And Beseleel and Eliab and everyone wise in mind, in whom wisdom and knowledge had been given to understand, did all the works according to the holy things that were fitting, according to all that the Lord had ordered.

And Moses called Beseleel and Eliab and all who had the wisdom, to whom God had given knowledge in the heart, and all who willingly desired to come forward to the works so as to complete them.

And they took from Moses all the contributions that the sons of Israel had brought for all the works of the holy place, to make them; and they themselves still kept receiving what was offered by those who brought it, morning by morning.

And all the wise men who were doing the works of the holy place came, each one according to his own work which they were doing,

and they said to Moses, The people are bringing an abundance beyond the works that the Lord ordered to be done.

And Moses gave orders and made a proclamation in the camp, saying: Let neither man nor woman work any longer for the firstfruits of the holy place. And the people were restrained from bringing any more.

And the works were sufficient for them to make the construction, and they had some left over.

And every wise man among those who worked made the holy vestments, which belong to Aaron the priest, as the Lord ordered Moses.

And they made the ephod of gold and blue and purple and spun scarlet and twisted fine linen.

And the plates of gold were cut into threads, so as to be woven together with the blue and the purple and with the spun scarlet and with the twisted fine linen: woven work.

They made it with shoulder-pieces joined together from both sides.

a woven work, interwoven into one another; they made it self-contained, out of it, according to its own make, of gold and blue and purple and spun scarlet and twisted fine linen, as the Lord ordered Moses.

And they made both the emerald stones, clasped together and encased round about with gold, engraved and carved with the carving of a seal, from the names of the sons of Israel.

And he placed them on the shoulder-pieces of the ephod, as stones of remembrance of the sons of Israel, as the Lord ordered Moses.

And they made the breastpiece, a woven work of embroidery, after the work of the ephod, of gold and blue and purple and spun scarlet and twisted fine linen.

They made the breastpiece square and doubled, a span in length and a span in breadth, doubled.

And there was woven into it a stone-set fabric in four rows: a row of stones, a sardion and a topaz and an emerald, was the first row;

and the second row: a carbuncle and a sapphire and a jasper;

and the third row: a ligurion and an agate and an amethyst;

and the fourth row: a chrysolite and a beryl and an onyx, encircled with gold and bound with gold.

And the stones were according to the names of the sons of Israel, twelve, according to their names, engraved as seals, each one according to his own name, for the twelve tribes.

And they made on the breastpiece braided fringes, the work of plaiting, of pure gold.

And they made two small gold shields and two gold rings, and they placed the two gold rings on both ends of the breastpiece.

And they placed the plaited gold cords on the rings, on both sides of the breastpiece,

and the two plaited cords into the two joinings, and they set them on the two small shields, and set them on the shoulder-pieces of the ephod, opposite, at the front.

And they made two gold rings and placed them on the two flaps at the edge of the breastpiece, on the edge of the back of the ephod, on the inside.

And they made two gold rings and placed them on both shoulder-pieces of the ephod, underneath it at the front, by the joining, above the woven band of the ephod.

And he fastened the breastpiece tightly by its rings to the rings of the ephod, held together with the blue cord and braided into the woven band of the ephod, so that the breastpiece should not come loose from the ephod, as the Lord ordered Moses.

And they made the robe worn under the ephod, a woven work, entirely of blue.

And the opening of the robe in the middle was woven through and plaited, with a border round about the opening, so that it could not be torn.

And they made on the hem of the robe below, like a blossoming pomegranate, little pomegranates of blue and purple and spun scarlet and twisted fine linen.

And they made golden bells and placed the bells on the hem of the robe round about, between the little pomegranates:

a golden bell and a little pomegranate on the hem of the robe round about, for ministering, as the Lord ordered Moses.

And they made tunics of fine linen, woven work, for Aaron and for his sons,

and the headdresses of fine linen and the turban of fine linen and the undergarments of twisted fine linen,

and their sashes of fine linen and blue and purple and spun scarlet, the work of an embroiderer, in the manner the Lord ordered Moses.

And they made the golden plate, a consecrated thing of the holy place, of pure gold, and he wrote on it letters engraved as on a seal: A holy thing to the Lord.

And they put on it a blue band, so that it might rest upon the turban above, in the manner the Lord ordered Moses.
