Haeretici communicantes, aut synaxes, aut baptismata facientes puniuntur, ut qui leges transgrediuntur, et qui domos ipsis ad hoc praebent, jam sancitis poenis subjiciuntur. — § t. Soli orthodoxi intra sacra septa habentes ergasteria, utuntur pririlegiis, non item haeretici, qui nec intra sacra septa negotiantur, ne divina audiant mysteria. — { 2. Montanistæ vero, neque commorantur cum bis qui ex his orthodoxi facti sunt; et qui dicuutur ei ipsit episcopi, aut clerici, expelluntur urbe Constantinopolitana. § 3. Vetantur mercari mancipia, neque erogationes percipiunt qui ex his egentes sunt eas quae dicuntur honoraria ex judiciis vel ecclesiis;
Heretics who communicate together, or hold assemblies, or perform baptisms, are punished as those who transgress the laws; and those who provide them with houses for this purpose are made subject to the penalties already ordained. § 1. Only the orthodox who have workshops (ergasteria) within the sacred precincts enjoy the privileges, but not the heretics, who neither trade within the sacred precincts, lest they hear the divine mysteries. § 2. As for the Montanists, they do not even dwell together with those who from among them have become orthodox; and those who are called among them bishops or clerics are expelled from the city of Constantinople. § 3. They are forbidden to traffic in slaves, nor do those of them who are needy receive the disbursements which are called honoraria from the courts or from the churches;
異端者若彼此共領聖餐、或舉行聚會、或施洗，便要照違犯律法的人受罰；那些為此目的把房舍提供給他們的人，也要受所已頒定的刑罰。第一節。唯有在聖地界內設有作坊（ergasteria）的正統信徒才享有特權，異端者則否，他們既不可在聖地界內經商，免得他們聽見神聖的奧祕。第二節。至於孟他努派，他們連與那從他們中間成為正統的人也不同住；他們中間那些被稱為主教或聖職人員的，都被逐出君士坦丁堡城。第三節。他們被禁止販賣奴隸，他們中間貧困的人也不得領取那從法庭或教會所謂的酬金（honoraria）；

et qui tribuit eis irrationabilem præfecturam, decem libris multatur. et decem quoque libris praesides ex negligentia, et eomes privatarum, et officium eorum.
and whoever grants them an irrational prefecture is fined ten pounds; and likewise the governors are fined ten pounds for their negligence, as also the count of the private estates and his office.
凡有人不合理地授予他們長官之職，要被罰十磅；照樣，總督因疏忽要被罰十磅，私產伯爵（comes privatarum）及其官署亦然。
