5-16:16
As though to the devil: 'You are noble—gird up your loins like a man, and I will question you.' You do not believe me to be wiser than you, but think yourself to be a great mind? For thus also the devil is spoken of by Isaiah: 'I will bring upon the great mind, the ruler of the Assyrians.' He says to him therefore: 'Gird up your loins like a man.' But he does not gird himself. 'And I will question you, and you answer me.'—But he is not able to answer him; for 'who has known the mind of the Lord? or who has been his counselor?'
