46:1
ጽነዕ ፡ ውእቱ ፡ በውስተ ፡ ቀትል ፡ ኢያሱ ፡ ወለደ ፡ ነዌ ፡ ወተለዎ ፡ እምነ ፡ ሙሴ ፡ ተነብዮት ፡ ወኮነ ፡ በከመ ፡ ስሙ ፡ ዐቢየ ፡ ወአድኀኖሙ ፡ ለኅሩያኒሁ ፡ ወተበቀለ ፡ ፀሮሙ ፡ ከመ ፡ ያውርሶሙ ፡ ለእስራኤል ፡ ምድሮሙ ።
Joshua the son of Nun was valiant in war, And was the successor of Moses in prophecies: Who according to his name was made great For the saving of God’s elect, To take vengeance of the enemies that rose up against them, That he might give Israel their inheritance.
嫩的兒子約書亞在戰場上勇猛，是摩西在預言上的繼承人；他照他的名成為偉大，拯救主所揀選的民，向那起來攻擊他們的仇敵報仇，好使以色列承受產業。
46:2
ወተሰብሐ ፡ ሶበ ፡ አንሥአ ፡ እዴሁ ፡ ወሶበ ፡ ቈልቈለ ፡ ኲናተ ፡ ላዕለ ፡ አህጉሪሆሙ ።
How was he glorified in the lifting up his hands, And in stretching out his sword against the cities!
當他舉起雙手、向城邑伸出刀劍時，他何等得着榮耀！
46:3
መኑ ፡ እምቅድሜሁ ፡ ዘኮነ ፡ ከማሁ ፡ ወለሊሁ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ ጸብአ ፡ ሎሙ ፡ ፀሮሙ ።
Who before him so stood fast? For the Lord himself brought his enemies to him.
在他以前，誰能這樣站立得住呢？因為主親自把祂的爭戰交給他。
46:4
አኮኑ ፡ በእዴሁ ፡ ቆመት ፡ ፀሓይ ፡ ወአሐቲ ፡ ዕለት ፡ ሰኑየ ፡ መዋዕለ ፡ ኮነት ።
Did not the sun go back by his hand? And did not one day become as two?
太陽豈不是因他的手停住，使一日變為兩日嗎？
46:5
ወጸውዖ ፡ ለልዑል ፡ ወኀያል ፡ ሶበ ፡ አመንደብዎ ፡ ፀሩ ፡ እምዐውዱ ፤ወ [አውሥኦ ]፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ ዐቢይ ፡ በእብነ ፡ በረድ ፡ ወበኀይል ፡ ጽኑዕ ።
He called upon the Most High and Mighty One, When his foes pressed him round about; And the great Lord heard him.
當仇敵四面圍困他時，他求告至高的大能者；大主就垂聽了他，降下大能的冰雹。
46:6
ወአዝነመ ፡ ላዕለ ፡ ሕዝብ ፡ እለ ፡ ጸብእዎሙ ፡ በውስተ ፡ ጸድፍ ፡ አጥፍኦሙ ፡ ለእለ ፡ ተቃተልዎሙ ፡ ከመ ፡ ያእምሩ ፡ ሕዝብ ፡ ኀይሎ ፡ እስመ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ ውእቱ ፡ ዘይጸብኦሙ ፡ ወአትለወ ፡ ምስሌሆሙ ፡ ኀይሎ ።
With hailstones of mighty power He caused war to break violently upon the nation, And in the going down he destroyed those who resisted; That the nations might know his armor, How that he fought in the sight of the Lord; For he followed after the Mighty One.
祂使爭戰猛然臨到那國，又在下坡之處滅了抵擋的人，好叫列國認識他的軍裝，知道他的爭戰是在主面前進行的；因為他緊緊跟隨大能者。
46:7
ወበመዋዕለ ፡ ሙሴኒ ፡ ገብረ ፡ ሣህሎ ፡ ምስሌሆሙ ፡ ውእቱ ፡ ወካሌብ ፡ ወልደ ፡ ዮፎኒ ፡ ወተቃወሙ ፡ ቅድመ ፡ ፀር ፡ ወከልእዎሙ ፡ ለሕዝብ ፡ ጌጋየ ፡ ወአኅደግዎሙ ፡ እኩየ ፡ ነጐርጓረ ።
Also in the time of Moses he did a work of mercy, He and Caleb the son of Jephunneh, In that they withstood the adversary, Hindered the people from sin, And stilled the murmuring of wickedness.
在摩西的日子，他和耶孚尼的兒子迦勒也行了憐憫的事，他們在會眾面前抵擋對頭，攔阻百姓犯罪，平息了惡毒的怨言。
46:8
ወእሙንቱ ፡ ዳእሙ ፡ ክልኤሆሙ ፡ እለ ፡ ድኅኑ ፡ እምነ ፡ ስሳ ፡ እልፍ ፡ አጋራን ፡ ወቦኡ ፡ ምድረ ፡ እንተ ፡ ትውሕዝ ፡ ሐሊበ ፡ ወመዓረ ።
And of six hundred thousand people on foot, they two alone were preserved To bring them into the heritage, Even into a land flowing with milk and honey.
在六十萬步兵中，惟獨他們二人得以保全，領百姓進入產業，就是那流奶與蜜之地。
46:9
ወወሀቦ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ ኀይለ ፡ ለካሌብ ፡ ወነበረ ፡ ምስሌሁ ፡ እስከ ፡ አመ ፡ ይልህቅ ፡ ወአዕረጎ ፡ ውስተ ፡ መልዕልተ ፡ ምድር ፡ ወውሉዱ ፡ ተካፈሉ ፡ ርስቶሙ ።
Also the Lord gave strength to Caleb, And it remained with him to his old age; So that he entered upon the height of the land, And his seed obtained it for a heritage:
主又賜力量給迦勒，這力量存到他年老，使他得以登上那地的高處，他的後裔也承受了產業；
46:10
ከመ ፡ ይርአዮ ፡ ኵሎሙ ፡ ደቂቀ ፡ እስራኤል ፡ ከመ ፡ ሠናይ ፡ ተሊዎቱ ፡ ለእግዚአብሔር ።
That all the children of Israel might see That it is good to walk after the Lord.
好叫以色列眾子都看見，跟從主乃是美好的。
46:11
ወመኳንንቲሆሙኒ ፡ ኵሎሙ ፡ በበአስማቲሆሙ ፡ ወኵሎሙ ፡ እለ ፡ ኢዘመዎ ፡ ልቦሙ ፡ ወኵሎሙ ፡ እለ ፡ ኢኀደግዎ ፡ ለእግዚአብሔር ፡ ቡሩክ ፡ ለይኩን ፡ ዝክሮሙ ።
Also the judges, every one by his name, All whose hearts went not a whoring, And who turned not away from the Lord, May their memorial be blessed.
還有眾士師，他們各按其名，凡心未行淫亂、未曾離棄主的，願他們的記念蒙福。
46:12
ወይትፈሣሕ ፡ አዕጽምቲሆሙ ፡ በኀበ ፡ ሀለዉ ፡ ወይትባረኩ ፡ ውሉዶሙ ፡ ወይክበሩ ።
May their bones flourish again out of their place, And may the name of those who have been honored be renewed upon their children.
願他們的骸骨從本處再次發旺，願這些受尊榮之人的名，在他們子孫身上得以重現。
46:13
ሳሙኤልኒ ፡ ፍቁር ፡ ውእቱ ፡ በኀበ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ ወነቢይ ፡ ውእቱ ፡ በኀበ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ ወያነግሥ ፡ ንጉሠ ፡ ወይቀብእ ፡ ንጉሠ ፡ ለሕዝቡ ።
Samuel, the prophet of the Lord, beloved of his Lord, Established a kingdom, and anointed princes over his people.
撒母耳是主的先知，蒙他的主所愛，他建立了國度，又膏立首領治理主的百姓。
46:14
ወበሕገ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡[ኰነነ ፡]፡ ትእይንተ ፡ ወተሣሀሎ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ ለያዕቆብ ።
By the law of the Lord he judged the congregation, And the Lord visited Jacob.
他憑著主的律法審判會眾，主也眷顧雅各。
46:15
ወበሃይማኖቱ ፡ ጸንዐ ፡ ተነብዮ ፡ ነቢይ ፡ ወአስተርአየ ፡ በቃሉ ፡ ራእየ ፡ ምእመን ።
By his faithfulness he was proved to be a prophet, And by his words he was known to be faithful in vision.
他因著信實被證實為先知，又因他的話被認定在異象上是可信的。
46:16
ወጸውዖ ፡ ለእግዚአብሔር ፡ ኀያል ፡ ሶበ ፡ አመንደብዎ ፡ ፀሩ ፡ ወዐገትዎ ፡ በመሥዋዕተ ፡ ማሕስዐ ፡ በግዕ ።
Also when his enemies pressed him round about He called upon the Lord, the Mighty One, With the offering of the sucking lamb.
當仇敵四面圍困他時，他獻上一隻喫奶的羊羔，求告主大能者。
46:17
ወአንጐድጐደ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ በሰማይ ፡ ወበዐቢይ ፡ ፀዓዕ ፡ ገብረ ፡ ድምፀ ፡ ቃሉ ።
And the Lord thundered from heaven, And with a mighty sound made his voice to be heard.
主就從天上打雷，發出宏大的響聲，使人聽見祂的聲音。
46:18
ወቀጥቀጦሙ ፡ ለነገሥተ ፡ ጢሮስ ፡ ወለኵሎሙ ፡ ነገሥተ ፡ ፍልስጥኤም ።
And he utterly destroyed the rulers of the Tyrians, And all the princes of the Philistines.
祂滅絕了推羅的首領，和非利士眾領袖。
46:19
ወእንበለ ፡ ይብጻሕ ፡ ዕለተ ፡ ሞቱ ፡ አስምዖ ፡ ለእግዚአብሔር ፡ ወለመሲሑ ፡ እምንዋዮሙ ፡ እስከ ፡ አሣእኒሆሙ ፡ ከመ ፡ ኢይነሥአ ፡ እምኔሆሙ ፡ እምኵሎሙ ፡ ወአልቦ ፡ እምውስቴቶሙ ፡ ዘግእዞ ።
Also before the time of his long sleep He made protestations in the sight of the lord and his anointed, I have not taken any man’s goods, so much as a shoe: And no man did accuse him.
在他長眠之前的時候，他在主和主的受膏者面前作見證，說：「我未曾從任何人手中取過財物，連一雙鞋也沒有。」竟無人能指控他。
46:20
ወተነበየ ፡ እምድኅረ ፡ ሞተ ፡ ወነገረ ፡ ሞቶ ፡ ለንጉሥ ፡ ወአ [ን ]ሥአ ፡ ቃሎ ፡ እምውስተ ፡ ምድር ፡ ወበተነብዮቱ ፡ አደምሰሰ ፡ ጌጋዮሙ ፡ ለሕዝብ ።
And after he fell asleep he prophesied, And showed the king his end, And lifted up his voice from the earth in prophecy, To blot out the wickedness of the people.
他死後仍然說預言，向王指明他的結局，又從地裡發出他的聲音，藉預言塗抹百姓的罪孽。
