Τῶν δὲ ἐπὶ Ρώμης ἐπισκόπων ἔτει τρίτῳ τῆς τοῦ προειρημένου βασιλέως ἀρχῆς Κλήμης Εὐαρέστῳ παραδοὺς τὴν λειτουργίαν ἀναλύει τὸν βίον, τὰ πάντα προστὰς ἔτη ἐννέα τῆς τοῦ θείου λόγου διδασκαλίας.
Of the bishops at Rome, in the third year of the reign of the aforesaid emperor, Clement, having delivered the ministry to Evarestus, departed this life, having presided in all nine years over the teaching of the divine word.
至於羅馬的眾主教，在上面所說那位皇帝在位的第三年，革利免把職事交付給以瓦勒斯多，便離開了今生，他主領神聖之道的教導，前後共九年。
