~258~ And it happened in the twelfth month on the twenty-third of the month, and Moses took Aaron and his sons and put on their clothes and anointed them and did to them as God commanded him. And Moses brought all the sacrifices, as God commanded him on that day. After that, Moses took Aaron and his sons and said to them, open the tent of meeting, stay for seven days and do not go out, because I commanded you. And Aaron and his sons did all that the Lord commanded by the hand of Moses, and they sat at the door of the tent of meeting for seven days. And it happened on the eighth day, one of the first month, in the second year, that the children of Israel came out of Egypt, and Moses erected the tabernacle. And Moses set up all the vessels of the tent of meeting and all the vessels of the tabernacle, and did all that God commanded him. And Moses called Aaron and his sons, and they sacrificed the burnt offering and the sin offering to them and to the children of Israel, as God commanded Moses. On that day, Aaron's two sons, Nadav and Abihu, took foreign fire and sacrificed it before God, which he did not command them to do, and fire came out from before God and consumed them, and they died before God on that day. So the leaders of the children of Israel began on that day, the day of Moses' marriage, to set up the tabernacle, to offer their sacrifices before God to inaugurate the altar. And they will offer their sacrifices one president per day one president per day, twelve days. And all the sacrifices that each one offered each day, one silver bowl weighing one hundred and thirty, one silver syringe of seventy shekels of the holy shekel, both full of semolina with oil for the offering. An eleven gold spoon has a full weight of incense. One bull, one beef, one ram, one lamb, one year old for the Ulah. and one goat for sin. And for the peace offering, two cattle, two rams, five reserves, five five-year-old lambs. This is what the twelve presidents of Israel will do every day, every day. And after that, on the thirteenth day of the month, Moses commanded the Israelites to celebrate the Passover. And the Israelites celebrated the Passover at its time. On the fourteenth day of the month when God commanded Moses, so did the children of Israel.
