103:1

ወይእዜኒ፡ አነ፡ እምሕል፡ ለክሙ፡ ለጻድቃን፡ በዐቢይ፡ ስብሐቱ፡ ወክብሩ፡ ወበክቡር፡ መንግሥቱ፡ ወበዕበዩ፡ እምሕል፡ ለክሙ።

如今我向你們義人起誓，指著那偉大、可尊、大有權能者的榮耀，指著祂的尊大向你們起誓。

Now, therefore, I swear to you, the righteous, by the glory of the Great and Honoured and

103:2

እስመ፡ አነ፡ ኣአምር፡ ዘንተ፡ ምሥጢረ፡ ወአንበብኩ፡ በጸፍጸፈ፡ ሰማይ፡ ወርኢኩ፡ ጽሕፈተ፡ ቅዱሳን፡ ወረከብኩ፡ ጽሑፈ፡ ውስቴቶሙ፡ ወልኩዐ፡ በእንቲኣሆሙ።

因為我知道這奧祕，我曾在天上的版上誦讀，看見聖者的書卷，發現其中記載並刻著關於他們的事：

Mighty One in dominion, and by His greatness I swear to you. I know a mystery And have read the heavenly tablets, And have seen the holy books, And have found written therein and inscribed regarding them:

103:3

እስመ፡ ኵሉ፡ ሠናይ፡ ወፍሥሓ፡ ወክብር፡ ተደለወ፡ ሎሙ፡ ወተጽሕፈ፡ ለመናፍስቲሆሙ፡ ለእለ፡ ሞቱ፡ በጽድቅ፡ ወበርትዕ፡ ወበብዙኅ፡ ሠናይ፡ ይትወሀብ፡ ለክሙ፡ ተክለ፡ ጻማክሙ፡ ወክፍልክሙ፡ ፈድፈደ፡ እምክፍለ፡ ሕያዋን።

一切的良善、喜樂與榮耀都為他們預備、為那些在公義中死去之人的靈記下；許多的美善要賜給你們，作你們勞苦的報償，你們的份遠超過活人的份。

That all goodness and joy and glory are prepared for them, And written down for the spirits of those who have died in righteousness, And that manifold good shall be given to you in recompense for your labours, And that your lot is abundantly beyond the lot of the living.

103:4

ወየሐዩ፡ መንፈሰክሙ፡ ለእለ፡ ሞትክሙ፡ በጽድቅ፡ ወይትፌሥሑ፡ ወይትሐሠዩ፡ መናፍስቲሆሙ፡ ወተዝካሮሙ፡ እምቅድመ፡ ገጹ፡ ለዐቢይ፡ ለኵሉ፡ ትውልደ፡ ዓለም፡ ወይእዜኒ፡ ኢትፍርህዎ፡ ለኀሳሮሙ።

你們這些在公義中死去之人的靈要存活歡喜；他們的靈與他們的記念在那偉大者面前，歷世歷代永不滅沒；如今你們不要懼怕他們的羞辱。

And the spirits of you who have died in righteousness shall live and rejoice, And their spirits shall not perish, nor their memorial from before the face of the Great One Unto all the generations of the world: wherefore no longer fear their contumely.

103:5

አሌ፡ ለክሙ፡ ኃጥኣን፡ ሶበ፡ ትመውቱ፡ በኀጢአትክሙ፡ ወይብሉ፡ በእንቲኣክሙ፡ እለ፡ ከማክሙ፡ ብፁዓን፡ እሙንቱ፡ ኃጥኣን፡ ኵሎ፡ መዋዕሊሆሙ፡ ርእዩ።

你們罪人有禍了，當你們在罪中死去時，那些像你們的人要論你們說：『罪人有福了，他們享盡了一生的日子。

Woe to you, ye sinners, when ye have died, If ye die in the wealth of your sins, And those who are like you say regarding you: “Blessed are the sinners: they have seen all their days.

103:6

ወይእዜኒ፡ ሞቱ፡ በሠናይ፡ ወበብዕል፡ ወምንዳቤ፡ ወቀትለ፡ ኢርእዩ፡ በሕይወቶሙ፡ ወበስብሐት፡ ሞቱ፡ ወኵነኔ፡ ኢተገብረ፡ ሎሙ፡ በሕይወቶሙ።

如今他們在亨通富足中死了，一生未曾見過患難與殺戮；他們在尊榮中死去，一生未曾受過審判。』

And now they have died in prosperity and in wealth, And have not seen tribulation or murder in their life; And they have died in honour, And judgement has not been executed on them during their life.”

103:7

ኢተአምርዎሙኑ፡ እስመ፡ ውስተ፡ ሲኦል፡ ያወርድዎሙ፡ ለነፍሳቲሆሙ፡ ወእኩያተ፡ ይከውና፡ ምንዳቤሆሙ፡ ዐቢየ።

你們豈不知道，他們的靈魂必被帶下陰間，在他們的大患難中悲慘不堪。

Know ye, that their souls will be made to descend into Sheol And they shall be wretched in their great tribulation.

103:8

ወበጽልመት፡ ወበመርበብት፡ ወበላህብ፡ ዘይነድድ፡ ኀበ፡ ኵነኔ፡ ዐባይ፡ ትበውእ፡ መንፈሰክሙ፡ ወኵነኔ፡ ዐባይ፡ ትከውን፡ ለኵሉ፡ ትውልድ፡ እስከ፡ ለዓለም፡ አሌ፡ ለክሙ፡ እስመ፡ አልብክሙ፡ ሰላመ።

你們的靈要進入黑暗、鎖鏈與燃燒的烈焰中，那裡有嚴厲的審判；那大審判要臨到世世代代，直到永遠。你們有禍了，因為你們必不得平安。

And into darkness and chains and a burning flame where there is grievous judgement shall your spirits enter; And the great judgement shall be for all the generations of the world. Woe to you, for ye shall have no peace.

103:9

ኢትበልዎሙ፡ ለጻድቃን፡ ወለኄራን፡ እለ፡ ሀለዉ፡ ውስተ፡ ሕይወት፡ በመዋዕለ፡ ሥራሕነ፡ ጻማ፡ ጻመውነ፡ ወኵሎ፡ ሥራሐ፡ ርኢነ፡ ወእኩያተ፡ ብዙኃተ፡ ረከብነ፡ ወተወዳእነ፡ ወውኅድነ፡ ወንእሰት፡ መንፈሰነ።

你們不要論到那些活在世上的義人良善人說：『在我們困苦的日子，我們勞碌辛苦，經歷了各樣的患難，遭遇許多禍患，被消磨，所剩無幾，靈也微小。

Say not in regard to the righteous and good who are in life: “In our troubled days we have toiled laboriously and experienced every trouble, And met with much evil and been consumed, And have become few and our spirit small.
