47:1
ወበሱባዔ ፡ ሳብዕ ፡ በሳብዕ ፡ ዓመት ፡ በዘ ፡ አርብዓ ፡ ወሰብዓቱ ፡ ኢዩቤልዉ ፡ መጽአ ፡ አቡከ ፡ እምድረ ፡ ከናአን ፡ ወተወለድከ ፡ በራብዕ ፡ ሱባዔ ፡ በሳድስ ፡ ዓመቱ ፡ በዘ ፡ አርብዓ ፡ ወሰማኒቱ ፡ ኢዮቤሌዎን ፡ ዘውእቱ ፡ መዋዕለ ፡ ምንዳቤ ፡ ላዕለ ፡ ውሉደ ፡ እስራኤል ።
在第四十七個禧年第七個七年的第七年，你父親從迦南地來；你是在第四十八個禧年第四個七年的第六年生的，那時正是以色列子孫遭受患難的日子。
And in the seventh week, in the seventh year, in the forty-seventh jubilee, your father came from the land of Canaan, and you were born in the fourth week, in its sixth year, in the forty-eighth jubilee, which was the time of tribulation upon the children of Israel.
47:2
ወአዘዘ ፡ ንጉሠ ፡ ግብጽ ፡ ፈርዖን ፡ ትእዛዘ ፡ ላዕሌሆሙ ፡ ከመ ፡ ይግድፉ ፡ ውሉዶሙ ፡ ኵሎ ፡ ሮሰ ፡ ዘተወልደ ፡ ውስተ ፡ ፈለግ ፡
埃及王法老下令吩咐他們，叫他們把所生的一切男嬰都丟在河裏。
And Pharaoh, king of Egypt, issued a command regarding them that they should cast all their male children which were born into the river.
47:3
ወነበሩ ፡ እንዘ ፡ ይገድፉ ፡ ሰብዐተ ፡ ወርኀ ፡ እስከ ፡ አመ ፡ ዕለተ ፡ ተወለድከ ።
他們把男嬰丟在河裏，丟了七個月，直到你出生的日子。
And they cast them in for seven months until the day that thou was born. And thy mother hid thee for three months, and they told regarding her.
47:4
ወገብረት ፡ ለከ ፡ ነፍቀ ፡ ወለበጠታ ፡ ፒሳ ፡ ወአስፋሊጦ ፡ ወአንበረቶ ፡ ውስተ ፡ ሣዕር ፡ ኀበ ፡ ድንጋገ ፡ ፈለግ ፡ ወአንበረተከ ፡ ውስቴታ ፡ ሰቡዐ ፡ መዋዕለ ።
你母親為你作了一個箱子，用石漆和瀝青塗抹，放在河邊蘆葦中，把你放在裏面七天。
And she made an ark for thee, and covered it with pitch and asphalt, and placed it in the flags on the bank of the river, and she placed thee in it seven days, and thy mother came by night and suckled thee, and by day Miriam, thy sister, guarded thee from the birds.
47:5
ወበውእቱ ፡ መዋዕል ፡ ወፅአት ፡ ተርሙት ፡ ወለተ ፡ ፈርዖን ፡ ከመ ፡ ትትኀፀብ ፡ በውስተ ፡ ፈለግ ፡ ወሰምዐት ፡ ቃለከ ፡ እንዘ ፡ ትበኪ ፡ ወትቤ ፡ ለዕብራዊያቲሃ ፡ ከመ ፡ ያምጽአከ ፡ ወአምጽአከ ፡ ኀቤሃ ፡ 6 ወአውፅአተከ ፡ እምነፍቅ ፡ ወምሕረተከ ።
在那些日子，法老的女兒得慕特下到河邊洗澡，聽見你的哭聲，就對她的希伯來婢女說，叫她們把你抱來；她們便把你抱到她那裏。她把你從箱子裏抱起來，憐恤你。
And in those days Tharmuth, the daughter of Pharaoh, came to bathe in the river, and she heard thy voice crying, and she told her maidens to bring thee forth, and they brought thee unto her.
47:7
ወትቤላ ፡ እኅርከ ፡ እሖርኑ ፡ ወእጸውዕ ፡ ለኪ ፡ አሐተ ፡ እምዕብራዊያት ፡ እንተ ፡ ተሐፅኖ ፡ ወታጠብዎ ፡ ለኪ ፡ ለዝ ፡ ሕፃን ።
你姐姐對她說：「我去從希伯來婦人中為你叫一個來，替你乳養這嬰孩好嗎？」她說：「你去吧。」
And thy sister said unto her, "Shall I go and call unto thee one of the Hebrew women to nurse and suckle this babe for thee? " And she said (unto her): "Go. "
47:8
ወሖረት ፡ ወጸውዐታ ፡ ለእምከ ፡ ለኢዮክቤት ፡ ወወሀበታ ፡ ዐስበ ፡ ወሐፀነተከ ።
她就去叫你母親約基別來，她給她工錢，她便乳養你。
And she went and called thy mother Jochebed, and she gave her wages, and she nursed thee.
47:9
ወእምዝ ፡ ልሂቀከ ፡ ወሰዱከ ፡ ቤተ ፡ ፈርዖን ፡ ወኮንከ ፡ ውሉዳ ፡ ወመሀረከ ፡ ዕብራን ፡ አቡከ ፡ መጽሐፈ ፡ ወእምዘ ፡ ፈጸምከ ፡ ሠለስተ ፡ ሱባዔ ፡ አብአከ ፡ ውስተ ፡ ዐጸደ ፡ መንግሥት ።
後來你長大了，他們把你帶到法老的女兒那裏，你就作了她的兒子；你父親暗蘭教你文字。過了三個七年，他們把你帶進王宮。
And afterwards, when thou wast grown up, they brought thee unto the daughter of Pharaoh, and thou didst become her son, and Amram thy father taught thee writing, and after thou hadst completed three weeks they brought thee into the royal court.
47:10
ወሀለውከ ፡ ውስተ ፡ ዐጸድ ፡ ሠለስተ ፡ ሱባዔ ፡ ዓመት ፡ እስከ ፡ መዋዕል ፡ አመ ፡ ወፃእከ ፡ እምዐጸደ ፡ መንግሥት ።
你在宮中住了三個七年，直到你從王宮出來的日子。
And thou 2351-2372 A.M. wast three weeks of years at court until the time when thou didst go forth from the royal court and didst see an Egyptian smiting thy friend who was of the children of Israel, and thou didst slay him and hide him in the sand.
47:11
ወበሳኒታ ፡ ዕለት ፡ ረከብከ ፡ ክልኤተ ፡ እንዘ ፡ ይትባአሱ ፡ እምውሉደ ፡ እስራኤል ፡ ወትቤሎ ፡ ለዘይትዔገል ፡ ለምንት ፡ ትዘብጥ ፡ እኅዋከ ፡ 12 ወተምዕዐ ፡ ወተቈጥዐ ፡ ወይቤ ፡ መኑ ፡ ሤመከ ፡ ላዕሌነ ፡ መልአከ ፡ ወመኰንነ ፡ ትቅትለኒኑ ፡ ትፈቅድ ፡ በከመ ፡ ቀተልኮ ፡ ለግብጻዊ ፡ ወፈራህከ ፡ ወጐየይከ ፡ እምቅድመ ፡ ዝንቱ ፡ ነገር ።
次日，你遇見以色列子孫中兩個人相爭，你對那欺負人的說：「你為甚麼打你的弟兄？」那人惱怒發火，說：「誰立你作我們的首領和審判官呢？難道你要殺我，像你殺那埃及人一樣嗎？」你便懼怕，因這話逃走了。
And on the second day thou didst find two of the children of Israel striving together, and thou didst say to him who was doing the wrong: "Why dost thou smite thy brother?
