28:1
አሌሎ፡ ለአክሊለ፡ ኃሣር፡ ዓሳቢሁ፡ ለኤፍሬም፤ ጽጌ፡ ዘይወድቅ፡ እምትርሲቱ፡ ውስተ፡ ርእሰ፡ ደብር፡ ግዙፍ፡ እለ፡ ይሰክሩ፡ ዘእንበለ፡ ወይን።
Woe to the crown of pride of the drunkards of Ephraim, and to the fading flower of his glorious beauty, which is on the head of the fertile valley of those who are overcome with wine!
禍哉！以法蓮的酒徒， 住在肥美谷的山上， 他們心裏高傲， 以所誇的為冠冕， 猶如將殘之花。
28:2
ናሁ፡ ጽኑዕ፡ ወዕጹብ፡ መቅሠፍተ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ ከመ፡ በረድ፡ ዘይወርድ፡ ኀበ፡ አልቦ፡ ጠፈረ፣፡ ዘይወርድ፡ በኃይል፡ ከመ፡ ማይ፡ ብዙኅ፡ ወምሉእ፡ ዘይውኅዝ፡ ወይገብር፡ ዕረፍተ፡ ምድር፡ ወለብሔር።
Behold, the Lord has one who is mighty and strong. Like a storm of hail, a destroying storm, and like a storm of mighty waters overflowing, he will cast them down to the earth with his hand.
看哪，主有一大能大力者， 像一陣冰雹， 像毀滅的暴風， 像漲溢的大水， 他必用手將冠冕摔落於地。
28:3
ወይከይድዋ፡ በእገሪሆሙ፡ ወበእደዊሆሙ፡ ለአክሊለ፡ ጽዕለቶሙ፡ ለዓሳበ፡ ኤፍሬም።
The crown of pride of the drunkards of Ephraim will be trodden under foot.
以法蓮高傲的酒徒， 他的冠冕必被踏在腳下。
28:4
ወይከውን፡ ጽጌ፡ ዘይወድቅ፡ እምትውክልተ፡ ክብሮሙ፡ ውስተ፡ ርእሰ፡ ደብር፡ ነዋኅ፤ ከመ፡ ዘርእየ፡ በኵረ፡ በለስ፡ ወይረውጽ፡ ኀቤሃ፡ ወይፈቅድ፡ ከመ፡ የኀሣ፡ ዘእንበለ፡ ይትመጠዋ፡ በእዴሁ።
The fading flower of his glorious beauty, which is on the head of the fertile valley, shall be like the first-ripe fig before the summer, which someone picks and eats as soon as he sees it.
那榮美將殘之花， 就是在肥美谷山上的， 必像夏令以前初熟的無花果； 看見這果的就注意， 一到手中就吞吃了。
28:5
ይእተ፡ አሚረ፡ ይከውኖሙ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ ጸባኦት፡ አክሊለ፡ ስብሐት፡ ዘተጸፍረ፣፡ ለእለ፡ ተጽዕሉ፡ ሕዝብ፡ እለ፡ ተርፉ።
In that day, Yahweh of Armies will become a crown of glory and a diadem of beauty to the residue of his people,
到那日，萬軍之耶和華 必作他餘剩之民的榮冠華冕，
28:6
በመንፈሰ፡ ኵነኔ፡ ወበፍትሕ፡ ወበኃይለ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ ወይነፅኁ፡ አንቆቅሖሙ።
and a spirit of justice to him who sits in judgment, and strength to those who turn back the battle at the gate.
也作了在位上行審判者公平之靈， 並城門口打退仇敵者的力量。
28:7
እስመ፡ እሉ፡ ሰክሩ፡ በወይን፡ ወአስሐቶሙ፡ ሜስ፤ ወአደንገፆሙ፡ ሜስ፡ ለካህን፡ ወለነቢይ፣፡ ወአሥጠሞሙ፡ ወይን፡ ወጌገዩ፡ በሰኪይ፤ ወዝኒ፡ መትሕተ፡ ዐይን፡ ውእቱ።
They also reel with wine, and stagger with strong drink. The priest and the prophet reel with strong drink. They are swallowed up by wine. They stagger with strong drink. They err in vision. They stumble in judgment.
就是這地的人也因酒搖搖晃晃， 因濃酒東倒西歪。 祭司和先知因濃酒搖搖晃晃， 被酒所困， 因濃酒東倒西歪。 他們錯解默示， 謬行審判。
28:8
ትትበላዕ፡ እንጋ፡ ዛቲ፡ ምክር፡ ዘመክሩ፡ ከመዝ፡ ከመ፡ ይትዐገሉ፡ ነዳየ።
For all tables are completely full of filthy vomit and filthiness.
因為各席上滿了嘔吐的污穢， 無一處乾淨。
28:9
ለመኑ፡ ዜነውነ፡ እኩየ፡ ወለመኑ፡ ዜነውነ፡ ዜና፤ እለ፡ አኅደግዎሙ፡ ጠቢወ፡ ጥብ፡ ወከልእዎሙ፡ ኢይትወግኡ፡ ሐሊበ።
Whom will he teach knowledge? To whom will he explain the message? Those who are weaned from the milk, and drawn from the breasts?
譏誚先知的說： 他要將知識指教誰呢？ 要使誰明白傳言呢？ 是那剛斷奶離懷的嗎？
28:10
ሕማመ፡ በዲበ፡ ሕማም፡ ተወክፉ፡ ወተመጠዉ፡ ተስፋ፡ በዲበ፡ ተስፋ፤ ወዓዲ፡ ኅዳጠ፡ ወዓዲ፡ ኅዳጠ።
For it is precept on precept, precept on precept; line on line, line on line; here a little, there a little.
他竟命上加命，令上加令， 律上加律，例上加例， 這裏一點，那裏一點。
28:11
በእንተ፡ ኃጢአተ፡ ከናፍር፡ ወበካልእ፡ ልሳን፡ ይነብብዎሙ፡ ለዝንቱ፡ ሕዝብ።
But he will speak to this nation with stammering lips and in another language,
先知說：不然，主要藉異邦人的嘴唇 和外邦人的舌頭對這百姓說話。
28:12
ወይብልዎሙ፤ ዝንቱ፡ ዕረፍቱ፡ ለዘይሰቲ፡ ወከመዝ፡ ቅጥቃጤሁ፤ ወአበዩ፡ ሰሚዐ።
to whom he said, “This is the resting place. Give rest to the weary,” and “This is the refreshing;” yet they would not hear.
他曾對他們說： 你們要使疲乏人得安息， 這樣才得安息，才得舒暢， 他們卻不肯聽。
28:13
ወይከውኖሙ፡ ቃለ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ ሕማም፡ በዲበ፡ ሕማም፡ ወተስፋ፡ በዲበ፡ ተስፋ፤ ዓዲ፡ ኅዳጠ፡ ወዓዲ፡ ኅዳጠ፡ ከመ፡ ይሖሩ፡ ወይወድቁ፡ ድኅሪተ፡ ወይትቀጠቀጡ፡ ወይሠገሩ፡ ወይትመነደቡ።
Therefore Yahweh’s word will be to them precept on precept, precept on precept; line on line, line on line; here a little, there a little; that they may go, fall backward, be broken, be snared, and be taken.
所以，耶和華向他們說的話是 命上加命，令上加令， 律上加律，例上加例， 這裏一點，那裏一點， 以致他們前行仰面跌倒， 而且跌碎，並陷入網羅被纏住。
28:14
በእንተ፡ ዝንቱ፡ ስምዑ፡ ቃለ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ ዕደው፡ ትዉቃን፡ ወመላእክተ፡ ሕዝብ፡ ዘኢየሩሳሌም።
Therefore hear Yahweh’s word, you scoffers, that rule this people in Jerusalem:
所以，你們這些褻慢的人， 就是轄管住在耶路撒冷這百姓的， 要聽耶和華的話。
28:15
እስመ፡ ትብሉ፤ ተመሐልነ፡ ምስለ፡ ሲኦል፡ ወተካየድነ፡ ምስለ፡ ሞት፡ ከመ፡ ኢይብጽሐነ፡ ዐውሎ፡ ወኢይርከበነ፡ ለእመሂ፡ ኀለፈ።
“Because you have said, ‘We have made a covenant with death, and we are in agreement with Sheol. When the overflowing scourge passes through, it won’t come to us; for we have made lies our refuge, and we have hidden ourselves under falsehood.’”
你們曾說： 我們與死亡立約， 與陰間結盟； 敵軍 如水漲漫經過的時候， 必不臨到我們； 因我們以謊言為避所， 在虛假以下藏身。
28:16
በእንተ፡ ዝንቱ፡ ከመዝ፡ ይቤ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ እግዚእ፤ ናሁ፡ አነ፡ እሠይም፡ ውስተ፡ ጽዮን፡ እብነ፡ ውስተ፡ መሠረታ፣፡ እብነ፡ ማዕዝንት፣፡ ኅሪተ፡ ወክብርተ፡ እንተ፡ ብዙኅ፡ ሤጣ፡ ዐውደ፡ መሠረታ፣፡ ወዘአምነ፡ ባቲ፡ ኢይትኀፈር።
Therefore the Lord Yahweh says, “Behold, I lay in Zion for a foundation a stone, a tried stone, a precious cornerstone of a sure foundation. He who believes shall not act hastily.
所以，主耶和華如此說： 看哪，我在錫安放一塊石頭作為根基， 是試驗過的石頭， 是穩固根基，寶貴的房角石； 信靠的人必不着急。
28:17
ወእሬሲ፡ ተስፋ፡ በጽድቅ፡ ወሣሀልየኒ፡ በመዳልው፤ ወእለሰ፡ ይትዌከሉ፡ በከንቱ፡ ወበሐሰት፡ ኢያመሥጡ፡ እምዐውሎ።
I will make justice the measuring line, and righteousness the plumb line. The hail will sweep away the refuge of lies, and the waters will overflow the hiding place.
我必以公平為準繩， 以公義為線鉈。 冰雹必沖去謊言的避所； 大水必漫過藏身之處。
28:18
ወየዐሉ፡ ለክሙ፡ ማሕላክሙ፡ ዘምስለ፡ ሞት፡ ወኪዳንክሙ፡ ዘምስለ፡ ሲኦል፡ ኢይቀውም።
Your covenant with death shall be annulled, and your agreement with Sheol shall not stand. When the overflowing scourge passes through, then you will be trampled down by it.
你們與死亡所立的約必然廢掉， 與陰間所結的盟必立不住。 敵軍 如水漲漫經過的時候， 你們必被他踐踏；
28:19
ወእምከመ፡ መጽአ፡ የሐፍሠክሙ፣፡ ለለ፡ ጽባሑ፡ ትቀርበክሙ፡ ዕለትክሙ፡ ወሌሊትኒ፡ ትሕዝብት፡ እኩይ።
As often as it passes through, it will seize you; for morning by morning it will pass through, by day and by night; and it will be nothing but terror to understand the message.”
每逢經過必將你們擄去。 因為每早晨他必經過， 白晝黑夜都必如此。 明白傳言的必受驚恐。
28:20
ኢንክል፡ ላኳ፡ ወጋእዘ፤ ለሊነ፡ ሰራሕነ፡ ከመ፡ ናስተጋብእክሙ።
For the bed is too short to stretch out on, and the blanket is too narrow to wrap oneself in.
原來，床榻短，使人不能舒身； 被窩窄，使人不能遮體。
28:21
ከመ፡ ወግረ፡ ኃጥኣን፡ ይትነሣእ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ ወይሄሉ፡ ውስተ፡ ቈላተ፡ ገባኦን፣፡ ወይገብር፡ ግብሮ፡ በመዐት፣፡ መሪረ፡ ግብረ፤ ወመዐቱሰ፡ ዕጹበ፡ ይገብር፡ ወሕምዙኒ፡ ነኪር።
For Yahweh will rise up as on Mount Perazim. He will be angry as in the valley of Gibeon; that he may do his work, his unusual work, and bring to pass his act, his extraordinary act.
耶和華必興起，像在毗拉心山； 他必發怒，像在基遍谷， 好做成他的工，就是非常的工； 成就他的事，就是奇異的事。
28:22
ወአንትሙኒ፡ ኢትትፈሥሑ፡ ወኢይጸንዕ፡ ቅጽርክሙ፤ እስመ፡ ኅሉቀ፡ ወምቱረ፡ ነገረ፡ ሰማዕኩ፡ በኀበ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ ጸባኦት፡ ዘይገብር፡ በኵሉ፡ ምድር።
Now therefore don’t be scoffers, lest your bonds be made strong; for I have heard a decree of destruction from the Lord, Yahweh of Armies, on the whole earth.
現在你們不可褻慢， 恐怕捆你們的綁索更結實了； 因為我從主－萬軍之耶和華那裏聽見， 已經決定在全地上施行滅絕的事。
28:23
ስምዑ፡ ቃልየ፡ ወአጽምዑኒ፣፡ ለብዉ፡ ወስምዑ፡ ነገርየ።
Give ear, and hear my voice! Listen, and hear my speech!
你們當側耳聽我的聲音， 留心聽我的言語。
28:24
ቦኑ፡ ኵሎ፡ አሚረ፡ የሐርስ፡ ዘየሐርስ፤ ያቀድምኑ፡ ዘሪአ፡ ዘእንበለ፡ ይሕርስ፡ ምድሮ።
Does he who plows to sow plow continually? Does he keep turning the soil and breaking the clods?
那耕地為要撒種的， 豈是常常耕地呢？ 豈是常常開墾耙地呢？
28:25
አኮኑ፡ አቀምጢዖ፡ ገራህቶ፡ ሶቤሃ፡ ይዘርእ፡ ኅዳጠ፡ መለንሶ፡ ወከሚነ፣፡ ወካዕበ፡ ይዘርእ፡ ስርናየ፡ ወሰገመ።
When he has leveled its surface, doesn’t he plant the dill, and scatter the cumin seed, and put in the wheat in rows, the barley in the appointed place, and the spelt in its place?
他拉平了地面， 豈不就撒種小茴香， 播種大茴香， 按行列種小麥， 在定處種大麥， 在田邊種粗麥呢？
28:26
ወትትሜሀር፡ ምድር፡ በኵነኔ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ ወትትፌሣሕ።
For his God instructs him in right judgment and teaches him.
因為他的上帝教導他務農相宜， 並且指教他。
28:27
እስመ፡ አኮ፡ በተኀይሎ፡ ዘያከይድዎ፡ ለመለንሶ፡ ወአኮ፡ በመንኰራኵረ፡ ሠረገላ፡ ዘየሐስይዎ፡ ለከሚን፤ ለከሚንሂ፡ በበትር፡ ይዘብጥዎ፡ ወለመለንሶሂ፡ በእክል፡ ይበልዕዎ።
For the dill isn’t threshed with a sharp instrument, neither is a cart wheel turned over the cumin; but the dill is beaten out with a stick, and the cumin with a rod.
原來打小茴香，不用尖利的器具， 軋大茴香，也不用碌碡 ； 但用杖打小茴香， 用棍打大茴香。
28:28
ወአነሂ፡ አኮ፡ ለዓለም፡ ዘእትመዐዐክሙ፡ ወኢይከይደክሙ፡ ቃለ፡ ምረትየ።
Bread flour must be ground; so he will not always be threshing it. Although he drives the wheel of his threshing cart over it, his horses don’t grind it.
做餅的糧食是用磨磨碎， 因它不必常打； 雖用碌碡和馬打散， 卻不磨它。
28:29
ወዝንቱ፡ ዘወፅአ፡ እምኀበ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ ጸባኦት፡ መንክር፤ ወአንትሙሰ፡ ትፈቅዱ፡ ታዕብይዎ፡ ለከንቱ፡ ተየውሆ።
This also comes out from Yahweh of Armies, who is wonderful in counsel, and excellent in wisdom.
這也是出於萬軍之耶和華－ 他的謀略奇妙； 他的智慧廣大。
