לַמְנַצֵּ֥חַ (לידיתון) [לִֽידוּת֗וּן] מִזְמ֥וֹר לְדָוִֽד׃
For the Chief Musician. For Jeduthun. A Psalm by David.
大衛的詩,交與伶長耶杜頓。
39:1
אָמַ֗רְתִּי אֶ֥שְׁמְרָ֣ה דְרָכַי֮ מֵחֲט֢וֹא בִלְשׁ֫וֹנִ֥י אֶשְׁמְרָ֥ה לְפִ֥י מַחְס֑וֹם בְּעֹ֖ד רָשָׁ֣ע לְנֶגְדִּֽי׃
I said, “I will watch my ways, so that I don’t sin with my tongue. I will keep my mouth with a bridle while the wicked is before me.”
我曾說:我要謹慎我的言行, 免得我舌頭犯罪; 惡人在我面前的時候, 我要用嚼環勒住我的口。
39:2
נֶאֱלַ֣מְתִּי ד֭וּמִיָּה הֶחֱשֵׁ֣יתִי מִטּ֑וֹב וּכְאֵבִ֥י נֶעְכָּֽר׃
I was mute with silence. I held my peace, even from good. My sorrow was stirred.
我默然無聲,連好話也不出口; 我的愁苦就發動了,
39:3
חַם־לִבִּ֨י׀ בְּקִרְבִּ֗י בַּהֲגִיגִ֥י תִבְעַר־אֵ֑שׁ דִּ֝בַּ֗רְתִּי בִּלְשׁוֹנִֽי׃
My heart was hot within me. While I meditated, the fire burned. I spoke with my tongue:
我的心在我裏面發熱。 我默想的時候,火就燒起, 我便用舌頭說話。
39:4
הוֹדִ֘יעֵ֤נִי יְהֹוָ֨ה׀ קִצִּ֗י וּמִדַּ֣ת יָמַ֣י מַה־הִ֑יא אֵ֝דְעָ֗ה מֶה־חָדֵ֥ל אָֽנִי׃
“Yahweh, show me my end, what is the measure of my days. Let me know how frail I am.
耶和華啊,求你叫我曉得我身之終! 我的壽數幾何? 叫我知道我的生命不長!
39:5
הִנֵּ֤ה טְפָח֨וֹת׀ נָ֘תַ֤תָּה יָמַ֗י וְחֶלְדִּ֣י כְאַ֣יִן נֶגְדֶּ֑ךָ אַ֥ךְ כׇּֽל־הֶ֥בֶל כׇּל־אָ֝דָ֗ם נִצָּ֥ב סֶֽלָה׃
Behold, you have made my days hand widths. My lifetime is as nothing before you. Surely every man stands as a breath.” Selah.
你使我的年日窄如手掌; 我一生的年數,在你面前如同無有。 各人最穩妥的時候,真是全然虛幻。(細拉)
39:6
אַךְ־בְּצֶ֤לֶם׀ יִֽתְהַלֶּךְ־אִ֗ישׁ אַךְ־הֶ֥בֶל יֶהֱמָי֑וּן יִ֝צְבֹּ֗ר וְֽלֹא־יֵדַ֥ע מִֽי־אֹסְפָֽם׃
“Surely every man walks like a shadow. Surely they busy themselves in vain. He heaps up, and doesn’t know who shall gather.
世人行動實係幻影。 他們忙亂,真是枉然; 積蓄財寶,不知將來有誰收取。
39:7
וְעַתָּ֣ה מַה־קִּוִּ֣יתִי אֲדֹנָ֑י תּ֝וֹחַלְתִּ֗י לְךָ֣ הִֽיא׃
Now, Lord, what do I wait for? My hope is in you.
主啊,如今我等甚麼呢? 我的指望在乎你!
39:8
מִכׇּל־פְּשָׁעַ֥י הַצִּילֵ֑נִי חֶרְפַּ֥ת נָ֝בָ֗ל אַל־תְּשִׂימֵֽנִי׃
Deliver me from all my transgressions. Don’t make me the reproach of the foolish.
求你救我脫離一切的過犯, 不要使我受愚頑人的羞辱。
39:9
נֶ֭אֱלַמְתִּי לֹ֣א אֶפְתַּח־פִּ֑י כִּ֖י אַתָּ֣ה עָשִֽׂיתָ׃
I was mute. I didn’t open my mouth, because you did it.
因我所遭遇的是出於你, 我就默然不語。
39:10
הָסֵ֣ר מֵעָלַ֣י נִגְעֶ֑ךָ מִתִּגְרַ֥ת יָ֝דְךָ֗ אֲנִ֣י כָלִֽיתִי׃
Remove your scourge away from me. I am overcome by the blow of your hand.
求你把你的責罰從我身上免去; 因你手的責打,我便消滅。
39:11
בְּֽתוֹכָ֘ח֤וֹת עַל־עָוֺ֨ן׀ יִסַּ֬רְתָּ אִ֗ישׁ וַתֶּ֣מֶס כָּעָ֣שׁ חֲמוּד֑וֹ אַ֤ךְ הֶ֖בֶל כׇּל־אָדָ֣ם סֶֽלָה׃
When you rebuke and correct man for iniquity, you consume his wealth like a moth. Surely every man is but a breath.” Selah.
你因人的罪惡懲罰他的時候, 叫他的笑容 消滅,如衣被蟲所咬。 世人真是虛幻!(細拉)
39:12
שִׁ֥מְעָֽה־תְפִלָּתִ֨י׀ יְהֹוָ֡ה וְשַׁוְעָתִ֨י׀ הַאֲזִינָה֮ אֶֽל־דִּמְעָתִ֗י אַֽל־תֶּ֫חֱרַ֥שׁ כִּ֤י גֵ֣ר אָנֹכִ֣י עִמָּ֑ךְ תּ֝וֹשָׁ֗ב כְּכׇל־אֲבוֹתָֽי׃
“Hear my prayer, Yahweh, and give ear to my cry. Don’t be silent at my tears. For I am a stranger with you, a foreigner, as all my fathers were.
耶和華啊,求你聽我的禱告, 留心聽我的呼求! 我流淚,求你不要靜默無聲! 因為我在你面前是客旅, 是寄居的,像我列祖一般。
39:13
הָשַׁ֣ע מִמֶּ֣נִּי וְאַבְלִ֑יגָה בְּטֶ֖רֶם אֵלֵ֣ךְ וְאֵינֶֽנִּי׃ {פ}
Oh spare me, that I may recover strength, before I go away and exist no more.”
求你寬容我, 使我在去而不返之先可以力量復原。
