34:1

ተጋብኡ፡ ሕዝብ፡ ወስምዑ፡ መላእክት፤ ወትስማዕ፡ ምድርኒ፡ ወእለ፡ ውስቴታ፡ ወዓለምኒ፡ ወኵሉ፡ ዘውስቴታ፡ አሕዛብ።

列國啊，要近前來聽！眾民哪，要側耳而聽！地和其上所充滿的，世界和其中一切所出的都應當聽！

Come near, you nations, to hear! Listen, you peoples. Let the earth and all it contains hear, the world, and everything that comes from it.

34:2

እስመ፡ መዐተ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ ላዕለ፡ ኵሉ፡ አሕዛብ፤ ወመቅሠፍቱኒ፡ ዲበ፡ ኆልቆሙ፤ ከመ፡ ያጥፍኦሙ፡ ወይመጥዎሙ፡ ውስተ፡ እደ፡ ኲናት።

因為耶和華向萬國發忿恨，向他們的全軍發烈怒，將他們滅盡，交出他們受殺戮。

For Yahweh is enraged against all the nations, and angry with all their armies. He has utterly destroyed them. He has given them over for slaughter.

34:3

ወይትገደፍ፡ አብድንቲሆሙ፡ ለቅቱላን፤ ወይጼኑ፡ ጺዓቶሙ፤ ወይርሕሱ፡ አድባር፡ እምደሞሙ።

被殺的必然拋棄，屍首臭氣上騰；諸山被他們的血融化。

Their slain will also be cast out, and the stench of their dead bodies will come up. The mountains will melt in their blood.

34:4

ወትጠወም፡ ሰማይ፡ ከመ፡ መጽሐፍ፤ ወይወድቁ፡ ኵሉ፡ ከዋክብት፡ ከመ፡ ቈጽለ፡ ወይን፡ ወከመ፡ ይወድቅ፡ ቈጽለ፡ በለስ።

天上的萬象都要消沒；天被捲起，好像書卷。其上的萬象要殘敗，像葡萄樹的葉子殘敗，又像無花果樹的葉子殘敗一樣。

All of the army of the sky will be dissolved. The sky will be rolled up like a scroll, and all its armies will fade away, as a leaf fades from off a vine or a fig tree.

34:5

ሰክረት፡ መጥባህትየ፡ በሰማይ፤ ነያ፡ ትነድድ፡ ዲበ፡ ኤዶምያስ፤ ወትወርድ፡ ዲበ፡ ሕዝብ፡ ሕጉላን፡ ምስለ፡ ኵነኔ።

因為我的刀在天上已經喝足；這刀必臨到以東和我所咒詛的民，要施行審判。

For my sword has drunk its fill in the sky. Behold, it will come down on Edom, and on the people of my curse, for judgment.

34:6

መጥባሕተ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ ጽግብት፡ ደመ፡ ወሥብሕት፡ ሥብሐ፡ አባግዕ፡ ወእምሥብሐ፡ አጣሊ፡ ወሐራጊት፤ እስመ፡ መሥዋዕተ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ በባሶር፤ ወዓቢይ፡ ጥብሕ፡ በኤዶምያስ።

耶和華的刀滿了血，用脂油和羊羔、公山羊的血，並公綿羊腰子的脂油滋潤的；因為耶和華在波斯拉有獻祭的事，在以東地大行殺戮。

Yahweh’s sword is filled with blood. It is covered with fat, with the blood of lambs and goats, with the fat of the kidneys of rams; for Yahweh has a sacrifice in Bozrah, and a great slaughter in the land of Edom.

34:7

ወይወድቁ፡ ተባዕያን፡ ምስሌሆሙ፤ ወሐራጊትሂ፡ ወአሥዋር፤ ወትሰክር፡ ምድር፡ እምደሞሙ፤ ወትጠልቅ፡ እምሥብሖሙ።

野牛、牛犢，和公牛要一同下來。他們的地喝醉了血；他們的塵土因脂油肥潤。

The wild oxen will come down with them, and the young bulls with the mighty bulls; and their land will be drunken with blood, and their dust made greasy with fat.

34:8

እስመ፡ ዕለተ፡ ኵነኔሁ፡ ለእግዚአብሔር፤ ወዓመተ፡ ፍዳ፡ ኵነኔሃ፡ ለጽዮን።

因耶和華有報仇之日，為錫安的爭辯有報應之年。

For Yahweh has a day of vengeance, a year of recompense for the cause of Zion.

34:9

ወይትመየጣ፡ ቈላቲሃ፡ ወይከውና፡ ፔሳ፣፡ ወይከውን፡ ምድራ፡ ተየ፤ ወይነድድ፡ ምድራ።

以東的河水要變為石油，塵埃要變為硫磺；地土成為燒着的石油，

Its streams will be turned into pitch, its dust into sulfur, and its land will become burning pitch.
