3-8:1

Ὅτι ἐκκλησία παρὰ τὸ ἐκκεκλικέναι τὰς ἡδονὰς λέγεσθαί φησιν

That the 'Church' (ekklēsia) is said to be so named from its having 'turned away' (ekkeklikenai) from pleasures.

論到「教會」（ekklēsia）之名，乃是由於它「離棄了」（ekkeklikenai）諸般宴樂而得稱的。
