ℹ️ This corpus has no verse-level morphological tagging. Lemmas come mainly from word-level tagging of other books in the same language (not from this verse), falling back to dictionary form-matching for the rest. Rare homographs can still be misread; verify against the original and a specialist lexicon where precision matters.
ℹ️ The Chinese and English alongside are this site's own translation, made directly from the original text on this page (not the CUV or the WEB, which follow the Masoretic Text and a different textual tradition).

48:1
Hear these things, house of Jacob, you who are called by the name of Israel and who came out of Judah, who swear by the name of the Lord God of Israel, making mention of him neither in truth nor in righteousness;
雅各家啊,你們要聽這些話;你們是以以色列為名而蒙召的,是從猶大出來的,是指著以色列的神主之名起誓的,卻不憑真實,也不憑公義題說他;
48:2
and who hold fast to the name of the holy city, and lean upon the God of Israel — the Lord Sabaoth is his name.
The former things I declared beforehand; they went out of my mouth and were made heard; suddenly I acted, and they came about.
I know that you are hard, and your neck is an iron sinew, and your forehead is bronze.
And I declared it to you long ago; before it came upon you I made you hear it, lest you say, My idols did it, and lest you say, The carved and the molten images commanded me.
You have heard all these things, yet you did not know. But I also made you hear new things from now on, which are about to happen, and you did not say so.
It happens now, and not long ago; and not in former days did you hear of them. Do not say, Yes, I know them.
You neither knew nor understood, nor from the beginning did I open your ears; for I knew that in dealing treacherously you would deal treacherously, and that you would be called lawless even from the womb.
For the sake of my name I will show you my wrath, and I will bring my glorious things upon you, so that I may not utterly destroy you.
Behold, I have sold you, but not for silver; and I have rescued you from a furnace of poverty.
For my own sake I will act toward you, because my name is being profaned; and my glory I will not give to another.
Hear me, Jacob, and Israel whom I call: I am first, and I am forever.
And my hand founded the earth, and my right hand made the heaven firm; I will call them and they shall stand together.
And all shall be gathered and shall hear: who announced these things to them? Loving you, I have done your will upon Babylon, to take away the seed of the Chaldeans.
I have spoken, I have called; I brought him and prospered his way.
Draw near to me and hear these things: from the beginning I did not speak in secret, nor in a dark place of the earth; when it came to be, I was there. And now the Lord has sent me, and his Spirit.
Thus says the Lord who delivered you, the Holy One of Israel: I am your God; I have shown you how to find the way in which you are to walk.
And if you had listened to my commandments, your peace would have become like a river, and your righteousness like a wave of the sea;
你若聽從我的誡命,你的平安就必像河流,你的公義就必像海浪;
48:19
and your seed would have become like the sand, and the offspring of your belly like the dust of the earth. Not even now shall you be utterly destroyed, nor shall your name perish before me.
Go out from Babylon, fleeing from the Chaldeans; declare with a voice of gladness, and let this be made heard; proclaim it to the end of the earth; say: The Lord has delivered his servant Jacob.
And if they thirst, he will lead them through a desert; he will bring forth water for them out of a rock; a rock shall be split and water shall flow, and my people shall drink.
There is no rejoicing for the ungodly, says the Lord.
