44:1
ወተንሥአ ፡ እስራኤል ፡ እምካራን ፡ እምቤቱ ፡ በሠርቀ ፡ ሣልስ ፡ ወርኅ ፡ ወሖረ ፡ እንተ ፡ ፍኖተ ፡ ዐዘቅተ ፡ መሐላ ፡ ወሦዐ ፡ መሥዋዕተ ፡ ለአምላከ ፡ አቡሁ ፡ ይስሐቅ ፡ አመ ፡ ሰቡዑ ፡ ለዝ ፡ ወርኅ ።
以色列在第三月月朔從哈蘭他的家起身，經由誓言之井的路前行，在這月初七為他父親以撒的神獻祭。
And Israel set out from Haran, from his house, on the new moon of the third month, and went by the way of the Well of the Oath, and offered a sacrifice to the God of his father Isaac on the seventh of this month.
44:2
ወተዘከረ ፡ ያዕቆብ ፡ ሕልመ ፡ ዘርእየ ፡ በቤቴል ፡ ወፈርሀ ፡ ወሪደ ፡ ውስተ ፡ ግብጽ ፡ 3 ወእንዘ ፡ ይኄሊ ፡ ይልአክ ፡ ለዮሴፍ ፡ ከመ ፡ ይምጻእ ፡ ኀቤሁ ፡ ወኢይረድ ፡ ውእቱ ።
雅各記起他在伯特利所見的夢，就懼怕下埃及去。他心裏盤算要打發人去叫約瑟來他這裏，自己不下去。
And Jacob remembered the dream that he had seen at Bethel, 3 and he feared to go down into Egypt.
44:4
ወገብረ ፡ በዓለ ፡ ማእረር ፡ ቀዳሜ ፡ ፍሬ ፡ ስርናይ ፡ እምስርናይ ፡ ብሉይ ፡ እስመ ፡ አልቦ ፡ ውስተ ፡ ኵሉ ፡ ምድረ ፡ ከናአን ፡ ምልአ ፡ እድ ፡ ምንተሂ ፡ ዘርአ ፡ ውስተ ፡ ምድር ፡ እስመ ፡ ዐባር ፡ ውእቱ ፡ ኮነ ፡ ለኵሉ ፡ አራዊት ፡ ወለእንስሳ ፡ ወለአዕዋፍ ፡ ወለሰብእኒ ።
他用陳舊的五穀守初熟果子的收割節，因為在迦南全地連一把可撒在地裏的種子都沒有，因為饑荒臨到一切走獸、牲畜、飛鳥並人。
And he celebrated the harvest festival of the first-fruits 1 with old grain, for in all the land of Canaan there was not a handful of seed (in the land), for the famine was over all the beasts and cattle and birds, and also over man.
44:5
ወአመ ፡ ዐሡሩ ፡ ወሰዱሱ ፡ አስተርአዮ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ ወይቤሎ ፡ ያዕቆብ ፡ ያዕቆብ ፡ ወይቤ ፡ ነየ ፡ አነ ።
這月十六日，主向他顯現，對他說：「雅各，雅各。」他說：「我在這裏。」
And on the sixteenth the Lord appeared unto him, and said unto him, "Jacob, Jacob "; and he said, "Here am I. " And he said unto him: "I am the God of thy fathers, the God of Abraham and Isaac; fear not to go down into Egypt, for I will make of thee a great nation.
44:6
አነ ፡ እወርድ ፡ ምስሌከ ፡ ወአነ ፡ እወስደከ ፡ ወበዛቲ ፡ ምድር ፡ ትትቀበር ፡ ወዮሴፍ ፡ ያነብር ፡ እዴሁ ፡ ዲበ ፡ አዕይንቲከ ፡ ኢትፍራህ ፡ ረድ ፡ ውስተ ፡ ግብጽ ።
「我要與你同下去，也必領你上來；你必葬在這地，約瑟必親手合上你的眼睛。你不要懼怕，只管下埃及去。」
I shall go down with thee, and I shall bring thee up (again), and in this land wilt thou be buried, and Joseph will put his hands upon thy eyes. Fear not; go down into Egypt. "
44:7
ወተንሥኡ ፡ ውሉዱ ፡ ወውሉደ ፡ ውሉዱ ፡ ወአጽዐኑ ፡ አባሆሙ ፡ ወንዋዮሙ ፡ ዲበ ፡ ሰረገላት ፡ 8 ወተንሥአ ፡ እስራኤል ፡ እምዐዘቅተ ፡ መሐላ ፡ አመ ፡ ዐሡር ፡ ወሰዱስ ፡ ዕለት ፡ ዘዝ ፡ ወርኅ ፡ ሣልስ ፡ ወሖረ ፡ ብሔረ ፡ ግብጽ ።
他的眾子和孫子起身，把他們的父親和財物都馱在車上。以色列在這第三月十六日從誓言之井起身，往埃及地去。
And his sons rose up, and his sons' sons, and they placed their father and their possessions upon wagons.
44:9
ወፈነወ ፡ እስራኤል ፡ ቅድሜሁ ፡ ኀበ ፡ ዮሴፍ ፡ ወልዶ ፡ ይሁዳሃ ፡ ከመ ፡ ያስተሐይጽ ፡ ምድረ ፡ ጌሤም ፡ እስመ ፡ ህየ ፡ ይቤሎሙ ፡ ዮሴፍ ፡ ለአኀዊሁ ፡ ይምጽኡ ፡ ከመ ፡ ይኅድሩ ፡ ህየ ፡ ከመ ፡ ይኩኑ ፡ ቅሩባነ ፡ ዚአሁ ።
以色列打發他兒子猶大先到約瑟那裏，去察看歌珊地，因為約瑟曾對他弟兄們說，他們要來住在那裏，好與他相近。
And Israel sent Judah before him to his son Joseph to examine 3 the Land of Goshen, for Joseph had told his brothers that they should come and dwell there that they might be near him.
44:10
ወይእቲኒ ፡ ሠናይት ፡ በምድረ ፡ ግብጽ ፡ ወቅርብት ፡ ኀቤሁ ፡ ለኵሉ ፡ ወለእለሂ ፡ እንስሳ ።
那地是埃及地中最美好的，又與他相近，無論於人於牲畜都合宜。
And this was the goodliest (land) in the land of Egypt, and near to him, for all (of them) and also for the cattle.
44:11
ወዝ ፡ አስማቲሆሙ ፡ ለውሉደ ፡ ያዕቆብ ፡ እለ ፡ ሖሩ ፡ ውስተ ፡ ግብጽ ፡ ምስለ ፡ ያዕቆብ ፡ አቡሆሙ ፡ 12 ሮቤል ፡ በኵሩ ፡ ለእስራኤል ፡ ወዝ ፡ አስማቲሆሙ ፡ ለውሉዱ ፡ ኤኖክ ፡ ወፋሉስ ፡ ወኤስሮም ፡ ወከራሚ ፡ ኀምስቱ ።
以下是與他們父親雅各一同下埃及之雅各眾子的名字：以色列的長子流便。以下是流便兒子的名字：以諾、法路、希斯倫和迦米，共五人。
And these are the names of the sons of Jacob who went into Egypt with Jacob their father.
44:13
ስምዖን ፡ ወውሉዱ ፡ ወዝ ፡ አስማቲሆሙ ፡ ለውሉዱ ፡ ኢያሙኤል ፡ ወኢያሚን ፡ ወአዎት ፡ ወኢያኪም ፡ ወሳአር ፡ ወሳውል ፡ ወልዳ ፡ ለፍኒሰወት ፡ ሰብዓቱ ።
西緬和他的眾子。以下是他兒子的名字：耶母利、雅憫、阿轄、雅斤、瑣轄，並迦南女子所生的掃羅，共七人。
Simeon and his sons; and these are the names of his sons: Jemuel, and Jamin, and Ohad. and Jachin, and Zohar, and Shaul, the son of the Zephathite 1 woman—seven.
44:14
ሌዊ ፡ ወውሉዱ ፡ ወዝ ፡ አስማቲሆሙ ፡ ለውሉዱ ፡ ጌድሶን ፡ ወቃዓድ ፡ ወሚራሪ ፡ አርባዕቱ ።
利未和他的眾子。以下是他兒子的名字：革順、哥轄、米拉利，共四人。
Levi and his sons; and these are the names of his sons: Gershon, and Kohath, and Merari—four.
44:15
ይሁዳ ፡ ወውሉዱ ፡ ወዝ ፡ አስማቲሆሙ ፡ ለውሉዱ ፡ ሴሎም ፡ ወፋሬስ ፡ ወዛራ ፡ አርባዕቱ ።
猶大和他的眾子。以下是他兒子的名字：示拉、法勒斯、謝拉，共四人。
Judah and his sons; and these are the names of his sons: Shela, and Perez, and Zerah—four.
44:16
ይሳኮር ፡ ወውሉዱ ፡ ወዝ ፡ አስማቲሆሙ ፡ ለውሉዱ ፡ ቶላ ፡ ወፉአ ፡ ወኢያሱብ ፡ ወሳምሮም ፡ ኀምስቱ ።
以薩迦和他的眾子。以下是他兒子的名字：陀拉、普瓦、約伯、伸崙，共五人。
Issachar and his sons; and these are the names of his sons: Tola, and Phuia, 2 and Jasib, 3 and Shimron—five.
44:17
ዛብሎን ፡ ወውሉዱ ፡ ወዝ ፡ አስማቲሆሙ ፡ ለውሉዱ ፡ ሳአር ፡ ወኤሎን ፡ ወኢያሊኤል ፡ አርባዕቱ ።
西布倫和他的眾子。以下是他兒子的名字：西烈、以倫、雅利伊勒，共四人。
Zebulon and his sons; and these are the names of his sons: Sered, and Elon, and Jahiel—four.
44:18
ወእሉ ፡ ውሉደ ፡ ያዕቆብ ፡ ወውሉዶሙ ፡ እለ ፡ ወለደት ፡ ልያ ፡ ለያዕቆብ ፡ በመስጴጦምያ ፡ ስድስቱ ፡ ወአሐቲ ፡ ዲና ፡ እኅቶሙ ።
這些是雅各的眾子和他們的兒子，就是利亞在美索不達米亞給雅各所生的六個兒子，並他們一個妹妹底拿。
And these are the names of Jacob, and their sons, whom Leah bore to Jacob in Mesopotamia, six, and their one sister, Dinah; and all the souls of the sons of Leah, and their sons, who went with Jacob their father into Egypt, were twenty-nine, and Jacob their father being with them, they were thirty.
44:19
ወውሉደ ፡ ዘለፋ ፡ ለአኪታ ፡ ለልያ ፡ ብእሲተ ፡ ያዕቆብ ፡ ዘወለደት ፡ ለያዕቆብ ፡ ጋድሃ ፡ ወአሴርሃ ።
利亞的使女悉帕，就是雅各的妻子，給雅各所生的兒子是迦得和亞設。
And the sons of Zilpah, Leah's handmaid, the wife of Jacob, whom she bore unto Jacob, Gad and Asher.
44:20
ወዝ ፡ አስማተ ፡ ውሉዶሙ ፡ እለ ፡ ቦኡ ፡ ምስሌሁ ፡ ውስተ ፡ ግብጽ ፡ ውሉደ ፡ ጋድ ፡ ሴፍዮን ፡ ወአጋቲ ፡ ወሱኒ ፡ ወአሲቦን ፡ [ወዔዲስ] ፡ ወአሪሊ ፡ ወአሩዲ ፡ ሰማኒቱ ።
以下是與他同下埃及之他們兒子的名字：迦得的眾子是洗非芸、哈基、書尼、以斯本、以利、亞羅底、亞列利，共八人。
And these are the names of their sons who went with him into Egypt: the sons of Gad: Ziphion, and Haggi, and Shuni, and Ezbon, (and Eri) and Aerei, and Ariod—eight.
44:21
ወውሉደ ፡ አሴር ፡ ኢዮምና ፡ ወይሱአ ፡ [ወይኡኤል] ፡ ወቤርያ ፡ ወሳራ ፡ እኅቶሙ ፡ አሐቲ ፡ ኀምስቱ ።
亞設的眾子是音拿、亦施瓦、亦施韋、比利亞，並他們一個妹妹西拉，共六人。
And the sons of Asher: Imnah, and Ishav, (and Ishvi), and Beriah, and Serah, their one sister—six.
44:22
ኵሉ ፡ ነፍስ ፡ ዐሠርቱ ፡ ወአርባዕቱ ፡ ወኮነ ፡ ኵሉ ፡ ዘልያ ፡ አርባዓ ፡ ወአርባዕቱ ።
這一切人共十四人；利亞一系的人共四十四人。
All the souls were fourteen, and all those of Leah were forty-four.
44:23
ወውሉደ ፡ ራሔል ፡ ዘብእሲተ ፡ ያዕቆብ ፡ ዮሴፍ ፡ ወብንያም ።
雅各妻子拉結的兒子是約瑟和便雅憫。
And the sons of Rachel, the wife of Jacob: Joseph and Benjamin.
44:24
ወተወልዱ ፡ ለዮሴፍ ፡ በግብጽ ፡ ዘእንበለ ፡ ይባእ ፡ አቡሁ ፡ ውስተ ፡ ግብጽ ፡ ዘወለደት ፡ ሎቱ ፡ አስኔት ፡ ወለተ ፡ ፉጢራዕ ፡ ሣውዕ ፡ ዘኢሊዮጳሊስ ፡ ምነሴሃ ፡ ወኤፍሬምሃ ።
在他父親未下埃及之先，約瑟在埃及已生了兒子，就是希利波利祭司波提乏之女亞西納給他所生的，瑪拿西和以法蓮。
And there were born to Joseph in Egypt before his father came into Egypt, those whom Asenath, daughter of Potiphar priest of Heliopolis bare unto him, Manasseh, and Ephraim—three.
44:25
ወውሉደ ፡ ብንያም ፡ ባላ ፡ ወባኮር ፡ ወአስቢል ፡ ጉአድ ፡ ወንኤማን ፡ ወአብዮድ ፡ ወራኤ ፡ ወሰናኒም ፡ ወአፊም ፡ ወጋአም ፡ ዐሠርቱ ፡ ወአሐዱ ።
便雅憫的眾子是比拉、比結、亞實別、基拉、乃幔、以希、羅實、母平、戶平、亞勒，共十一人。
And the sons of Benjamin: Bela and Becher, and Ashbel, Gera, and Naaman, and Ehi, and Rosh, and Muppim, and Huppim, and Ard—eleven.
44:26
ወኮነ ፡ ኵሉ ፡ ነፍስ ፡ ዘራሔል ፡ ዐሠርቱ ፡ ወአርባዕቱ ።
拉結一系的人共十四人。
And all the souls of Rachel were fourteen.
44:27
ወውሉደ ፡ ባላ ፡ ለአኪታ ፡ ለራሔል ፡ ብእሲቱ ፡ ለያዕቆብ ፡ ዘወለደት ፡ ለያዕቆብ ፡ ዳንሃ ፡ ወንፍታሌም ።
拉結的使女闢拉，就是雅各的妻子，給雅各所生的兒子是但和拿弗他利。
And the sons of Bilhah, the handmaid of Rachel, the wife of Jacob, whom she bare to Jacob, were Dan and Naphtali.
44:28
ወዝ ፡ አስማተ ፡ ውሉዶሙ ፡ እለ ፡ ቦኡ ፡ ምስሌሆሙ ፡ ውስተ ፡ ግብጽ ፡ ውሉደ ፡ ዳን ፡ ኩሲም ፡ ወሳሞን ፡ ወአሱዲ ፡ ወኢያከ ፡ ወሰሎሞን ፡ ስድስቱ ፡
以下是與他們一同下埃及之他們兒子的名字：但的眾子是戶伸、撒們、亞蘇底、以雅迦、所羅門，共六人。
And these are the names of their sons who went with them into Egypt. And the sons of Dan were Hushim, and Sâmôn, and Asúdi, and 'Ijaka, and Salômôn—six.
44:29
ወሞቱ ፡ በግብጽ ፡ በዓመተ ፡ ቦኡ ፡ ወተረፎ ፡ ለዳን ፡ ኩሲም ፡ ባሕቲቱ ።
他們在進埃及的那年死了，但只剩下戶伸一人。
And they died the year in which they entered Egypt, and there was left to Dan Hushim alone.
44:30
ወዝ ፡ አስማቲሆሙ ፡ ለውሉደ ፡ ንፍታሌም ፡ ኢያሲኤል ፡ ወጋሂኒ ፡ ወአሰአር ፡ ወሰሉም ፡ ወኤው ፡
以下是拿弗他利眾子的名字：雅薛、沽尼、耶色、沙龍、伊弗。
And these are the names of the sons of Naphtali: Jahiel, and Guni, and Jezer, and Shallum, and 'Iv.
44:31
ወሞተ ፡ ኤው ፡ በግብጽ ፡ ዘተወልደ ፡ እምድኅረ ፡ ዓመተ ፡ ዐባር ፡
伊弗是在饑荒的年日以後生的，後來死在埃及。
And 'Iv, who was born after the years of famine, died in Egypt.
44:32
ወኮኑ ፡ ኵሎሙ ፡ ዘራሔል ፡ ዕሥራ ፡ ወስድስቱ ።
拉結一系的人共二十六人。
And all the souls of Rachel were twenty-six.
44:33
ወኵሉ ፡ መንፈስ ፡ ዘያዕቆብ ፡ ዘቦአ ፡ ውስተ ፡ ግብጽ ፡ ሰብዓ ፡ መንፈስ ።
凡與雅各同進埃及的人共七十人。
And all the souls of Jacob which went into Egypt were seventy souls. These are his children and his children's children, in all seventy; but five died in Egypt before Joseph, and had no children.
44:34
ወበምድረ ፡ ከናአን ፡ ሞትዎ ፡ ለይሁዳ ፡ ክልኤቱ ፡ ደቁ ፡ ኤር ፡ ወኣውናን ፡ ወአልቦሙ ፡ ውሉደ ፡ ወቀበርዎሙ ፡ ደቂቀ ፡ እስራኤል ፡ ለእለ ፡ ተሐጕሉ ፡ ወተሠይሙ ፡ ውስተ ፡ ሰብዓ ፡ ሕዝብ ።
猶大有兩個兒子珥和俄南，死在迦南地，他們沒有兒女；以色列的子孫把那喪命的埋葬了，這些人都算在七十國的數內。
And in the land of Canaan two sons of Judah died, Er and Onan, and they had no children, and the children of Israel buried those who perished, and they were reckoned among the seventy Gentile nations. Footnotes 27. The number 75, in Acts vii. 14. is due to the LXX of Exod. i. 5 and Deut. X. 22. There are certain differences in detail between the list in our text and the details given in Genesis; see Charles ad loc.
