ℹ️ This corpus has no verse-level morphological tagging. Lemmas come mainly from word-level tagging of other books in the same language (not from this verse), falling back to dictionary form-matching for the rest. Rare homographs can still be misread; verify against the original and a specialist lexicon where precision matters.
ℹ️ The Chinese and English alongside are this site's own translation, made directly from the original text on this page (not the CUV or the WEB, which follow the Masoretic Text and a different textual tradition).

19:1
καὶσὺλαβὲθρῆνονἐπὶτὸνἄρχοντατοῦΙσραηλ
And you, take up a lamentation over the ruler of Israel,
And they put him in a hook, and in a cage he came to the king of Babylon, and he brought him into prison, so that his voice should no longer be heard on the mountains of Israel.
And she had a rod of strength over a tribe of rulers, and she was exalted in her greatness among the trunks; and she saw her greatness in the multitude of her branches.
But she was broken down in wrath; she was cast to the ground, and the scorching wind dried up her choice branches. She was punished, and her rod of strength withered; fire consumed her.
And fire went out from the rod of her choice branches and devoured her, and there was no rod of strength in her. This tribe is a parable of lamentation, and it shall become a lamentation.
