84:1
ወአልዐልኩ፡ እደውየ፡ በጽድቅ፡ ወባረክዎ፡ ለቅዱስ፡ ወለዐቢይ፡ ወነገርኩ፡ በመንፈሰ፡ አፉየ፡ ወበልሳነ፡ ሥጋ፡ እንተ፡ ገብረ፡ አምላክ፡ ለውሉደ፡ ሰብእ፡ ከመ፡ ይትናገሩ፡ ባቲ፡ ወወሀቦሙ፡ መንፈሰ፡ ወልሳነ፡ ወአፈ፡ ከመ፡ ይትናገሩ፡ ቦቱ።
我憑公義舉起雙手，稱頌那聖潔偉大者，用我口中的氣息、用神為世人血肉之軀所造、使他們能說話的肉舌說話；祂賜給他們氣息、舌頭與口，使他們能用以說話。
And I lifted up my hands in righteousness and blessed the Holy and Great One, and spake with the breath of my mouth, and with the tongue of flesh, which God has made for the children of the flesh of men, that they should speak therewith, and He gave them breath and a tongue and a mouth that they should speak therewith:
84:2
ቡሩክ፡ አንተ፡ እግዚኦ፡ ንጉሥ፡ ወዐቢይ፡ ወኀያል፡ በዕበየ፡ ዚኣከ፡ እግዚአ፡ ኵሉ፡ ፍጥረተ፡ ሰማይ፡ ንጉሠ፡ ነገሥት፡ ወአምላከ፡ ኵሉ፡ ዓለም፡ ወመለኮትከ፡ ወመንግሥትከ፡ ወዕበይከ፡ ይነብር፡ ለዓለም፡ ወለዓለመ፡ ዓለም፡ ወለኵሉ፡ ትውልደ፡ ትውልድ፡ ሥልጣንከ፡ ወኵሎሙ፡ ሰማያት፡ ምንባሪከ፡ ለዓለም፡ ወኵላ፡ ምድር፡ መከየደ፡ እገሪከ፡ ለዓለመ፡ ዓለም።
「主啊，你是當受稱頌的，你是君王，因你的偉大而尊大有能，是天上一切受造之物的主、萬王之王、全世界的神；你的權能、王權與尊大存到永永遠遠，你的權柄歷世歷代，諸天永遠是你的寶座，全地永永遠遠是你的腳凳。
‘Blessed be Thou, O Lord, King, Great and mighty in Thy greatness, Lord of the whole creation of the heaven, King of kings and God of the whole world. And Thy power and kingship and greatness abide for ever and ever, And throughout all generations Thy dominion; And all the heavens are Thy throne for ever, And the whole earth Thy footstool for ever and ever.
84:3
እስመ፡ አንተ፡ ገበርከ፡ ኵሎ፡ ወኵሎ፡ አንተ፡ ትመልክ፡ ወኢይጸንዐከ፡ ግብር፡ ወኢ፡ አሐዱ፡ ወኢ፡ አሐቲ፡ ጥበብ፡ ኢተኀልፈከ፡ ወኢትትመየጥ፡ እመንበርታ፡ ምንባሪከ፡ ወኢ፡ እምገጽከ፡ ወአንተ፡ ኵሎ፡ ተአምር፡ ወትሬኢ፡ ወትሰምዕ፡ ወአልቦ፡ ዘይትኀባእ፡ እምኔከ፡ እስመ፡ ኵሎ፡ ትሬኢ።
因為你造了萬物，你管理萬有，沒有甚麼事在你是難成的；智慧不離開你寶座之處，不轉離你的面前；你知道、看見、聽見一切，沒有甚麼能向你隱藏，因為你看見一切。
For Thou hast made and Thou rulest all things, And nothing is too hard for Thee, Wisdom departs not from the place of Thy throne, Nor turns away from Thy presence. And Thou knowest and seest and hearest everything, And there is nothing hidden from Thee [for Thou seest everything].
84:4
ወይእዜኒ፡ መላእክተ፡ ሰማያቲከ፡ ይኤብሱ፡ ወዲበ፡ ሥጋ፡ ሰብእ፡ ትከውን፡ መዓትከ፡ እስከ፡ ዕለተ፡ ዐባይ፡ ኵነኔ።
如今你諸天的眾天使犯了過犯，你的忿怒要常在世人的肉身上，直到那大審判之日。
And now the angels of Thy heavens are guilty of trespass, And upon the flesh of men abideth Thy wrath until the great day of judgement.
84:5
ወይእዜኒ፡ አምላክ፡ ወእግዚእ፡ ወንጉሥ፡ ዐቢይ፡ ኣስተበቍዕ፡ ወእስእል፡ ከመ፡ ታቅም፡ ሊተ፡ ስእለትየ፡ ከመ፡ ታትርፍ፡ ሊተ፡ ደኃሪተ፡ ውስተ፡ ምድር፡ ወኢታጥፍእ፡ ኵሎ፡ ሥጋ፡ ሰብእ፡ ወኢታዕርቃ፡ ለምድር፡ ወኢይኩን፡ ሀጕል፡ ለዓለም።
如今我的神、我的主、偉大的君王啊，我懇求祈求你成全我的祈求，為我在地上留下後裔，不將世人的血肉盡都滅絕、使大地無人居住，以致永遠荒廢。
And now, O God and Lord and Great King, I implore and beseech Thee to fulfil my prayer, To leave me a posterity on earth, And not destroy all the flesh of man, And make the earth without inhabitant, So that there should be an eternal destruction.
84:6
ወይእዜኒ፡ እግዚእየ፡ አጥፍእ፡ እምዲበ፡ ምድር፡ ሥጋ፡ እንተ፡ አምዕዐተከ፡ ወሥጋ፡ ጽድቅ፡ ወርትዕ፡ አቅም፡ ለተክለ፡ ዘርዕ፡ ለዓለም፡ ወኢትሰውር፡ ገጸከ፡ እምስእለተ፡ ገብርከ፡ እግዚኦ።
如今我的主啊，求你將那激動你忿怒的肉身從地上滅絕，惟將公義正直的肉身立為永遠之種的栽植；主啊，求你不要掩面不聽你僕人的祈求。」
And now, my Lord, destroy from the earth the flesh which has aroused Thy wrath, But the flesh of righteousness and uprightness establish as a plant of the eternal seed, And hide not Thy face from the prayer of Thy servant, O Lord.’
