12:1
Καὶ ἐπὶ τούτοις Οὐεσπασιανὸν μετὰ τὴν τἂν Ἱεροσολύμων ἅλωσιν πάντας τοὺς ἀπὸ γένους Δαβὶδ, ὡς ἂν μὴ περιλειφθείη παρὰ Ἰουδαίοις τῶν ἀπὸ τῆς βασιλικῆς φυλῆς, ἀνα ζητεῖσθαι προστάξαι, μέγιστόν τε Ἰουδαίοις αὖθις ἐν ταύτης διωγμὸν ἐπαρτηθῆναι τῆς αἰτίας.
And in addition to these things, that Vespasian, after the capture of Jerusalem, gave orders that all of the family of David should be sought out, so that none of the royal tribe might be left among the Jews; and that on this account a very great persecution was again hung over the Jews.
除了這些事以外，維斯帕先在耶路撒冷被攻陷之後，吩咐將凡屬大衛家的人都查出來，免得有任何屬王室支派的人存留在猶太人中間；因這緣故，又有極大的逼迫懸在猶太人頭上。
