22:1
ወኮነ ፡ በሱባዔ ፡ ቀዳሚ ፡ በዘ ፡ አርብዓ ፡ ወአርባዕ ፡ ኢዮቤልዉ ፡ በካልእ ፡ ዓመት ፡ በዘ ፡ ሞተ ፡ አብርሃም ፡ መጽኡ ፡ ይስሐቅ ፡ ወይስማዔል ፡ እምዐዘቅተ ፡ መሐላ ፡ ከመ ፡ ይግበሩ ፡ በዓለ ፡ ሱባዔያት ፡ ዛቲ ፡ በዓል ፡ ዘቀዳሚ ፡ ማእረር ፡ ኀበ ፡ አብርሃም ፡ አቡሆሙ ፡ ወተፈሥሐ ፡ አብርሃም ፡ እስመ ፡ ክልኤሆሙ ፡ ደቂቁ ፡ መጽኡ ፡ 2 እስመ ፡ ብዙኅ ፡ ጥሪቱ ፡ ለይስሐቅ ፡ በቤርሳቤ ፡ ወየሐውር ፡ ይስሐቅ ፡ ወይዋሒ ፡ ጥሪቶ ፡ ወይገብእ ፡ ኀበ ፡ አቡሁ ፡ 3 ወበዝ ፡ መዋዕል ፡ መጽአ ፡ ይስማዔል ፡ ይርአይ ፡ አባሁ ፡ ወመጽኡ ፡ ኵሎሙ ፡ ኅቡረ ፡ ወጠብሐ ፡ ይስሐቅ ፡ መሥዋዕተ ፡ ለጽንሐሕ ፡ ወአዕረገ ፡ ዲበ ፡ ምሥዋዐ ፡ አቡሁ ፡ ዘገብረ ፡ በኬብሮን ።
在第四十四個禧年的第一個七年的第二年，就是亞伯拉罕去世的那年，以撒和以實瑪利從誓言之井來到他們父親亞伯拉罕那裏，要守七七節，就是初熟收割的節期。亞伯拉罕歡喜，因為他兩個兒子都來了。因為以撒在別是巴有許多牲畜，以撒常去查看他的牲畜，然後回到他父親那裏。在這些日子，以實瑪利前來探望他的父親；他們都一同來了。以撒宰了平安燔祭，獻在他父親在希伯崙所築的壇上。

22:4
ወሦዐ ፡ መድኃኒተ ፡ ወገብረ ፡ ግዝአ ፡ ግሥሓ ፡ በቅድመ ፡ ይስማዔል ፡ እኁሁ ።
他獻了感謝祭，在他兄弟以實瑪利面前擺設歡樂的筵席。
And he offered a thank-offering and made a feast of joy before Ishmael, his brother: and Rebecca made new cakes from the new grain, and gave them to Jacob, her son, to take them to Abraham, his father, from the first-fruits of the land, that he might eat and bless the Creator of all things before he died.
22:5
ወይስሐቅኒ ፡ ውእቱ ፡ ፈነወ ፡ በእደ ፡ ያዕቆብ ፡ ዘይሤኒ ፡ መሥዋዕተ ፡ ዘመድኃኒት ፡ አብርሃም ፡ ይብላዕ ፡ ወይስተይ ።
以撒也藉著雅各的手，送上上好的感謝祭給亞伯拉罕喫喝。
And Isaac, too,!sent by the hand of Jacob to Abraham a best thank-offering, that he might eat and drink.
22:6
ወበልዐ ፡ ወሰትየ ፡ ወባረኮ ፡ ለአምላክ ፡ ልዑል ፡ ዘፈጠረ ፡ ሰማየ ፡ ወምድረ ፡ ዘገብረ ፡ ኵሎ ፡ ስብሐ ፡ ምድር ፡ ወወሀቦሙ ፡ ለውሉደ ፡ ሰብእ ፡ ይብልዑ ፡ ወይስተዩ ፡ ወይባርኩ ፡ ፈጣሪሆሙ ።
亞伯拉罕喫了喝了，便稱頌那創造天地、造出地上一切肥美之物的至高神，因祂把這些賜給世人喫喝，並稱頌他們的創造主。
And he ate and drank, and blessed the Most High God, Who hath created heaven and earth, Who hath made all the fat things of the earth, Who hath made all the fat things of the earth, And given them to the children of men And given them to the children of men That they might eat and drink and bless their Creator. 22:7
ወይእዜኒ ፡ እትጋነይ ፡ ለከ ፡ አምላኪየ ፡ እስመ ፡ አርአይከኒ ፡ ዛተ ፡ ዕለተ ፡ ናሁ ፡ አነ ፡ ወልደ ፡ ምእት ፡ ወሰብዓ ፡ ወኃምስ ፡ ክረምት ፡ ልሂቅ ፡ ወፍጹመ ፡ መዋዕል ፡ ወኵሎን ፡ መዋዕልየ ፡ ኮናኒ ፡ ሰላመ ፡ 8 ሰይፈ ፡ ጸላኢ ፡ ኢሞአኒ ።
「如今我感謝你，我的神，因你使我得見這日；看哪，我已一百七十五歲，年紀老邁，日子滿足，我一生的日子於我都是平安的。」「仇敵的刀劍未曾勝過我。」
"And now I give thanks unto Thee, my God, because Thou hast caused me to see this day: behold, I am one hundred three score and fifteen years, an old man and full of days, 1 and all my days have been unto me peace.
22:9
ትኩን ፡ ሣልስከ ፡ ወሰላምከ ፡ ላዕለ ፡ ገብርከ ፡ ወላዕለ ፡ ዘርአ ፡ ውሉዱ ፡ ከመ ፡ ይኩንከ ፡ ሕዝበ ፡ ኅሩየ ፡ ወርስተ ፡ እምኵሉ ፡ አሕዛበ ፡ ምድር ፡ እምይእዜ ፡ ወእስከ ፡ ኵሉ ፡ መዋዕል ፡ ዘትውልደ ፡ ምድር ፡ ለኵሉ ፡ ዓለማት ።
「願你的憐憫和平安臨到你的僕人，並他子孫的後裔，使他們成為你特選的子民，作你的產業，從地上萬族中分別出來，從今時直到地上世世代代的眾日子，存到萬世。」
My God, may Thy mercy and Thy peace be upon Thy servant, and upon the seed of his sons, that they may be to Thee a chosen nation and an inheritance 3 from amongst all the nations of the earth from henceforth unto all the days of the generations of the earth, unto all the ages. " Footnotes 1.
22:10
ወጸውዖ ፡ ለያዕቆብ ፡ ወይቤሎ ፡ ወልድየ ፡ ያዕቆብ ፡ ይባርክ ፡ አምላከ ፡ ኵሉ ፡ ወያኀይልከ ፡ ለገቢረ ፡ ጽድቅ ፡ ወፈቃዱ ፡ በቅድመ ፡ ዚአሁ ፡ ወይኅረይ ፡ ብከ ፡ ወበዘርእከ ፡ ከመ ፡ ትኩንዎ ፡ ሕዝበ ፡ ለርስቱ ፡ በከመ ፡ ፈቃዱ ፡ በኵሉ ፡ መዋዕል ።
他叫了雅各來，對他說：「我兒雅各，願那萬有的神賜福給你，堅固你行公義，遵行祂面前的旨意；願祂揀選你和你的後裔，使你們照祂的旨意永遠成為祂產業的子民。」
And he called Jacob and said My son Jacob, may the God of all 4 bless thee and strengthen thee to do righteousness, and His will before Him, and may He choose thee and thy seed that ye may become a people for His inheritance according to His will alway. And do thou, my son, Jacob, draw near and kiss me. "
22:11
ወቀርበ ፡ ወሰዐሞ ።
雅各就近前與他親嘴。
And he drew near and kissed him, and he said: "Blessed be my son Jacob And all the sons of God Most High, unto all the ages: And all the sons of God Most High, unto all the ages: May God give unto thee a seed of righteousness; May God give unto thee a seed of righteousness; And some of thy sons may He sanctify in the midst of the whole earth; And some of thy sons may He sanctify in the midst of the whole earth; May nations serve thee, May nations serve thee, And all the nations bow themselves before thy seed. 1 12 . Be strong in the presence of men,
22:12
ኩን ፡ ኀያለ ፡ በቅድመ ፡ ሰብእ ፡ ወእንዘ ፡ ትሜብል ፡ ውስተ ፡ ኵሉ ፡ ዘርአ ፡ ሴት ፡ አሜሃ ፡ ይጸድቃ ፡ ፍናዊከ ፡ ወፍናወ ፡ ውሉድከ ፡ ለከዊነ ፡ ሕዝብ ፡ ቅዱስ ፡ 13 የሀብከ ፡ አምላክ ፡ ልዑል ፡ ኵሎን ፡ በረከታተ ፡ እለ ፡ ባረከኒ ፡ ወእለ ፡ ባረኮ ፡ ለኖኅ ፡ ወአዳምሃ ፡ ያዕርፍ ፡ ዲበ ፡ ድማኀ ፡ ቅዳሴ ፡ ዘርእከ ፡ ለኵሉ ፡ ትውልደ ፡ ትውልድ ፡ ወእስከ ፡ ለዓለም ።
「你要在眾人面前剛強，掌權管理塞特一切的後裔；那時你的道路和你子孫的道路就必得稱為義，使他們成為聖潔的國民。願至高的神把祂賜福給我、又賜福給挪亞和亞當的一切祝福都賜給你；願這些祝福安歇在你後裔成聖的頭上，世世代代直到永遠。」
Be strong in the presence of men, And exercise authority over all the seed of Seth. And exercise authority over all the seed of Seth. 2 Then thy ways and the ways of thy sons will be justified, Then thy ways and the ways of thy sons will be justified, So that they shall become a holy nation. So that they shall become a holy nation. 13 . May the Most High God give thee all the blessings
22:14
ወያንጽሕከ ፡ እምኵሉ ፡ ርስሐተ ፡ ርኵስ ፡ ከመ ፡ ታስተስሪ ፡ እምኵሉ ፡ አበሳ ፡ ዘበ ፡ ኢያእምሮ ፡ ጌጋይከ ።
「願祂潔淨你脫離一切污穢的玷污，使你一切的過犯，並你無知所犯的罪，都得赦免。」
And may He cleanse thee from all unrighteousness and impurity, That thou mayest be forgiven all (thy) transgressions; (and) thy sins of ignorance. That thou mayest be forgiven all (thy) transgressions; (and) thy sins of ignorance. And may He strengthen thee, And bless thee. And mayest thou inherit the whole earth, And mayest thou inherit the whole earth, 15 . And may He renew His covenant with thee, And may He strengthen thee, And bless thee.
22:15
ወየሐድስ ፡ ኪዳኖ ፡ መስሌከ ፡ ከመ ፡ ትኩኖ ፡ ሕዝበ ፡ ለርስቱ ፡ በኵሉ ፡ ዓለማት ።
「願祂與你重立祂的約，使你成為祂產業的子民，存到萬世，又使祂憑真理公義作你和你後裔的神，直到地上的眾日子。」
And may He renew His covenant with thee, That thou mayest be to Him a nation for His inheritance That thou mayest be to Him a nation for His inheritance 4 for all the ages, And that He may be to thee and to thy seed a God in truth and righteousness throughout all the days And that He may be to thee and to thy seed a God in truth and righteousness throughout all the days of the earth. 16 . And do thou, my son Jacob, remember my words, Separate thyself from the nations, And eat not with them: And eat not with them: 5 And do not according to their works, For their works are unclean, And observe the commandments of Abraham, thy father: Separate thyself from the nations, And become not their associate; For their works are unclean, And do not according to their works, And become not their associate; And all their ways are a pollution and an abomination and uncleanness. 17 . They offer their sacrifices to the dead 1 And they worship evil spirits, 2 And they eat over the graves, 3 And all their works are vanity and nothingness. 18 . They have no heart to understand And their eyes do not see what their works are, And how they err in saying to a piece of wood: 'Thou art my God,' And to a stone: 'Thou art my Lord and thou art my deliverer.' 4 [And they have no heart. ] 5 19 . And as for thee, my son Jacob, May the Most High God help thee And the God of heaven bless thee And remove thee from their uncleanness and from all their error. 20 . Be thou ware, my son Jacob, of taking a wife from any seed of the daughters of Canaan; For all his seed is to be rooted out of the earth. 6 21, For, owing to the transgression of Ham, 7 Canaan erred, 8 And all his seed will be destroyed from off the earth and all the residue thereof, And none springing from him will be saved on the day of judgment. 22 . And as for all the worshippers of idols and the profane 9(b) There will be no hope for them in the land of the living; (e) And there will be no remembrance of them on the earth; (c) For they will descend into Sheol, (c) For they will descend into Sheol, (d) And into the place of condemnation will they go, As the children of Sodom were taken away from the earth So will all those who worship idols be taken away. So will all those who worship idols be taken away. 23 . Fear not, my son Jacob,
22:16
ወአንተኒ ፡ ወልድየ ፡ ያዕቆብ ፡ ተዘከር ፡ ቃልየ ፡ ወዕቀብ ፡ ትእዛዛተ ፡ አብርሃም ፡ አቡከ ።
「我兒雅各啊，你也要記念我的話，謹守你父亞伯拉罕的誡命：要從列邦中分別自己出來，不可與他們同席而食，不可效法他們的行為，因他們的行為都是污穢的。」
And you also, my son Jacob, remember my words, and keep the commandments of Abraham your father.
22:17
መሥዋዕቶሙ ፡ ለአብድንት ፡ ይዘብሑ ፡ ወለአጋንንት ፡ ይሰግዱ ።
「他們把祭物獻給死人，又向鬼魔下拜。」
They offer their sacrifices to the dead, and they worship demons.
22:18
ወአልቦሙ ፡ ልበ ፡ ለኀልዮ ፡ ወኢኮነ ፡ አዕይንቲሆሙ ፡ ዘይሬኢ ።
「他們沒有心可以明白，他們的眼也看不見自己的行為。」
And they have no heart to perceive, nor are their eyes such as see.
22:19
ወአንተኒ ፡ ወልድየ ፡ ያዕቆብ ፡ አምላክ ፡ ልዑል ፡ ይርዳእከ ፡ ወአምላከ ፡ ሰማይ ፡ ይባርከ ፡ ወያግኅሥከ ፡ እምነ ፡ ርኵሶሙ ፡ ወእምኵሉ ፡ ስሕተቶሙ ፡ 20 ተዐቀብ ፡ ወልድየ ፡ ያዕቆብ ፡ ከመ ፡ ኢትንሣእ ፡ ብእሲተ ፡ እምነ ፡ ኵሉ ፡ ዘርአ ፡ አዋልደ ፡ ከናአን ።
「我兒雅各啊，願至高的神幫助你，願天上的神賜福給你，使你遠離他們的污穢和他們一切的錯謬。我兒雅各，你要謹慎，不可從迦南女子的任何後裔中娶妻。」
And you also, my son Jacob, may the Most High God help you, and the God of heaven bless you, and turn you away from their uncleanness and from all their error. Keep yourself, my son Jacob, that you take no wife from any seed of the daughters of Canaan.
22:21
እስመ ፡ በአበሳ ፡ ካም ፡ ስሕተ ፡ ከናአን ፡ ወኵሉ ፡ ዘርኡ ፡ ይደምሰስ ፡ እምድር ፡ ወኵሉ ፡ ተርፉ ፡ ወዘይድኅን ፡ አልቦ ፡ እምኔሁ ፡ አመ ፡ ዕለተ ፡ ደይን ፡ 22 ወለኵሎሙ ፡ እለ ፡ ያመልኩ ፡ ጣዖተ ፡ ወለጽሉኣን ፡ አልቦሙ ፡ ምንተኒ ፡ ተስፋ ፡ በምድረ ፡ ሕያዋን ፡ እስመ ፡ ውስተ ፡ ሲኦል ፡ ይወርዱ ፡ ወውስተ ፡ መካነ ፡ ደይን ፡ የሐውሩ ።
「因為迦南因含的過犯而走入錯謬，他一切的後裔必從地上被除滅，凡他所存留的一個也得不著拯救，到審判之日無一得救。至於一切拜偶像的和被棄絕的，在活人之地必毫無指望，因為他們要下到陰間，往受刑之處去。」
For through the transgression of Ham, Canaan sinned, and all his seed shall be destroyed from the earth, and all his remnant, and there is none of him that shall be saved on the day of judgment. And for all who worship idols and for the abhorred there is no hope in the land of the living, for they shall go down to Sheol, and into the place of judgment they shall depart.
22:23
ኢትፍራህ ፡ ወልድየ ፡ ያዕቆብ ፡ ወኢትደንግፅ ፡ ወልደ ፡ አብርሃም ፡ አምላክ ፡ ልዑል ፡ ይዕቀብከ ፡ እምነ ፡ ሙስና ፡ ወእምኵሉ ፡ ፍኖተ ፡ ስሕተት ፡ ውእቱ ፡ ይባልሕከ ።
「我兒雅各，你不要懼怕；亞伯拉罕的子孫哪，你不要驚惶。願至高的神保守你脫離毀滅，脫離一切錯謬的道路，祂必拯救你。」
Fear not, my son Jacob, and be not dismayed, son of Abraham; may the Most High God keep you from corruption, and from every path of error may he deliver you.
22:24
ዘንተ ፡ ቤተ ፡ ሐነጽኩ ፡ ሊተ ፡ ከመ ፡ አንብር ፡ ስምየ ፡ ላዕሌሁ ፡ በዲበ ፡ ምድር ፡ ተውህበት ፡ ለከ ፡ ወለዘርእከ ፡ ለዓለም ፡ ወትሰመይ ፡ ቤተ ፡ አብርሃም ፡ ተውህበት ፡ ለከ ፡ ወለዘርእከ ፡ ለዓለም ፡ እስመ ፡ አንተ ፡ ተሐንጽ ፡ ቤትየ ፡ ወታቀውም ፡ ስምየ ፡ ቅድመ ፡ አምላክ ፡ እስከ ፡ ለዓለም ፡ ዘርእከ ፡ ወስምከ ፡ ይቀውም ፡ ውስተ ፡ ኵሉ ፡ ትውልደ ፡ ምድር ።
「我為自己建造的這家，是要在地上把我的名安置其上；它已賜給你和你的後裔，直到永遠，要稱為亞伯拉罕的家。它已賜給你和你的後裔，直到永遠，因為你必建造我的家，在神面前堅立我的名，直到永遠；你的後裔和你的名，必存到地上的萬代。」
This house I have built for myself, that I might set my name upon it on the earth; it is given to you and to your seed for ever, and it shall be called the house of Abraham; it is given to you and to your seed for ever, for you shall build my house and establish my name before God for ever; your seed and your name shall stand throughout all generations of the earth.
22:25
፡ ወአኅለቀ ፡ እንዘ ፡ ይኤዝዞ ፡ ወይባርኮ ፡ 26 ወሰከቡ ፡ ክልኤሆሙ ፡ ኅቡረ ፡ ውስተ ፡ ዐራት ፡ አሐቲ ፡ ወኖመ ፡ ያዕቆብ ፡ ውስተ ፡ ሕፅነ ፡ አብርሃም ፡ አበ ፡ አቡሁ ፡ ወሰዐሞ ፡ ስብዐ ፡ ወተፈሥሐ ፡ ምሕረቱ ፡ ወልቡ ፡ ላዕሌሁ ፡ 27 ወባረኮ ፡ በኵሉ ፡ ልቡ ፡ ወይቤ ፡ አምላክ ፡ ልዑል ፡ አምላከ ፡ ኵሉ ፡ ወፈጣሬ ፡ ኵሉ ፡ ዘአውፅአኒ ፡ እምነ ፡ ኡር ፡ ዘከለዳዊያን ፡ ከመ ፡ የሀበኒ ፡ ዛተ ፡ ምድረ ፡ እረሳ ፡ ለዓለም ፡ ወከመ ፡ አቅም ፡ ዘርአ ፡ ቅዱሰ ፡ ከመ ፡ ይትባረክ ፡ ለዓለም ።
他吩咐並祝福雅各的話說完了。他們二人同睡在一張牀上，雅各就睡在他祖父亞伯拉罕的懷中；亞伯拉罕與他親嘴七次，他的慈愛和心都因雅各而歡喜。他全心給雅各祝福，說：「至高的神，萬有的神和萬有的創造者，就是領我出迦勒底吾珥的那位，要把這地賜給我永遠承受，又堅立聖潔的後裔，使其永遠蒙福。」
And he ceased commanding 4 him and blessing him. 26: And the two lay together on one bed, and Jacob slept in the bosom of Abraham, his father's father and he kissed him seven times, and his affection and his heart rejoiced over him.
22:28
ወባረኮ ፡ ለያዕቆብ ፡ ወልድየ ፡ ዘበኵሉ ፡ ልብየ ፡ ወዘበምሕረትየ ፡ በእለ ፡ እትፌሣሕ ፡ ቦቱ ፡ ወይኩን ፡ ሣህልከ ፡ ወምሕረትከ ፡ ነዋኀ ፡ ላዕሌሁ ፡ ወላዕለ ፡ ዘርኡ ፡ ኵሎ ፡ መዋዕለ ፡ 29 ወኢትኅድጎ ፡ ወኢትትሀየዮ ፡ እምይእዜ ፡ ወእስከ ፡ መዋዕል ፡ ዘለዓለም ።
「我給我兒雅各祝福，就是我盡心、盡我所喜悅之慈愛所愛的；願你的恩慈和憐憫永遠加在他和他後裔身上，一生不離。你不要離棄他、輕忽他，從今時直到永遠。」
And he blessed Jacob and said: "My son, over whom with all my heart and my affection I rejoice, may Thy grace and Thy mercy And be not dismayed, O son of Abraham: May the Most High God preserve thee from destruction, 23. Fear not, my son Jacob, And be not dismayed, O son of Abraham: [paragraph continues ] 24. This house have I built for myself that I might put my name upon it in the earth: [it is given to thee and to thy seed for ever ], 2 and it will be named the house of Abraham; it is given to thee and to thy seed for ever; for thou wilt build my house 3 and establish my name before God for ever: thy seed and thy name will stand throughout all generations of the earth. 22:30
ወባርኮ ፡ በኵሉ ፡ በረከታቲከ ፡ እምይእዜ ፡ ወእስከ ፡ ኵሎን ፡ መዋዕል ፡ ዘለዓለም ።
「願你用你一切的祝福賜福給他，從今時直到永遠的眾日子。」
And bless him with all Thy blessings from henceforth unto all the days of eternity, and renew Thy covenant and Thy grace with him and with his seed according to all Thy good pleasure unto all the generations of the earth.
