108:1

ካልእ፡ መጽሐፍ፡ ዘጸሐፈ፡ ሄኖክ፡ ለወልዱ፡ ማቱሳላ፡ ወለእለ፡ ይመጽኡ፡ እምድኅሬሁ፡ ወየዐቅቡ፡ ሥርዐተ፡ በደኃሪ፡ መዋዕል።

這是以諾為他兒子瑪土撒拉、並為那些將要在他之後來到、在末後的日子持守律例之人所寫的另一卷書。

Another book which Enoch wrote for his son Methuselah and for those who will come after him, and keep the law in the last days.

108:2

እለ፡ ገበርክሙ፡ ወትጸንሑ፡ በእሉ፡ መዋዕል፡ እስከ፡ ይትፌጸሙ፡ እለ፡ ይገብሩ፡ እኩየ፡ ወይትፌጸም፡ ኀይሎሙ፡ ለመአብሳን።

你們這些行善的，要等候那些日子，直到那些行惡的被了結，過犯者的勢力被了結。

Ye who have done good shall wait for those days till an end is made of those who work evil, and an end of the might of the transgressors.

108:3

አንትሙሰ፡ ጽንሑ፡ እስከ፡ ተኀልፍ፡ ኀጢአት፡ እስመ፡ ሀሎ፡ ስሞሙ፡ ይደመሰስ፡ እመጻሕፍተ፡ ቅዱሳን፡ ወዘርዖሙ፡ ይትሀጐል፡ ለዓለም፡ ወመናፍስቲሆሙ፡ ይትቀተሉ፡ ወይጸርሑ፡ ወየዐወይዉ፡ በመካነ፡ በድው፡ ዘኢያስተርኢ፡ ወበእሳት፡ ነዱ፡ እስመ፡ ኢሀሎ፡ ህየ፡ ምድር።

你們實在要等候，直到罪過去；因為他們的名要從生命冊與聖者的書中被塗抹，他們的後裔要永遠滅亡，他們的靈要被殺，在那不見人煙、混沌荒涼之地哀號哀傷，在火中焚燒，因為那裡沒有大地。

And wait ye indeed till sin has passed away, for their names shall be blotted out of the book of life and out of the holy books, and their seed shall be destroyed for ever, and their spirits shall be slain, and they shall cry and make lamentation in a place that is a chaotic wilderness, and in the fire shall they burn; for there is no earth there.

108:4

ወርኢኩ፡ በህየ፡ ከመ፡ ደመና፡ ዘኢይትረአይ፡ እስመ፡ እምዕመቁ፡ ኢክህልኩ፡ ላዕለ፡ ነጽሮ፡ ወላህበ፡ እሳት፡ እንዘ፡ ይነድድ፡ ርኢኩ፡ ስቡሕ፡ ወይትከበቡ፡ ከመ፡ አድባር፡ ስቡሓን፡ ወይትሀወኩ፡ ለፌ፡ ወለፌ።

我在那裡看見一團彷彿看不透的雲，因它極深，我無法俯視；我又看見一團燃燒明亮的火焰，並彷彿發光的山環繞旋轉、來回奔湧。

And I saw there something like an invisible cloud; for by reason of its depth I could not †look over†, and I saw a flame of fire blazing brightly, and things like shining mountains circling and sweeping to and fro.

108:5

ወተስእልክዎ፡ ለአሐዱ፡ እመላእክት፡ ቅዱሳን፡ እለ፡ ምስሌየ፡ ወእቤሎ፡ ምንት፡ ውእቱ፡ ዝ፡ ስቡሕ፡ እስመ፡ ኢኮነ፡ ሰማየ፡ አላ፡ ላህበ፡ እሳት፡ ባሕቲቱ፡ ዘይነድድ፡ ወቃለ፡ ጽራሕ፡ ወብካይ፡ ወዐውያት፡ ወሕማም፡ ኀያል።

我問與我同在的一位聖天使，說：『這發光之物是甚麼？因為它不是天，乃只是燃燒的火焰，並有哀號、哭泣、哀傷與劇痛之聲。』

And I asked one of the holy angels who was with me and said unto him: ‘What is this shining thing? for it is not a heaven but only the flame of a blazing fire, and the voice of weeping and crying and lamentation and strong pain.’

108:6

ወይቤለኒ፡ ዝንቱ፡ መካን፡ ዘትሬኢ፡ በህየ፡ ይትወደዩ፡ መናፍስተ፡ ኃጥኣን፡ ወጽሩዓን፡ ወእለ፡ ይገብሩ፡ ኀጢአተ፡ ወእለ፡ ይመይጡ፡ ኵሎ፡ ዘነገረ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ በአፈ፡ ነቢያቲሁ፡ እለ፡ ሀለዉ፡ ይትገበሩ፡ ዲበ፡ ምድር።

他對我說：『你所看見的這地方，這裡是罪人、褻瀆者、行惡者，並那些歪曲主藉眾先知之口所說一切將來之事之人的靈被丟入之處。

And he said unto me: ‘This place which thou seest—here are cast the spirits of sinners and blasphemers, and of those who work wickedness, and of those who pervert everything that the Lord hath spoken through the mouth of the prophets—(even) the things that shall be.

108:7

እስመ፡ ሀለዉ፡ እምኔሆሙ፡ ጽሑፋን፡ ወልኩዓን፡ ላዕለ፡ በሰማይ፡ ከመ፡ ያንብብዎሙ፡ መላእክት፡ ወያእምሩ፡ ዘሀሎ፡ ይብጽሖሙ፡ ለኃጥኣን፡ ወለመናፍስት፡ ትሑታን፡ ወእለ፡ አሕመሙ፡ ሥጋሆሙ፡ ወተፈድዩ፡ ዲበ፡ አምላክ፡ ወእለ፡ ኀስሩ፡ እምእኩያን፡ ሰብእ።

因為他們中有些已被記下、刻在上面的天上，好叫眾天使誦讀，知道那將要臨到罪人的事；又知道那些卑微之靈、那些苦待自己肉身而蒙神報償、被惡人羞辱之人的事。

For some of them are written and inscribed above in the heaven, in order that the angels may read them and know that which shall befall the sinners, and the spirits of the humble, and of those who have afflicted their bodies, and been recompensed by God; and of those who have been put to shame by wicked men:

108:8

እለ፡ ያፈቅርዎ፡ ለአምላክ፡ ወኢ፡ ወርቀ፡ ወኢ፡ ብሩረ፡ ኢያፍቀሩ፡ ወኢ፡ ኵሎ፡ ሠናየ፡ ዘውስተ፡ ዓለም፡ እለ፡ ወሀቡ፡ ሥጋሆሙ፡ ለጻዕር።

就是那些愛神、不愛金、不愛銀、不愛世上一切美物，反將自己肉身交付苦楚的人。

Who love God and loved neither gold nor silver nor any of the good things which are in the world, but gave over their bodies to torture.

108:9

ወእለ፡ እምአመ፡ ኮኑ፡ ኢፈተዉ፡ መባልዕተ፡ ዘዲበ፡ ምድር፡ አላ፡ ረሰዩ፡ ርእሶሙ፡ ከመ፡ መንፈስ፡ እንተ፡ ኀለፈት፡ ወዘንተ፡ ዐቀቡ፡ ወብዙኀ፡ አመከሮሙ፡ እግዚእ፡ ወተረክቡ፡ መናፍስቲሆሙ፡ በንጽሕ፡ ከመ፡ ይባርክዎ፡ ለስሙ።

他們自有生以來，便不貪戀地上的食物，乃看萬事如同過去的氣息，並照此而活；那主多方試煉他們，他們的靈被察驗為純潔，好叫他們稱頌祂的名。

Who, since they came into being, longed not after earthly food, but regarded everything as a passing breath, and lived accordingly, and the Lord tried them much, and their spirits were found pure so that they should bless His name.
