and work, for a servant.
33:25
χορτάσματα καὶ ῥάβδος καὶ φορτία ὄνῳ ἄρτος καὶ παιδεία καὶ ἔργον οἰκέτῃ
草料、棍棒和重擔是給驢的；糧食、管教和工作是給僕人的。
Set your servant to work, and you shall find rest: Leave his hands idle, and he will seek liberty.
33:26
ἔργασαι ἐν παιδί καὶ εὑρήσεις ἀνάπαυσιν ἄνες χεῖρας αὐτῷ καὶ ζητήσει ἐλευθερίαν
使僕人作工，你就得享安息；任他的手清閒，他就要尋求自由。
Yoke and thong will bow the neck: And for an evil servant there are racks and tortures.
33:27
ζυγὸς καὶ ἱμὰς τράχηλον κάμψουσιν καὶ οἰκέτῃ κακούργῳ στρέβλαι καὶ βάσανοι
軛和皮帶能使頸項屈服；對待惡僕也有刑架與酷刑。
Send him to labor, that he be not idle; For idleness teaches much mischief.
33:28
ἔμβαλε αὐτὸν εἰς ἐργασίαν ἵνα μὴ ἀργῇ πολλὴν γὰρ κακίαν ἐδίδαξεν ἡ ἀργία
差他去作工，免得他閒著；因為閒懶教導人許多惡事。
Set him to work, as is fit for him; And if he obey not, make his fetters heavy.
33:29
εἰς ἔργα κατάστησον καθὼς πρέπει αὐτῷ κἂν μὴ πειθαρχῇ βάρυνον τὰς πέδας αὐτοῦ
照著合宜的派他作工；他若不順從，就加重他的腳鐐。
And be not excessive toward any; And without judgement do nothing.
33:30
καὶ μὴ περισσεύσῃς ἐπὶ πάσῃ σαρκὶ καὶ ἄνευ κρίσεως μὴ ποιήσῃς μηδέν
但對任何人都不可過分嚴苛；沒有判斷，甚麼也不要妄行。
If you have a servant, let him be as yourself, Because you have bought him with blood.
33:31
εἰ ἔστιν σοι οἰκέτης ἔστω ὡς σύ ὅτι ἐν αἵματι ἐκτήσω αὐτόν
你若有僕人，就當待他如同自己，因為你是用血價買來他的。
If you have a servant, treat him as yourself; For as your own soul will you have need of him: If you treat him ill, and he depart and run away, Which way will you go to seek him?
33:32
εἰ ἔστιν σοι οἰκέτης ἄγε αὐτὸν ὡς ἀδελφόν ὅτι ὡς ἡ ψυχή σου ἐπιδεήσεις αὐτῷ
你若有僕人，就當待他如弟兄，因為你需要他，正如需要你自己的性命。
If you have a servant, treat him as a brother, for as your own soul you will have need of him.
33:33
ἐὰν κακώσῃς αὐτὸν καὶ ἀπάρας ἀποδρᾷ ἐν ποίᾳ ὁδῷ ζητήσεις αὐτόν
你若苦待他，他若起身逃跑了，你要往哪條路去尋找他呢？
If you mistreat him and he departs and runs away, in what way will you seek him?
