出埃及記 第 35 章

And Moses gathered together all the congregation of the sons of Israel and said to them: These are the words which the Lord said to do.

Six days you shall do works, but on the seventh day there shall be rest, holy, sabbaths, a repose to the Lord. Everyone who does work on it, let him die.

You shall not kindle a fire in any of your dwellings on the day of the sabbaths. I am the Lord.

And Moses spoke to all the congregation of the sons of Israel, saying: This is the word which the Lord commanded, saying:

Take from among yourselves an offering to the Lord. Everyone who accepts it with his heart, let them bring the firstfruits to the Lord: gold, silver, bronze,

blue, purple, double-spun scarlet, and twined fine linen, and goats' hair,

and rams' skins dyed red, and blue skins, and incorruptible wood,

and sardius stones, and stones for engraving, for the shoulder-piece and for the full-length robe.

And let everyone among you who is wise in heart come and work all that the Lord commanded:

the tabernacle, and the curtains, and the coverings, and the fastenings, and the bars, and the pillars,

and the ark of the testimony and its carrying-poles and its mercy-seat and the veil, and the hangings of the court and its pillars, and the emerald stones, and the incense and the anointing oil,

and the table and all its vessels,

and the lampstand of the light and all its vessels,

and the altar and all its vessels,

and the holy garments of Aaron the priest, and the garments in which they shall minister, and the tunics for the sons of Aaron of the priesthood, and the anointing oil and the compounded incense.

And all the congregation of the sons of Israel went out from Moses.

And each brought what their heart moved them to bring; and as many as it seemed good to in their soul brought an offering to the Lord for all the works of the tent of testimony and for all its service-work and for all the holy garments.

And the men brought from the women; everyone to whom it seemed good in his mind brought seals and earrings and rings and hair-clasps and bracelets, every golden article; and all those who brought offerings of gold to the Lord.

And those with whom was found fine linen and blue skins and rams' skins dyed red brought them.

And everyone who set apart an offering of silver and bronze brought the offerings to the Lord; and those with whom was found incorruptible wood for all the works of the construction brought it.

And every woman wise in mind to spin with her hands brought what was spun: the blue and the purple and the scarlet and the fine linen.

And all the women whose mind so moved them spun the goats' hair with wisdom.

And the rulers brought the emerald stones and the stones for setting, for the shoulder-piece and for the oracle-piece;

and the compounded spices and the anointing oil and the compound of the incense.

And every man and woman whose mind moved them to come in and do all the works which the Lord commanded to be done through Moses: the sons of Israel brought an offering to the Lord.

And Moses said to the sons of Israel: Behold, God has called by name Beseleel the son of Ourias, the son of Or, from the tribe of Iouda.

And he filled him with a divine spirit of wisdom and understanding and knowledge of all things,

to be a master craftsman in all the works of craftsmanship, to work the gold and the silver and the bronze,

and to cut stone and to work timber and to labour in every work of wisdom.

And he indeed gave him in his mind the ability to instruct, both to him and to Eliab the son of Achisamach, from the tribe of Dan.

He filled them with wisdom and understanding of mind, to understand all things, to do the works of the holy place, and the woven and the embroidered works, to weave with the scarlet and with the fine linen, to do every work of craftsmanship of embroidery.
