43:1
ላዕለ ፡ ጽንዓ ፡ ለሰማይ ፡ በንጽሕ ፡ ወርእየተ ፡ ሰማይኒ ፡ በስብሐቲሁ ።
The pride of the height is the firmament in its clearness, The appearance of heaven, in the spectacle of its glory.
高處的榮美，乃是穹蒼的明淨，諸天的景象，顯出榮耀的奇觀。
43:2
ወያሠርቅ ፡ ፀሓየ ፡ ከመ ፡ ያርኢ ፡ ብርሃኖ ፡ ወነኪር ፡ ሥርዐቱ ፡ ለግብረ ፡ ሰማይ ።
The sun when he appears, bringing tidings as he goes forth, Is a marvelous instrument, the work of the Most High:
太陽出現時，沿途宣告佳音，乃是奇妙的器具，是至高者的作為。
43:3
ወበቀትሩሂ ፡ ያየብስ ፡ ብሔረ ፡ ወመኑ ፡ ይትቃወማ ፡ ለላህቡ ።
At his noon he dries up the country, And who shall stand against his burning heat?
它正午時烤乾大地，誰能抵擋它的炎熱呢？
43:4
ከመ ፡ እቶን ፡ ዘይነድድ ፡ ይሬሲ ፡ ላህ [ቦ ]፡ ወመሥልስ [ተ ]፡ ፀሓይ ፡ ያውዕዮሙ ፡ ለአድባር ፡ ወላህበ ፡ እሳት ፡ ይነፍኅ ፡ እምኔሁ ፡ ወነጽሮ ፡ ብርሃኑ ፡ ያከፍእ ፡ ዐይነ ።
A man blowing a furnace is in works of heat, But the sun three times more, burning up the mountains: Breathing out fiery vapours, And sending forth bright beams, he dims the eyes.
人吹爐取火尚且勞作於熱中，太陽燒熱山嶺更勝三倍；它噴出火般的蒸氣，發出耀眼的光芒，使人眼目昏花。
43:5
ዐቢይ ፡ ውእቱ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ ዘገብሮ ፡ ወበቃሉ ፡ ይፈጥን ፡ ሑረቱ ።
Great is the Lord that made him; And at his word he hastens his course.
造太陽的主為大；祂一發命令，太陽就加速運行。
43:6
ወወርኅኒ ፡ ዕድሜሁ ፡ ውእቱ ፡ ለኵሉ ፡ ወትእምርት ፡ ለብሔር ፡ ወባቲ ፡ ይትፈለጥ ፡ መዋዕል ።
The moon also is in all things for her season, For a declaration of times, and a sign of the world.
月亮按它的時令出現，標明時節，作萬世的記號。
43:7
እምነ ፡ ወርኅ ፡ ይትዐወቅ ፡ ትእምርተ ፡ በዓላት ፡ ብርሃን ፡ ዘየኀልቅ ፡ እንዘ ፡ የሐጽጽ ።
From the moon is the sign of the feast day; A light that waneth when she is come to the full.
節期的記號是出於月亮；它盈滿之後，便漸漸虧缺。
43:8
ወወርኅሰ ፡ በከመ ፡ ስማ ፡ ይእቲ ፡ ወነኪር ፡ ከመ ፡ ተዐቢ ፡ ወዕጹብ ፡ ከመ ፡ ታስተባሪ ፡ በውስተ ፡ ሥርዓተ ፡ ትዕይንተ ፡ ሰማይ ፡ ወያበርህ ፡ በውስተ ፡ ኀይለ ፡ ሰማይ ።
The month is called after her name, Increasing wonderfully in her changing; An instrument of the army on high, Shining forth in the firmament of heaven;
月份是按它的名而定，它奇妙地漸漸圓滿；它是高天軍隊的器具，在穹蒼中發出光輝。
43:9
ስርጋዌሃ ፡ ለሰማይ ፡ ክብሮሙ ፡ ለከዋክብት ፡ ወያበርሁ ፡ ለብሔር ፡ በውስተ ፡ ሰማዩ ፡ ለእግዚአብሔር ።
The beauty of heaven, the glory of the stars, An ornament giving light in the highest places of the Lord.
諸星的榮美，是天的美麗，是在主至高之處發光的裝飾。
43:10
ወበቃለ ፡ ቅድሳቲሁ ፡ የሐውሩ ፡ በበሥርዓቶሙ ፡ ወኢይስሕቱ ፡ ወኢይፈልሱ ፡ እመነ ፡ ዐቅሞሙ ።
At the word of the Holy One they will stand in due order, And they will not faint in their watches.
它們因聖者的話按定例站立，在守望的崗位上總不懈怠。
43:11
ወርኢ ፡ ቀስቶሂ ፡ ወባርኮ ፡ ለፈጣሪሁ ፡ እስመ ፡ ፈድፋደ ፡ ሠናይ ፡ ዋካሁ ።
Look upon the rainbow, and praise him that made it; Exceeding beautiful in the brightness thereof.
你看那虹，就當稱頌那造它的主；它的光輝極其美麗。
43:12
ወይቀምር ፡ ውስተ ፡ ሰማይ ፡ ወያዐውዶ ፡ ስብሐቲሁ ፡ እደዊሁ ፡ ለልዑል ፡ ይቀምሮ ።
It encircles the heaven round about with a circle of glory; The hands of the Most High have stretched it.
它以榮耀的圈環圍繞諸天；至高者的手將它鋪張。
43:13
በትእዛዘ ፡ ዚአሁ ፡ ይዘንም ፡ በረድ ፡ ወይፈጥን ፡ መብረቅ ፡ በፈቃዱ ።
By his commandment he makes the snow to fall apace, And sends swiftly the lightnings of his judgement.
祂一吩咐，就使雪急速降下，又使祂審判的閃電迅速發出。
43:14
ወእንበይነ ፡ ዝንቱ ፡ ይከሥት ፡ መዛግብቲሁ ፡ ወይሰርራ ፡ ደመናት ፡ ከመ ፡ አዕዋፍ ።
By reason thereof the treasure-houses are opened; And clouds fly forth as fowls.
因此，庫房得以敞開，雲彩如飛鳥般飛出。
43:15
ወበዕበይሁ ፡ ያጸንዖሙ ፡ ለደመናት ፡ ወይትፈተት ፡ እብነ ፡ በረድ ።
By his mighty power he makes strong the clouds, And the hailstones are broken small:
祂以大能使雲彩堅固，又使冰雹碎成細塊。
43:16
ወበሐውጾቱ ፡ ያድለቀልቁ ፡ አድባር ፡ ወበፈቃዱ ፡ ይነፍኅ ፡ ነፋስ ፡ ጽብሓዊ ።
And at his appearing the mountains will be shaken, And at his will the south wind will blow.
祂一顯現，山嶺就震動；祂的旨意一發，南風便吹起。
43:17
ወቃለ ፡ ፀዓዑ ፡ ያፈርሃ ፡ ለምድር ፡ ወዐውሎሁ ፡ ለነፋስ ፡ ዐረባዊ ፡ ያጠውያ ፡ ለመንፈስ ፡ ወከመ ፡ አዕዋፍ ፡ ዘይሰርር ፡ ይዘርዎ ፡ ለበረድ ፡ ወከመ ፡ ርደተ ፡ አንበጣ ፡ ርደቱ ።
The voice of his thunder makes the earth to travail; So does the northern storm and the whirlwind: As birds flying down he sprinkleth the snow; And as the lighting of the locust is the falling down thereof:
祂的雷聲叱責大地，北方的暴風和旋風也是如此。祂使雪如飛鳥般落下，如蝗蟲羣集般紛紛飄降。
43:18
ወዕጹብ ፡ ለዐይን ፡ ሥነ ፡ ጽዕዱቱ ፡ ወነኪር ፡ ለልብ ፡ ዝናሙ ።
The eye will marvel at the beauty of its whiteness, And the heart will be astonished at the raining of it.
眼目驚奇它皚皚的潔白，人心也因它降下而驚異。
43:19
እስመ ፡ ይሰውጣ ፡ ለበረዱ ፡ ከመ ፡ ጼው ፡ ውስተ ፡ ምድር ፡ ለጊሜሁ ፡ ወእምከመ ፡ ረግዐ ፡ አስሐትያ ፡ ይትፈለጽ ፡ ከመ ፡ ስባራተ ፡ ማህው ፡ በላኅት ።
The hoar frost also he pours on the earth as salt; And when it is congealed, it is as points of thorns.
祂又將霜如鹽般傾倒在地上；霜一凝結，就成了尖刺的稜角。
43:20
ቈሪረ ፡ ነፋስ ፡ ይነፍኅ ፡ ነፋስ ፡ ጽባሓዊ ፡ ወአስሐትያኒ ፡ ይገርዕ ፡ ዲበ ፡ ማይ ፡ ወይነብር ፡ ላዕለ ፡ ኵሉ ፡ ምቅዋመ ፡ ማይ ፡ ወከመ ፡ ልብሰ ፡ ኀጺን ፡ የኀድር ፡ ዲበ ፡ ማይ ፡ ወይገለብባ ።
The cold north wind shall blow, And the ice shall be congealed on the water: It shall lodge upon every gathering together of water, And the water shall put on as it were a breastplate.
凜冽的北風一吹，水上就結成冰；它停留在一切聚水之處，使水彷彿披上鎧甲。
43:21
ወይበልዕ ፡ አድባረ ፡ ወያውዒ ፡ ገዳመ ፡ ወያሐርሮ ፡ ለሣዕር ፡ ከመ ፡ እሳት ።
It shall devour the mountains, and burn up the wilderness, And consume the green herb as fire.
它吞滅山嶺，燒盡曠野，又如火般燒滅青草。
43:22
ወፈወሰ ፡ ኵሎ ፡ ፍጡነ ፡ ጊሜ ፡ ዝናምኒ ፡ እምከመ ፡ ወረደ ፡ ውስተ ፡[መርቄ ]፡ ያስተፌሥሕ ።
A mist coming speedily is the healing of all things; A dew coming after heat shall bring cheerfulness.
迅速而來的霧氣是萬物的醫治；炎熱後的甘露帶來歡暢。
43:23
ወበምክረ ፡ ዚአሁ ፡ ይየብስ ፡ ቀላይ ፡ ወእምዝ ፡ ተከ [ላ ]፡ ዮሴዕ ።
By his counsel he has stilled the deep, And planted islands therein.
祂憑著祂的計謀平息深淵，又在其中栽植海島。
43:24
ወእለኒ ፡ ይነግድዋ ፡ ለባሕር ፡ ይነግሩ ፡ ሕማማ ፡ ወንሕነሰ ፡ ሰሚዐነ ፡ ናነክር ።
They that sail on the sea tell of the danger thereof; And when we hear it with our ears, we marvel.
航海的人述說海中的危險；我們親耳聽見，便覺希奇。
43:25
ወህየ ፡ ዕጹብ ፡ ክብሩ ፡ ወነኪር ፡ ወአጥርዮ ፡ እንስሳሂ ፡ በበዘመዱ ።
Therein be also those strange and wondrous works, Variety of all that has life, the race of sea-monsters.
那裡有奇異希奇的作為，各樣的活物，巨大的海怪。
43:26
ወእምውስቴቱ ፡ ይትገበር ፡ ሎቱ ፡ ለሠናይ ፡ መዐዛ ፡ ወበቃሉ ፡ ይከውን ፡ ኵሉ ።
By reason of him his end has success, And by his word all things consist.
藉著祂，祂的使者得以順利完成使命；萬物都因祂的話而得以維繫。
43:27
ወብዙኀ ፡ ንነግር ፡ ወኢንክል ፡ ፈጽሞቶ ፡ ወማኅለቅቱ ፡ ለኵሉ ፡ ነገር ፡ ዳእሙ ፡ ባሕቲቱ ።
We may say many things, yet shall we not attain; And the sum of our words is, He is all.
我們縱說許多，仍不能說盡；總而言之，萬有就是祂。
43:28
ሚመጠነ ፡ ንክል ፡ አእኵቶቶ ፡ እስመ ፡ ውእቱ ፡ የዐቢ ፡ እምነ ፡ ኵሉ ፡ ግብሩ ።
How shall we have strength to glorify him? For he is himself the great one above all his works.
我們怎能有力量榮耀祂呢？因祂是至大的，超越祂一切的作為。
43:29
ወግሩም ፡ ውእቱ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ ወፈድፋደ ፡ ዕጹብ ፡ ወዕጹብ ፡ ኀይሉ ።
The Lord is terrible and exceeding great; And marvelous is his power.
主是可畏的，極其偉大，祂的權能何等奇妙。
43:30
አእኵትዎ ፡ ለእግዚአብሔር ፡ ወአዕብይዎ ፡ በአምጣነ ፡ ትክሉ ፡ እስመ ፡ ኢታጠነቅቁ ፡ ፈጽሞ ፡ ዓዲ ፡ የዐቢ ፡ እምኵሉ ፡ ዝንቱ ፡ ወበኵሉ ፡ ኀይልክሙ ፡ አዕብይዎ ፡ ወአትትሀከዩ ፡ እስመ ፡ ኢትበጽሕዎ ።
When you⌃ glorify the Lord, exalt him as much as you⌃ can; For even yet will he exceed: And when you⌃ exalt him, put forth your full strength: Be not weary; for you⌃ will never attain.
你們榮耀主，當盡力高舉祂，因祂仍要超乎其上；你們尊崇祂，當竭盡全力，不要疲倦，因為你們永不能達到盡頭。
43:31
መኑ ፡ ዘርእዮ ፡ ወይነግረነ ፡ ወመኑ ፡ የዐብዮ ፡ በአምጣነ ፡ ዕበዩ ።
Who has seen him, that he may declare him? And who shall magnify him as he is?
誰曾見過祂而能述說祂呢？誰能照祂本相尊崇祂呢？
43:32
ወብዙኅ ፡ ዘኢያስተርኢ ፡ የዐቢ ፡ እምነ ፡ ዝንቱ ፡ ውኁድ ፡ ዳእሙ ፡ ዘርኢነ ፡ ግብሩ ።
Many things are hidden greater than these; For we have seen but a few of his works.
還有許多隱藏的事，比這些更大；因為祂的作為，我們所見的不過是其中一小部分。
43:33
እስመ ፡ ኵሎ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ ገባሪ ፡ ወወሀቦሙ ፡ ጥበበ ፡ ለጻድቃን ።
For the Lord made all things; And to the godly gave he wisdom.
因為主造了萬物，又將智慧賜給敬虔的人。
