43:1
ወርኢኩ፡ ካልኣነ፡ መባርቅተ፡ ወከዋክብተ፡ ሰማይ፡ ወርኢኩ፡ ከመ፡ ይጼውዖሙ፡ ለኵሎሙ፡ በበ፡ አስማቲሆሙ፡ ወይሰምዕዎ።
我看見其他的閃電與天上的眾星，又看見祂如何按各自的名字呼喚他們，他們便聽從祂。
And I saw other lightnings and the stars of heaven, and I saw how He called them all by their names and they hearkened unto Him.
43:2
ወርኢክዎ፡ ለመዳልወ፡ ጽድቅ፡ ከመ፡ ይዴለው፡ በብርሃናቲሆሙ፡ በራሕበ፡ መካናቲሆሙ፡ ወዕለተ፡ ኩነቶሙ፡ ወሚጠቶሙ፡ መብረቅ፡ መብረቀ፡ ይወልድ፡ ወሚጦቶሙ፡ በኍልቈ፡ መላእክቲሆሙ፡ ወሃይማኖቶሙ፡ የዐቅቡ፡ በበይናቲሆሙ።
我看見公義的天平如何按它們的光明來稱量，看見它們所佔的廣度、出現的日子，看見它們的運轉如何生出閃電，又看見它們按天使的數目運轉，並彼此守信。
And I saw how they are weighed in a righteous balance according to their proportions of light: (I saw) the width of their spaces and the day of their appearing, and how their revolution produces lightning: and (I saw) their revolution according to the number of the angels, and (how) they keep faith with each other.
43:3
ወተስእልክዎ፡ ለመልአክ፡ ዘየሐውር፡ ምስሌየ፡ ወዘአርአየኒ፡ ዘኅቡእ፡ ወእቤሎ፡ ምንት፡ እሙንቱ፡ እሉ።
我問那與我同行、將隱藏之事指示我的天使，說：「這些是甚麼？」
And I asked the angel who went with me who showed me what was hidden: ‘What are these?’
43:4
ወይቤለኒ፡ ምስለ፡ ዘዚኣሆሙ፡ አርአየከ፡ እግዚአ፡ መናፍስት፡ እሉ፡ እሙንቱ፡ አስማቲሆሙ፡ ለጻድቃን፡ እለ፡ የኀድሩ፡ ዲበ፡ የብስ፡ ወየአምኑ፡ በስሙ፡ ለእግዚአ፡ መናፍስት፡ ለዓለመ፡ ዓለም።
他對我說：「靈之主已將它們的比喻意義指示了你：這些就是住在地上、永永遠遠信靠靈之主之名的聖者的名字。」
And he said to me: ‘The Lord of Spirits hath showed thee their parabolic meaning (lit. 'their parable'): these are the names of the holy who dwell on the earth and believe in the name of the Lord of Spirits for ever and ever.’
