ℹ️ This corpus has no verse-level morphological tagging. Lemmas come mainly from word-level tagging of other books in the same language (not from this verse), falling back to dictionary form-matching for the rest. Rare homographs can still be misread; verify against the original and a specialist lexicon where precision matters.
ℹ️ The Chinese and English alongside are this site's own translation, made directly from the original text on this page (not the CUV or the WEB, which follow the Masoretic Text and a different textual tradition).

And it came to pass in the days of Achaz son of Joatham, son of Ozias king of Judah, that Raasson king of Aram and Phakee son of Romelias king of Israel went up against Jerusalem to make war on it, but they were not able to besiege it.
And it was reported to the house of David, saying: Aram has agreed with Ephraim. And his soul was shaken, and the soul of his people, as when in a forest a tree is shaken by the wind.
And you shall say to him: Take care to keep quiet, and do not fear, nor let your soul be faint because of these two smoking firebrands of wood; for when the anger of my wrath comes to pass, I will heal again.
For before the child knows good or evil, he refuses wickedness so as to choose the good; and the land which you fear shall be forsaken from before the two kings.
But God shall bring upon you and upon your people and upon your father's house days such as have not yet come, from the day that Ephraim took away the king of the Assyrians from Iouda.
And it shall come to pass in that day that the Lord shall whistle for the flies that rule over part of the river of Egypt, and for the bee that is in the country of the Assyrians.
And they shall all come and rest in the valleys of the country, and in the holes of the rocks, and in the caves, and in every cleft, and on every tree.
In that day the Lord shall shave with the great and drunken razor — that is, the king of the Assyrians from beyond the river — the head and the hair of the feet; and he shall take away the beard also.
And every mountain that is ploughed shall be ploughed, and no fear shall come there; for from being barren ground and thorns it shall become pasture for sheep and a trampling place for oxen.
