88:0

שִׁ֥יר מִזְמ֗וֹר לִבְנֵ֫י־קֹ֥רַח לַמְנַצֵּ֣חַ עַל־מָחֲלַ֣ת לְעַנּ֑וֹת מַ֝שְׂכִּ֗יל לְהֵימָ֥ן הָאֶזְרָחִֽי׃

A Song. A Psalm by the sons of Korah. For the Chief Musician; set to “The Suffering of Affliction.” A contemplation by Heman the Ezrahite.

可拉後裔的詩歌，就是以斯拉人希幔的訓誨詩，交與伶長。調用「麻哈拉利暗俄」。

88:1

יְ֭הֹוָה אֱלֹהֵ֣י יְשׁוּעָתִ֑י יוֹם־צָעַ֖קְתִּי בַלַּ֣יְלָה נֶגְדֶּֽךָ׃

Yahweh, the God of my salvation, I have cried day and night before you.

耶和華－拯救我的上帝啊，我晝夜在你面前呼籲。

88:2

תָּב֣וֹא לְ֭פָנֶיךָ תְּפִלָּתִ֑י הַטֵּ֥ה אׇ֝זְנְךָ֗ לְרִנָּתִֽי׃

Let my prayer enter into your presence. Turn your ear to my cry.

願我的禱告達到你面前；求你側耳聽我的呼求！

88:3

כִּֽי־שָׂבְעָ֣ה בְרָע֣וֹת נַפְשִׁ֑י וְ֝חַיַּ֗י לִשְׁא֥וֹל הִגִּֽיעוּ׃

For my soul is full of troubles. My life draws near to Sheol.

因為我心裏滿了患難；我的性命臨近陰間。

88:4

נֶ֭חְשַׁבְתִּי עִם־י֣וֹרְדֵי ב֑וֹר הָ֝יִ֗יתִי כְּגֶ֣בֶר אֵֽין־אֱיָֽל׃

I am counted among those who go down into the pit. I am like a man who has no help,

我算和下坑的人同列，如同無力的人一樣。

88:5

בַּמֵּתִ֗ים חׇ֫פְשִׁ֥י כְּמ֤וֹ חֲלָלִ֨ים׀ שֹׁ֥כְבֵי קֶ֗בֶר אֲשֶׁ֤ר לֹ֣א זְכַרְתָּ֣ם ע֑וֹד וְ֝הֵ֗מָּה מִיָּדְךָ֥ נִגְזָֽרוּ׃

set apart among the dead, like the slain who lie in the grave, whom you remember no more. They are cut off from your hand.

我被丟在死人中，好像被殺的人躺在墳墓裏。他們是你不再記念的，與你隔絕了。

88:6

שַׁ֭תַּנִי בְּב֣וֹר תַּחְתִּיּ֑וֹת בְּ֝מַחֲשַׁכִּ֗ים בִּמְצֹלֽוֹת׃

You have laid me in the lowest pit, in the darkest depths.

你把我放在極深的坑裏，在黑暗地方，在深處。

88:7

עָ֭לַי סָמְכָ֣ה חֲמָתֶ֑ךָ וְכׇל־מִ֝שְׁבָּרֶ֗יךָ עִנִּ֥יתָ סֶּֽלָה׃

Your wrath lies heavily on me. You have afflicted me with all your waves. Selah.

你的忿怒重壓我身；你用一切的波浪困住我。（細拉）

88:8

הִרְחַ֥קְתָּ מְיֻדָּעַ֗י מִ֫מֶּ֥נִּי שַׁתַּ֣נִי תוֹעֵב֣וֹת לָ֑מוֹ כָּ֝לֻ֗א וְלֹ֣א אֵצֵֽא׃

You have taken my friends from me. You have made me an abomination to them. I am confined, and I can’t escape.

你把我所認識的隔在遠處，使我為他們所憎惡；我被拘困，不得出來。

88:9

עֵינִ֥י דָאֲבָ֗ה מִנִּ֫י־עֹ֥נִי קְרָאתִ֣יךָ יְהֹוָ֣ה בְּכׇל־י֑וֹם שִׁטַּ֖חְתִּי אֵלֶ֣יךָ כַפָּֽי׃

My eyes are dim from grief. I have called on you daily, Yahweh. I have spread out my hands to you.

我的眼睛因困苦而乾癟。耶和華啊，我天天求告你，向你舉手。
