You, Master, gave them the authority of kingship through your magnificent and ineffable might, that we, knowing the glory and honor given to them by you, may submit to them, resisting your will in nothing. To them, Lord, grant health, peace, concord, and stability, that they may exercise without offense the dominion given to them by you.
For you, heavenly Master, King of the ages, give to the sons of men glory and honor and authority over the things that are upon the earth. You, Lord, direct their counsel according to what is good and well-pleasing in your sight, so that, exercising in peace and gentleness with godliness the authority given to them by you, they may find you gracious.
O you who alone are able to do these things and far greater good things with us, to you we give thanks through the High Priest and Guardian of our souls, Jesus Christ, through whom be the glory and the majesty to you both now and unto generation of generations and unto the ages of ages. Amen.
