出埃及記 第 15 章

Then Moses and the sons of Israel sang this song to God, and they spoke, saying: Let us sing to the Lord, for gloriously has he been glorified; horse and rider he threw into the sea.

He became to me a helper and a protector, for salvation. This is my God, and I will glorify him; the God of my father, and I will exalt him.

The Lord who shatters wars; the Lord is his name.

Pharaoh's chariots and his force he threw into the sea; his chosen riders, his officers, he sank in the Red Sea.

With the deep he covered them; they went down into the depth like a stone.

Your right hand, O Lord, has been glorified in strength; your right hand, O Lord, has shattered enemies.

And in the abundance of your glory you crushed those who opposed you; you sent forth your wrath, and it devoured them like stubble.

And by the breath of your anger the water parted; the waters congealed like a wall, the waves congealed in the midst of the sea.

The enemy said, Pursuing I will overtake; I will divide the spoils, I will satisfy my soul; I will destroy with my sword, my hand shall rule.

You sent forth your breath, the sea covered them; they sank like lead in the mighty water.

Who is like you among the gods, O Lord? Who is like you, glorified among the holy ones, marvelous in glories, doing wonders?

You stretched out your right hand, and the earth swallowed them.

You guided in your righteousness this your people whom you redeemed; you sustained them by your strength, to your holy dwelling.

The nations heard and were angry; pangs seized those dwelling in Philistia.

Then the chiefs of Edom hurried, and the rulers of the Moabites — trembling seized them; all the inhabitants of Canaan melted away.

May fear and trembling fall upon them; by the greatness of your arm let them be turned to stone, until your people pass by, O Lord, until this your people pass by, whom you acquired.

Bring them in and plant them in the mountain of your inheritance, in your prepared dwelling place which you made, O Lord, a sanctuary, O Lord, which your hands prepared.

The Lord reigning forever and ever and beyond.

For Pharaoh's cavalry went into the sea with the chariots and riders, and the Lord brought back upon them the water of the sea; but the sons of Israel walked on dry ground in the midst of the sea.

And Miriam the prophetess, the sister of Aaron, took the timbrel in her hand, and all the women went out after her with timbrels and dances.

And Miriam led them, saying: Let us sing to the Lord, for gloriously has he been glorified; horse and rider he threw into the sea.

And Moses led the sons of Israel on from the Red Sea and brought them into the wilderness of Sour; and they went three days in the wilderness and found no water to drink.

And they came to Merra, and they could not drink from Merra, for it was bitter; therefore the name of that place was called Bitterness.

And the people murmured against Moses, saying, What shall we drink?

And Moses cried out to the Lord, and the Lord showed him a piece of wood; and he cast it into the water, and the water became sweet. There he set for him ordinances and judgments, and there he tested him.

And he said, If you listen attentively to the voice of the Lord your God, and do what is pleasing before him, and give ear to his commandments, and keep all his ordinances, then every disease that I brought upon the Egyptians I will not bring upon you; for I am the Lord who heals you.

And they came to Ailim, and there were there twelve springs of waters and seventy trunks of palm trees; and they encamped there beside the waters.
