1:1
ἐν ἀρχῇ ἐποίησεν ὁ θεὸς τὸν οὐρανὸν καὶ τὴν γῆν
起初，神造了天和地。
In the beginning God made the heaven and the earth.
1:2
ἡ δὲ γῆ ἦν ἀόρατος καὶ ἀκατασκεύαστος καὶ σκότος ἐπάνω τῆς ἀβύσσου καὶ πνεῦμα θεοῦ ἐπεφέρετο ἐπάνω τοῦ ὕδατος
地是看不見的、未成形的；黑暗在深淵之上，神的靈運行在水面上。
But the earth was invisible and unformed, and darkness was above the abyss, and a spirit of God was being carried along above the water.
1:3
καὶ εἶπεν ὁ θεός γενηθήτω φῶς καὶ ἐγένετο φῶς
神說：「要有光。」就有了光。
And God said, "Let there be light." And there was light.
1:4
καὶ εἶδεν ὁ θεὸς τὸ φῶς ὅτι καλόν καὶ διεχώρισεν ὁ θεὸς ἀνὰ μέσον τοῦ φωτὸς καὶ ἀνὰ μέσον τοῦ σκότους
神看光是好的，神就把光和暗分開。
And God saw the light, that it was good; and God separated between the light and between the darkness.
1:5
καὶ ἐκάλεσεν ὁ θεὸς τὸ φῶς ἡμέραν καὶ τὸ σκότος ἐκάλεσεν νύκτα καὶ ἐγένετο ἑσπέρα καὶ ἐγένετο πρωί ἡμέρα μία
神稱光為晝，稱暗為夜。有晚上，有早晨，是一日。
And God called the light day, and the darkness he called night. And there was evening and there was morning, day one.
1:6
καὶ εἶπεν ὁ θεός γενηθήτω στερέωμα ἐν μέσῳ τοῦ ὕδατος καὶ ἔστω διαχωρίζον ἀνὰ μέσον ὕδατος καὶ ὕδατος καὶ ἐγένετο οὕτως
神說：「水中間要有穹蒼，把水和水分開。」事就這樣成了。
And God said, "Let there be a firmament in the midst of the water, and let it be separating between water and water." And it was so.
1:7
καὶ ἐποίησεν ὁ θεὸς τὸ στερέωμα καὶ διεχώρισεν ὁ θεὸς ἀνὰ μέσον τοῦ ὕδατος ὃ ἦν ὑποκάτω τοῦ στερεώματος καὶ ἀνὰ μέσον τοῦ ὕδατος τοῦ ἐπάνω τοῦ στερεώματος
神就造了穹蒼，把穹蒼以下的水和穹蒼以上的水分開。
And God made the firmament, and God separated between the water that was below the firmament and between the water that was above the firmament.
1:8
καὶ ἐκάλεσεν ὁ θεὸς τὸ στερέωμα οὐρανόν καὶ εἶδεν ὁ θεὸς ὅτι καλόν καὶ ἐγένετο ἑσπέρα καὶ ἐγένετο πρωί ἡμέρα δευτέρα
神稱穹蒼為天。神看是好的。有晚上，有早晨，是第二日。
And God called the firmament heaven. And God saw that it was good. And there was evening and there was morning, a second day.
1:9
καὶ εἶπεν ὁ θεός συναχθήτω τὸ ὕδωρ τὸ ὑποκάτω τοῦ οὐρανοῦ εἰς συναγωγὴν μίαν καὶ ὀφθήτω ἡ ξηρά καὶ ἐγένετο οὕτως καὶ συνήχθη τὸ ὕδωρ τὸ ὑποκάτω τοῦ οὐρανοῦ εἰς τὰς συναγωγὰς αὐτῶν καὶ ὤφθη ἡ ξηρά
神說：「天下的水要聚到一處，讓旱地顯露出來。」事就這樣成了。天下的水便聚到它們的匯集處，旱地就顯露出來。
And God said, "Let the water that is below the heaven be gathered into one gathering, and let the dry land appear." And it was so. And the water that was below the heaven was gathered into their gatherings, and the dry land appeared.
1:10
καὶ ἐκάλεσεν ὁ θεὸς τὴν ξηρὰν γῆν καὶ τὰ συστήματα τῶν ὑδάτων ἐκάλεσεν θαλάσσας καὶ εἶδεν ὁ θεὸς ὅτι καλόν
神稱旱地為地，稱水的匯集為海。神看是好的。
And God called the dry land earth, and the systems of the waters he called seas. And God saw that it was good.
1:11
καὶ εἶπεν ὁ θεός βλαστησάτω ἡ γῆ βοτάνην χόρτου σπεῖρον σπέρμα κατὰ γένος καὶ καθ’ ὁμοιότητα καὶ ξύλον κάρπιμον ποιοῦν καρπόν οὗ τὸ σπέρμα αὐτοῦ ἐν αὐτῷ κατὰ γένος ἐπὶ τῆς γῆς καὶ ἐγένετο οὕτως
神說：「地要生出青草的菜蔬，結出種子，各從其類、各按其相似；又要生出結果子的樹木，果子裡有種子，各從其類，在地上。」事就這樣成了。
And God said, "Let the earth put forth herbage of grass, sowing seed according to kind and according to likeness, and a fruitful tree making fruit whose seed is in it according to kind, upon the earth." And it was so.
1:12
καὶ ἐξήνεγκεν ἡ γῆ βοτάνην χόρτου σπεῖρον σπέρμα κατὰ γένος καὶ καθ’ ὁμοιότητα καὶ ξύλον κάρπιμον ποιοῦν καρπόν οὗ τὸ σπέρμα αὐτοῦ ἐν αὐτῷ κατὰ γένος ἐπὶ τῆς γῆς καὶ εἶδεν ὁ θεὸς ὅτι καλόν
地就生出青草的菜蔬，結出種子，各從其類、各按其相似；又生出結果子的樹木，果子裡有種子，各從其類，在地上。神看是好的。
And the earth brought forth herbage of grass, sowing seed according to kind and according to likeness, and a fruitful tree making fruit whose seed is in it according to kind, upon the earth. And God saw that it was good.
1:13
καὶ ἐγένετο ἑσπέρα καὶ ἐγένετο πρωί ἡμέρα τρίτη
有晚上，有早晨，是第三日。
And there was evening and there was morning, a third day.
1:14
καὶ εἶπεν ὁ θεός γενηθήτωσαν φωστῆρες ἐν τῷ στερεώματι τοῦ οὐρανοῦ εἰς φαῦσιν τῆς γῆς τοῦ διαχωρίζειν ἀνὰ μέσον τῆς ἡμέρας καὶ ἀνὰ μέσον τῆς νυκτὸς καὶ ἔστωσαν εἰς σημεῖα καὶ εἰς καιροὺς καὶ εἰς ἡμέρας καὶ εἰς ἐνιαυτοὺς
神說：「天的穹蒼中要有發光體，照亮大地，把晝和夜分開；它們要作記號，定季節、日子和年歲；
And God said, "Let there be luminaries in the firmament of the heaven for the illumination of the earth, to separate between the day and between the night, and let them be for signs and for seasons and for days and for years,
1:15
καὶ ἔστωσαν εἰς φαῦσιν ἐν τῷ στερεώματι τοῦ οὐρανοῦ ὥστε φαίνειν ἐπὶ τῆς γῆς καὶ ἐγένετο οὕτως
它們要在天的穹蒼中發光，照在地上。」事就這樣成了。
and let them be for illumination in the firmament of the heaven so as to shine upon the earth." And it was so.
1:16
καὶ ἐποίησεν ὁ θεὸς τοὺς δύο φωστῆρας τοὺς μεγάλους τὸν φωστῆρα τὸν μέγαν εἰς ἀρχὰς τῆς ἡμέρας καὶ τὸν φωστῆρα τὸν ἐλάσσω εἰς ἀρχὰς τῆς νυκτός καὶ τοὺς ἀστέρας
神造了那兩個大的發光體：大的那個管轄白晝，小的那個管轄黑夜；又造了眾星。
And God made the two great luminaries: the greater luminary for rulings of the day and the lesser luminary for rulings of the night, and the stars.
1:17
καὶ ἔθετο αὐτοὺς ὁ θεὸς ἐν τῷ στερεώματι τοῦ οὐρανοῦ ὥστε φαίνειν ἐπὶ τῆς γῆς
神把它們擺在天的穹蒼中，好照在地上，
And God set them in the firmament of the heaven so as to shine upon the earth,
1:18
καὶ ἄρχειν τῆς ἡμέρας καὶ τῆς νυκτὸς καὶ διαχωρίζειν ἀνὰ μέσον τοῦ φωτὸς καὶ ἀνὰ μέσον τοῦ σκότους καὶ εἶδεν ὁ θεὸς ὅτι καλόν
管理白晝和黑夜，並把光和暗分開。神看是好的。
and to rule the day and the night and to separate between the light and between the darkness. And God saw that it was good.
1:19
καὶ ἐγένετο ἑσπέρα καὶ ἐγένετο πρωί ἡμέρα τετάρτη
有晚上，有早晨，是第四日。
And there was evening and there was morning, a fourth day.
1:20
καὶ εἶπεν ὁ θεός ἐξαγαγέτω τὰ ὕδατα ἑρπετὰ ψυχῶν ζωσῶν καὶ πετεινὰ πετόμενα ἐπὶ τῆς γῆς κατὰ τὸ στερέωμα τοῦ οὐρανοῦ καὶ ἐγένετο οὕτως
神說：「水要生出有活魂的爬物，又要有飛鳥沿著天的穹蒼、在地上飛。」事就這樣成了。
And God said, "Let the waters bring forth creeping things of living souls, and birds flying above the earth along the firmament of the heaven." And it was so.
1:21
καὶ ἐποίησεν ὁ θεὸς τὰ κήτη τὰ μεγάλα καὶ πᾶσαν ψυχὴν ζῴων ἑρπετῶν ἃ ἐξήγαγεν τὰ ὕδατα κατὰ γένη αὐτῶν καὶ πᾶν πετεινὸν πτερωτὸν κατὰ γένος καὶ εἶδεν ὁ θεὸς ὅτι καλά
神就造了大海獸，和水中所生各樣爬行活物的魂，各從其類；又造了各樣有翅膀的飛鳥，各從其類。神看是好的。
And God made the great sea monsters and every soul of living creeping creatures which the waters brought forth according to their kinds, and every winged bird according to kind. And God saw that they were good.
1:22
καὶ ηὐλόγησεν αὐτὰ ὁ θεὸς λέγων αὐξάνεσθε καὶ πληθύνεσθε καὶ πληρώσατε τὰ ὕδατα ἐν ταῖς θαλάσσαις καὶ τὰ πετεινὰ πληθυνέσθωσαν ἐπὶ τῆς γῆς
神賜福給牠們，說：「要繁衍增多，充滿海中的水；飛鳥也要在地上增多。」
And God blessed them, saying, "Increase and multiply and fill the waters in the seas, and let the birds multiply upon the earth."
1:23
καὶ ἐγένετο ἑσπέρα καὶ ἐγένετο πρωί ἡμέρα πέμπτη
有晚上，有早晨，是第五日。
And there was evening and there was morning, a fifth day.
1:24
καὶ εἶπεν ὁ θεός ἐξαγαγέτω ἡ γῆ ψυχὴν ζῶσαν κατὰ γένος τετράποδα καὶ ἑρπετὰ καὶ θηρία τῆς γῆς κατὰ γένος καὶ ἐγένετο οὕτως
神說：「地要生出活的魂，各從其類：四足的、爬物，和地上的野獸，各從其類。」事就這樣成了。
And God said, "Let the earth bring forth a living soul according to kind: quadrupeds and creeping things and wild animals of the earth according to kind." And it was so.
1:25
καὶ ἐποίησεν ὁ θεὸς τὰ θηρία τῆς γῆς κατὰ γένος καὶ τὰ κτήνη κατὰ γένος καὶ πάντα τὰ ἑρπετὰ τῆς γῆς κατὰ γένος αὐτῶν καὶ εἶδεν ὁ θεὸς ὅτι καλά
神造了地上的野獸，各從其類；又造了牲畜，各從其類；和地上一切的爬物，各從其類。神看是好的。
And God made the wild animals of the earth according to kind and the cattle according to kind and all the creeping things of the earth according to their kind. And God saw that they were good.
1:26
καὶ εἶπεν ὁ θεός ποιήσωμεν ἄνθρωπον κατ’ εἰκόνα ἡμετέραν καὶ καθ’ ὁμοίωσιν καὶ ἀρχέτωσαν τῶν ἰχθύων τῆς θαλάσσης καὶ τῶν πετεινῶν τοῦ οὐρανοῦ καὶ τῶν κτηνῶν καὶ πάσης τῆς γῆς καὶ πάντων τῶν ἑρπετῶν τῶν ἑρπόντων ἐπὶ τῆς γῆς
神說：「我們要照著我們的形像、按著樣式造人，使他們管理海裡的魚、天空的飛鳥、牲畜、全地，和地上一切爬行的爬物。」
And God said, "Let us make humankind according to our image and according to likeness, and let them rule the fish of the sea and the birds of the heaven and the cattle and all the earth and all the creeping things that creep upon the earth."
1:27
καὶ ἐποίησεν ὁ θεὸς τὸν ἄνθρωπον κατ’ εἰκόνα θεοῦ ἐποίησεν αὐτόν ἄρσεν καὶ θῆλυ ἐποίησεν αὐτούς
神就造了人，照著神的形像造他，造男造女。
And God made humankind; according to the image of God he made him; male and female he made them.
1:28
καὶ ηὐλόγησεν αὐτοὺς ὁ θεὸς λέγων αὐξάνεσθε καὶ πληθύνεσθε καὶ πληρώσατε τὴν γῆν καὶ κατακυριεύσατε αὐτῆς καὶ ἄρχετε τῶν ἰχθύων τῆς θαλάσσης καὶ τῶν πετεινῶν τοῦ οὐρανοῦ καὶ πάντων τῶν κτηνῶν καὶ πάσης τῆς γῆς καὶ πάντων τῶν ἑρπετῶν τῶν ἑρπόντων ἐπὶ τῆς γῆς
神賜福給他們，說：「要繁衍增多，遍滿全地，治理這地；也要管理海裡的魚、天空的飛鳥、一切牲畜、全地，和地上一切爬行的爬物。」
And God blessed them, saying, "Increase and multiply and fill the earth and subdue it, and rule the fish of the sea and the birds of the heaven and all the cattle and all the earth and all the creeping things that creep upon the earth."
1:29
καὶ εἶπεν ὁ θεός ἰδοὺ δέδωκα ὑμῖν πᾶν χόρτον σπόριμον σπεῖρον σπέρμα ὅ ἐστιν ἐπάνω πάσης τῆς γῆς καὶ πᾶν ξύλον ὃ ἔχει ἐν ἑαυτῷ καρπὸν σπέρματος σπορίμου ὑμῖν ἔσται εἰς βρῶσιν
神說：「看哪，我把遍地上一切可撒種、結種子的菜蔬，和一切樹上有可撒之種的果子的樹木，都賜給你們，作你們的食物；
And God said, "Look, I have given to you every seed-bearing herbage sowing seed which is upon all the earth, and every tree which has in itself fruit of sowable seed; to you it shall be for food,
1:30
καὶ πᾶσι τοῖς θηρίοις τῆς γῆς καὶ πᾶσι τοῖς πετεινοῖς τοῦ οὐρανοῦ καὶ παντὶ ἑρπετῷ τῷ ἕρποντι ἐπὶ τῆς γῆς ὃ ἔχει ἐν ἑαυτῷ ψυχὴν ζωῆς πάντα χόρτον χλωρὸν εἰς βρῶσιν καὶ ἐγένετο οὕτως
至於地上一切的野獸、天空一切的飛鳥，和地上一切爬行、裡面有生命之魂的爬物，我把一切青綠的菜蔬賜給牠們作食物。」事就這樣成了。
and to all the wild animals of the earth and to all the birds of the heaven and to every creeping thing that creeps upon the earth which has in itself a soul of life, every green herbage for food." And it was so.
1:31
καὶ εἶδεν ὁ θεὸς τὰ πάντα ὅσα ἐποίησεν καὶ ἰδοὺ καλὰ λίαν καὶ ἐγένετο ἑσπέρα καὶ ἐγένετο πρωί ἡμέρα ἕκτη
神看他所造的一切，看哪，都非常好。有晚上，有早晨，是第六日。
And God saw all the things that he had made, and look, they were very good. And there was evening and there was morning, a sixth day.
