59:1
ወበእማንቱ ፡ መዋዕል ፡ ርእያ ፡ አዕይንትየ ፡ ኅቡኣተ ፡ መባርቅት ፡ ወብርሃናት ፡ ወኵነኔሆሙ ፡ ወይበርቁ ፡ ለበረከት ፡ ወለመርገም ፡ በከመ ፡ ፈቀደ ፡ እግዚአ ፡ መናፍስት ።
[In those days mine eyes saw the secrets of the lightnings, and of the lights, and the judgements they execute (lit. ‘their judgement’): and they lighten for a blessing or a curse as the Lord of Spirits willeth.
當那些日子，我的眼看見閃電與光體的奧祕和它們所執行的審判；它們照靈之主所願的，為祝福或為咒詛而閃耀。
59:2
ወበህየ ፡ ርኢኩ ፡ ኅቡኣተ ፡ ነጐድጓድ ፡ ወሶበ ፡ ይደቅቅ ፡ በመልዕልተ ፡ ሰማይ ፡ ቃሎሙ ፡ ይሰማዕ ፡ ወማኅደራተ ፡ የብስ ፡ አስተርአየኒ ፡ ወቃል ፡ ነጐድጓድ ፡ ለሰላም ፡ ወለበረከት ፡ ወለእመ ፡ ለረጊም ፡ በቃለ ፡ እግዚአ ፡ መናፍስት ።
And there I saw the secrets of the thunder, and how when it resounds above in the heaven, the sound thereof is heard, and he caused me to see the judgements executed on the earth, whether they be for well-being and blessing, or for a curse according to the word of the Lord of Spirits.
在那裡，我看見雷霆的奧祕，當它在天上發響時，其聲被人聽見；祂又使我看見地上的安居住處，看見雷聲是為平安祝福，或照靈之主的話為咒詛。
59:3
ወእምድኅረ ፡ ዝ ፡ ተርእየ ፡ ሊተ ፡ ኵሉ ፡ ኅቡኣቲሆሙ ፡ ለብርሃናት ፡ ወለመባርቅት ፡ ለበረከት ፡ ወለጽጋብ ፡ ይበርቁ ።
And after that all the secrets of the lights and lightnings were shown to me, and they lighten for blessing and for satisfying.]
此後，光體與閃電一切的奧祕都向我顯明，它們為祝福、為飽足而閃耀。
