17:1
ወበአሐዱ ፡ ዓመት ፡ ዘሱባዔ ፡ ኃምስ ፡ ኀደገ ፡ ጥበ ፡ ይስሐቅ ፡ በዝንቱ ፡ ኢዮቤልዉ ፡ ወገብረ ፡ አብርሃም ፡ ግዝአ ፡ ዐቢየ ፡ በወርኅ ፡ ሣልስ ፡ በዕለተ ፡ ኀድገ ፡ ጥበ ፡ ወልዱ ፡ ደስሐቅ ።
在這禧年的第五個七年的頭一年，以撒斷了奶；亞伯拉罕在第三月，就是他兒子以撒斷奶的那日，大擺筵席。
And in the first year of the fifth week Isaac was weaned in this jubilee, and Abraham made a great feast in the third month, on the day his son Isaac was weaned.
17:2
ወይስማዔል ፡ ወልዳ ፡ ለአጋር ፡ ግብጻዊት ፡ በቅድመ ፡ ገጹ ፡ ለአብርሃም ፡ አቡሁ ፡ በመካኑ ፡ ወተፈሥሐ ፡ አብርሃም ፡ ወባረኮ ፡ ለእግዚአብሔር ፡ እስመ ፡ ርእየ ፡ ሎቱ ፡ ውሉዶ ፡ ወኢሞተ ፡ ዘእንበለ ፡ ውሉድ ፡ 3 ወተዘከረ ፡ ቃሎ ፡ ዘተናገሮ ፡ በዕለተ ፡ ተፈልጠ ፡ ሎጥ ፡ እምኔሁ ።
埃及人夏甲的兒子以實瑪利在他父親亞伯拉罕面前站在自己的位上。亞伯拉罕歡喜，稱頌主，因為他見到自己的兒子，並非無子而死。他便記起當羅得與他分開那日所對他說的話。
And Ishmael, the son of Hagar, the Egyptian, was before the face of Abraham, his father, in his place, and Abraham rejoiced and blessed God because he had seen his sons 3 and had not died childless.
17:4
ወርእየቶ ፡ ለይስማዔል ፡ ሳራ ፡ እንዘ ፡ ይትዋነይ ፡ ወይዘፍን ፡ ወአብርሃምኒ ፡ እንዘ ፡ ይትፌሣሕ ፡ ፍሥሓ ፡ ዐቢየ ፡ ወቀንአት ፡ ለይስማዔል ።
撒拉看見以實瑪利戲耍跳舞，又見亞伯拉罕極其歡喜快樂，就嫉妒以實瑪利。
And Sarah saw Ishmael playing and dancing
17:5
ወማሕዝን ፡ ቃሉ ፡ በቅድመ ፡ አዕይንተ ፡ አብርሃም ፡ በእንተ ፡ አመቱ ፡ ወበእንተ ፡ ወልዱ ፡ ከመ ፡ ይስድዶሙ ፡ እምኀቤሁ ።
她在亞伯拉罕眼前訴說，論到他的使女和她的兒子，要他把他們從自己這裏趕出去。
And the matter was grievous in the sight of Abraham, on account of his maidservant and on account of his son, that he should drive them away from him.
17:6
ወይቤሎ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ ለአብርሃም ፡ ኢይኩን ፡ ሐዘን ፡ በቅድመ ፡ አዕይንቲከ ፡ በእንተ ፡ ሕፃን ፡ ወበእንተ ፡ ወለት ፡ ኵሎ ፡ ዘትቤለከ ፡ ሳራ ፡ ስማዕ ፡ ንባባ ፡ ወግበር ፡ እስመ ፡ በይስሐቅ ፡ ይጼዋዕ ፡ ለከ ፡ ስም ፡ ወዘርእ ።
神對亞伯拉罕說：「你不要因這孩子和這使女憂愁；凡撒拉對你所說的，你都要聽從她的話去行，因為要從以撒生的才稱為你的名下和你的後裔。」
And Abraham rejoicing with great joy, and she became jealous of Ishmael and said to Abraham, "Cast out this bondwoman and her son; for the son of this bondwoman will not be heir with my son, Isaac. " 5. And the thing was grievous in Abraham's sight, because of his maidservant and because of his son, that he should drive them from him. 6. And God said to Abraham "Let it not be grievous in thy sight, because of the child and because of the bondwoman; in all that Sarah hath said unto thee, hearken to her words and do (them); for in Isaac shall thy name and seed be called.
17:7
ወበእንተ ፡ ወልዳስ ፡ ለዛ ፡ ወለት ፡ ውስተ ፡ ዐቢይ ፡ ሕዝብ ፡ እሬስዮ ፡ እስመ ፡ እምዘርእከ ፡ ውእቱ ።
「至於這使女的兒子，我也必使他成為大國，因為他是你的後裔。」
But as for the son of this bondwoman I will make him a great nation, because he is of thy seed. "
17:8
ወጌሠ ፡ አብርሃም ፡ በነግህ ፡ ወነሥአ ፡ ሐባውዘ ፡ ወዝቀ ፡ ማይ ፡ ወአስከማ ፡ ለአጋር ፡ ወለሕፃን ፡ ወፈነዋ ፡ 9 ወሖረት ፡ ወታንጌጊ ፡ በገዳመ ፡ ቤርሳቦ ፡ ወተፈጸመ ፡ ማይ ፡ እምዝቅ ፡ ወጸምአ ፡ ሕፃን ፡ ወስእነ ፡ ሐዊረ ፡ ወወድቀ ።
亞伯拉罕清早起來，拿了餅和一皮袋水，給夏甲背在肩上，連那孩子也交給她，就打發她走了。她去了，在別是巴的曠野走迷了路；皮袋的水用盡了，那孩子渴了，走不動就倒下了。
And Abraham rose up early in the morning and took bread and a bottle of water, and placed them on the shoulders of Hagar and the child, and sent her away.
17:10
ወነሥአቶ ፡ እሙ ፡ ወሐዊራ ፡ ገደፈቶ ፡ ታሕተ ፡ አሐቲ ፡ ኤልያስ ፡ ወሖረት ፡ ወነበረት ፡ አንጻሮ ፡ መጠነ ፡ አሐቲ ፡ ምንዳፍ ፡ እስመ ፡ ትቤ ፡ ኢይርአይ ፡ ሞቶ ፡ ለሕፃንየ ፡ ወነቢራ ፡ በከየት ።
他母親就抱起他，走去把他放在一棵橄欖樹底下，自己走開，相對而坐約有一箭之遠，因她說：「我不忍見我孩子死。」她坐著就放聲大哭。
And his mother took him and cast him under an olive tree, 1 and went and sat her down over against him, at the distance of a bow-shot; for she said, "Let me not see the death of my child, " and as she sat she wept.
17:11
ወይቤላ ፡ መልአክ ፡ አምላክ ፡ አሐዱ ፡ እምቅዱሳን ፡ ምንተ ፡ ትበክዪ ፡ አንቲ ፡ አጋር ፡ ተንሢአኪ ፡ ንሥእዮ ፡ ለሕፃን ፡ ወአኀዝዮ ፡ በእዴኪ ፡ እስመ ፡ ሰምዐ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ ቃለኪ ፡ ወርእዮ ፡ ለሕፃን ።
神的使者，就是眾聖者中的一位，對她說：「夏甲啊，你為甚麼哭呢？起來，抱起孩子，用手扶著他，因為主已聽見你的聲音，看見了孩子。」
And an angel of God, one of the holy ones, said unto her, "Why weepest thou, Hagar? Arise, take the child, and hold him in thine hand; for God hath heard thy voice, and hath seen the child. "
17:12
ወከሠተት ፡ አዕይንቲሃ ፡ ወርእየት ፡ ዐዘቅተ ፡ ማይ ፡ ወሖረት ፡ ወመልአት ፡ ዝቃ ፡ ማየ ፡ ወአስተየት ፡ ሕፃና ።
她便開了眼睛，看見一口水井，就去把皮袋盛滿了水，給她的孩子喝。
And she 2 opened her eyes, and she saw a well of water, and she went and filled her bottle with water, and she gave her child to drink, and she arose and went towards the wilderness of Paran.
17:13
ወልህቀ ፡ ሕፃን ፡ ወኮነ ፡ ነዳፌ ፡ ወሀሎ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ ምስሌሁ ፡ ወነሥአት ፡ ሎሙ ፡ እሙ ፡ ብእሲተ ፡ እምአዋልደ ፡ ግብጽ ፡ 14 ወወለደት ፡ ሎቱ ፡ ወልደ ፡ ወጸውዐ ፡ ስሞ ፡ ናቤዎት ፡ እስመ ፡ ትቤ ፡ ቅሩብ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ ሊተ ፡ ሶበ ፡ ጸዋዕክዎ ።
那孩子漸漸長大，成了射箭的人，神與他同在；他母親從埃及的女子中為他娶了妻。她給他生了一個兒子，他給兒子起名叫尼拜約，因她說：「我呼求主的時候，主與我相近。」
And the child grew and became an archer, and God was with him; and his mother took him a wife from among the daughters of Egypt.
17:15
ወኮነ ፡ በሱባዔ ፡ ሳብዕ ፡ በቀዳሚ ፡ ዓመት ፡ በወርኅ ፡ ቀዳሚ ፡ በዝ ፡ ኢዮቤልዉ ፡ አመ ፡ ዐሡሩ ፡ ወሰኑዩ ፡ ለዝ ፡ ወርኅ ፡ ኮነ ፡ ቃላት ፡ በሰማያት ፡ በእንተ ፡ አብርሃም ።
在這禧年的第七個七年的頭一年，第一月，這月的十二日，天上有話論到亞伯拉罕。
And it came to pass in the seventh week, in its first year, in the first month, in this jubilee, on the twelfth of this month, there were words in heaven concerning Abraham,
17:16
ወመጽአ ፡ መኰንን ፡ መስቴማ ፡ ወይቤ ፡ ቅድሜሁ ፡ ለአምላክ ፡ ናሁ ፡ አብርሃም ፡ ያፈቅሮ ፡ ለይስሐቅ ፡ ወልዱ ፡ ወያስተአድሞ ፡ ኪያሁ ፡ እምኵሉ ።
瑪斯提瑪首領前來，在神面前說：「看哪，亞伯拉罕愛他兒子以撒，喜悅他過於一切。」

17:17
ወእግዚአብሔር ፡ ያአምር ፡ ከመ ፡ መሃይምን ፡ አብርሃም ፡ በኵሉ ፡ ምንዳቤ ፡ ዘይቤሎ ፡ እስመ ፡ አመክሮ ፡ በምድሩ ፡ ወበዐባር ፡ ወአመከሮ ፡ በብዕለ ፡ ነገሥት ።
主知道亞伯拉罕在祂所對他說的一切患難中都是忠信的，因祂曾用他的地土、用饑荒試驗他，又用列王的財富試驗他。
And the Lord knew that Abraham was faithful in all the affliction with which he tested him; for he had tested him in his land and in the famine, and tested him with the wealth of kings.
17:18
ወበኵሉ ፡ በዘአመከሮ ፡ ተረክበ ፡ ምእመነ ፡ ወኢተአንተለ ፡ ነፍሱ ፡ ወኢጐንደየ ፡ ገቢሮቶ ፡ እስመ ፡ ምእመን ፡ ወመፍቀሬ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ።
在祂一切的試驗中，他都被察驗為忠信，他的心靈不焦躁，行事也不遲延，因為他是忠信的，又是愛神的。
And in everything with which he tested him he was found faithful; his soul was not impatient, nor was he slow to act, for he was faithful and a lover of the Lord.
