47:1
Post hæc surrexit Nathan, propheta in diebus David.
在他以後,拿單興起,在大衛的日子說預言。
And after him rose up Nathan To prophesy in the days of David.
47:2
Et quasi adeps separatus a carne, sic David a filiis Israël.
如同從平安祭中分別出來的脂油,大衛也照樣從以色列眾子中被分別出來。
As is the fat when it is separated from the peace offering, So was David separated from the children of Israel.
47:3
Cum leonibus lusit quasi cum agnis, et in ursis similiter fecit sicut in agnis ovium, in juventute sua.
他戲弄獅子,如同戲弄山羊羔;又對付熊,如同對付羣中的羊羔。
He played with lions as with kids, And with bears as with lambs of the flock.
47:4
Numquid non occidit gigantem, et abstulit opprobrium de gente ?
他年輕時豈不是擊殺了巨人,從百姓中除去凌辱嗎?他舉手用機弦甩石,打倒了歌利亞的狂傲。
In his youth did he not kill a giant, And take away reproach from the people, When he lifted up his hand with a sling stone, And beat down the boasting of Goliath?
47:5
In tollendo manum, saxo fundæ dejecit exsultationem Goliæ :
因為他求告至高的主,主就賜力量在他右手,使他殺死那善戰的勇士,高舉本國百姓的角。
For he called upon the Most High Lord; And he gave him strength in his right hand, To kill a man mighty in war, To exalt the horn of his people.
47:6
nam invocavit Dominum omnipotentem, et dedit in dextera ejus tollere hominem fortem in bello, et exaltare cornu gentis suæ.
於是人因他殺敵成萬而尊崇他,因主的福而稱讚他,又把榮耀的冠冕戴在他頭上。
So they glorified him for his ten thousands, And praised him for the blessings of the Lord, In that there was given him a diadem of glory.
47:7
Sic in decem millibus glorificavit eum : et laudavit eum in benedictionibus Domini, in offerendo illi coronam gloriæ :
因為他四面剪除仇敵,又使敵對的非利士人歸於無有,直到今日折斷了他們的角。
For he destroyed the enemies on every side, And brought to nothing the Philistines his adversaries, Brake their horn in pieces to this day.
47:8
contrivit enim inimicos undique, et extirpavit Philisthiim contrarios usque in hodiernum diem : contrivit cornu ipsorum usque in æternum.
他在一切的作為上,都用榮耀的言語向至高的聖者稱謝;他全心歌頌,又愛那造他的主。
In every work of his he gave thanks to the Holy One Most High with words of glory; With his whole heart he sang praise, And loved him that made him.
47:9
In omni opere dedit confessionem Sancto, et Excelso in verbo gloriæ.
他又設立歌唱的人在祭壇前,使他們的歌聲發出甘美的旋律。
Also he set singers before the altar, And to make sweet melody by their music.
47:10
De omni corde suo laudavit Dominum : et dilexit Deum, qui fecit illum, et dedit illi contra inimicos potentiam :
他使節期顯為美好,把時令安排得盡善盡美,使眾人讚美主的聖名,又從清晨起在聖所發出聲響。
He gave comeliness to the feasts, And set in order the seasons to perfection, While they praised his holy name, And the sanctuary sounded from early morning.
47:11
et stare fecit cantores contra altare, et in sono eorum dulces fecit modos.
主除去他的罪,永遠高舉他的角,又賜給他君王的約,和以色列中榮耀的寶座。
The Lord took away his sins, And exalted his horn forever; And gave him a covenant of kings, And a throne of glory in Israel.
47:12
Et dedit in celebrationibus decus, et ornavit tempora usque ad consummationem vitæ, ut laudarent nomen sanctum Domini, et amplificarent mane Dei sanctitatem.
在他以後,興起一位有見識的兒子;為他的緣故,他得以安享寬廣之地。
After him rose up a son, a man of understanding; And for his sake he lived at large.
47:13
Dominus purgavit peccata ipsius, et exaltavit in æternum cornu ejus : et dedit illi testamentum regni, et sedem gloriæ in Israël.
所羅門在太平的日子作王,神使他四境得享安息,好叫他為主的名建造殿宇,預備永遠的聖所。
Solomon reigned in days of peace; And to him God gave rest round about, That he might set up a house for his name, And prepare a sanctuary forever.
47:14
Post ipsum surrexit filius sensatus, et propter illum dejecit omnem potentiam inimicorum.
你年輕時何等有智慧,滿有聰明如同江河!
How wise was you made in your youth, And filled as a river with understanding!
47:15
Salomon imperavit in diebus pacis, cui subjecit Deus omnes hostes, ut conderet domum in nomine suo, et pararet sanctitatem in sempiternum. Quemadmodum eruditus es in juventute tua,
你的心思遍及全地,你以隱晦的比喻充滿其間。
Your soul covered the earth, And you filled it with dark parables.
47:16
et impletus es, quasi flumen, sapientia, et terram retexit anima tua.
你的名遠達海島,你因你的太平蒙人愛戴。
Your name reached to the aisles afar off; And for your peace you were beloved.
47:17
Et replesti in comparationibus ænigmata : ad insulas longe divulgatum est nomen tuum, et dilectus es in pace tua.
因你的詩歌、箴言、比喻和解釋,列邦都因你驚奇。
For your songs and proverbs and parables, And for your interpretations, the countries marveled at you.
47:18
In cantilenis, et proverbiis, et comparationibus, et interpretationibus, miratæ sunt terræ :
奉主神的名,就是那稱為以色列之神的,你聚斂金子如同錫,積蓄銀子如同鉛。
By the name of the Lord God, Which is called the God of Israel, You did gather gold as tin, And did multiply silver as lead.
47:19
et in nomine Domini Dei, cui est cognomen Deus Israël.
你卻向婦女屈身放縱情慾,在你的身體上受她們轄制。
You did bow your loins to women, And in your body you were brought into subjection.
47:20
Collegisti quasi auricalcum aurum, et ut plumbum complesti argentum :
你使自己的榮耀蒙了瑕疵,玷污了你的後裔,致使忿怒臨到你的兒女,人也因你的愚行而痛心。
You did blemish your honor, And profane your seed, To bring wrath upon your children; And I was grieved for your folly:
47:21
et inclinasti femora tua mulieribus : potestatem habuisti in corpore tuo.
以致國度一分為二,從以法蓮興起一個悖逆的王國。
So that the sovereignty was divided, And out of Ephraim ruled a disobedient kingdom.
47:22
Dedisti maculam in gloria tua, et profanasti semen tuum, inducere iracundiam ad liberos tuos, et incitari stultitiam tuam :
然而主必不撇棄祂的憐憫,也不毀壞祂的言語,更不塗抹祂所揀選者的後裔,也不剪除愛祂者的子孫;祂給雅各留下餘種,也從中給大衛留下根苗。
But the Lord will never forsake his mercy; And he will not destroy any of his works, Nor blot out the posterity of his elect; And the seed of him that loved him he will not take away; And he gave a remnant to Jacob, And to David a root out of him.
47:23
ut faceres imperium bipartitum, et ex Ephraim imperare imperium durum.
所羅門與他列祖同睡了,從他的後裔中留下羅波安接續他,就是百姓中愚昧、缺乏聰明的人,他用自己的計謀使百姓背叛。還有尼八的兒子耶羅波安,使以色列陷在罪裡,又使以法蓮行了犯罪的道路。
And so rested Solomon with his fathers; And of his seed he left behind him Rehoboam, Even the foolishness of the people, and one that lacked understanding, Who made the people to revolt by his counsel. Also Jeroboam the son of Nebat, Who made Israel to sin, And gave to Ephraim a way of sin.
47:24
Deus autem non derelinquet misericordiam suam : et non corrumpet, nec delebit opera sua, neque perdet a stirpe nepotes electi sui, et semen ejus qui diligit Dominum non corrumpet.
他們的罪極其增多,以致他們從本地被遷移出去。
And their sins were multiplied exceedingly, To remove them from their land.
47:25
Dedit autem reliquum Jacob, et David de ipsa stirpe.
因為他們尋求各樣的邪惡,直到報應臨到他們。
For they sought out all manner of wickedness, Till vengeance should come upon them.
