21:2
ወርኢኩ፡ በህየ፡ ግብረ፡ ግሩመ፡ ኢ፡ ሰማየ፡ ልዑለ፡ ወኢ፡ ምድረ፡ ሱርርተ፡ አላ፡ መካነ፡ በድው፡ ዘድልው፡ ወግሩም።
我在那裡看見可畏之景：上面沒有高天，下面沒有奠定的大地，只是一片混沌可怖、傾陷而荒涼的地方。
And I saw there something horrible: I saw neither a heaven above nor a firmly founded earth, but a place chaotic and horrible.
21:3
ወህየ፡ ርኢኩ፡ ሰብዓተ፡ ከዋክብተ፡ ሰማይ፡ እሱራን፡ በላዕሌሁ፡ ኅቡረ፡ ከመ፡ አድባር፡ ዐበይት፡ ወከመ፡ እሳት፡ እንዘ፡ ይነድዱ።
我在那裡看見天上的七顆星宿一同被捆綁在那裡，如同燃燒的大山，又如焚燒的烈火。
And there I saw seven stars of the heaven bound together in it, like great mountains and burning with fire.
21:4
ይእተ፡ ጊዜ፡ እቤ፡ በእንተ፡ አይ፡ ኀጢአት፡ ተአስሩ፡ ወበእንተ፡ ምንት፡ ዝየ፡ ተገድፉ።
那時我說：「他們是因甚麼罪被捆綁？又為甚麼被丟在這裡？」
Then I said: ‘For what sin are they bound, and on what account have they been cast in hither?’
21:5
ወይቤለኒ፡ ኡርኤል፡ አሐዱ፡ እመላእክት፡ ቅዱሳን፡ ዘምስሌየ፡ ውእቱ፡ ወይመርሐኒ፡ ወይቤ፡ ሄኖክ፡ በእንተ፡ ምንት፡ ትሴአል፡ ወበእንተ፡ መኑ፡ ትጤይቅ፡ ወትጽሕቅ።
與我同在的聖天使之一烏利伊勒，作我的嚮導，他對我說：「以諾，你為甚麼發問？又為何如此切切尋求查究？
Then said Uriel, one of the holy angels, who was with me, and was chief over them, and said: ‘Enoch, why dost thou ask, and why art thou eager for the truth?
21:6
እሉ፡ እሙንቱ፡ መላእክት፡ እለ፡ ኀለፉ፡ ትእዛዘ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ ልዑል፡ ወተአስሩ፡ በዝየ፡ እስከ፡ ይትፌጸም፡ ትእልፊተ፡ ዓለም፡ ኍልቈ፡ መዋዕለ፡ ኀጢአቶሙ።
這些就是那違背至高之主命令的天使，被捆綁在此，直到萬世之數滿足，就是他們罪孽的日子滿足之時。」
These are of the number of the stars of heaven, which have transgressed the commandment of the Lord, and are bound here till ten thousand years, the time entailed by their sins, are consummated.’
21:7
ወእምህየ፡ ሖርኩ፡ ካልአ፡ መካነ፡ እም፡ ዝ፡ ዘይጌርም፡ ወርኢኩ፡ ግብረ፡ ግሩመ፡ እሳት፡ ዐቢይ፡ በህየ፡ ዘይነድድ፡ ወያንበለብል፡ ወሞሠርት፡ ቦቱ፡ ወወሰኑ፡ እስከ፡ ቀላይ፡ ፍጹም፡ አዕማደ፡ እሳት፡ ዐበይት፡ ዘያወርድዎሙ፡ ወኢ፡ አምጣኖ፡ ወኢ፡ ዕበዮ፡ ኢክህልኩ፡ ነጽሮ፡ ወስእንኩ፡ ነጽሮ፡ ዐይኑ።
我從那裡去到另一處地方，比前一處更為可怖。我看見可畏之景：那裡有焚燒烈烈、火焰騰騰的大火，那地方裂開直達深淵，滿是降下的巨大火柱；它的廣度與深度，我都無法窺測，我的眼也不能注視。
And from thence I went to another place, which was still more horrible than the former, and I saw a horrible thing: a great fire there which burnt and blazed, and the place was cleft as far as the abyss, being full of great descending columns of fire: neither its extent or magnitude could I see, nor could I conjecture.
21:8
ውእተ፡ ጊዜ፡ እቤ፡ እፎ፡ ግሩም፡ ዝንቱ፡ መካን፡ ወሕማም፡ ለነጽሮ።
那時我說：「這地方何等可怖，看了何等令人痛苦！」
Then I said: ‘How fearful is the place and how terrible to look upon!’
21:9
ውእተ፡ ጊዜ፡ አውሥአኒ፡ ኡርኤል፡ አሐዱ፡ እመላእክት፡ ቅዱሳን፡ ዘምስሌየ፡ ሀለወ፡ ወአውሥአኒ፡ ወይቤለኒ፡ ሄኖክ፡ ምንተ፡ ውእቱ፡ ፍርሀትከ፡ ከመ፡ ዝ፡ ወድንጋፄከ፡ በእንተ፡ ዝ፡ ግሩም፡ መካን፡ ወቅድመ፡ ገጹ፡ ለዝ፡ ሕማም።
那時與我同在的聖天使之一烏利伊勒回答我，對我說：「以諾，你為何這樣懼怕戰兢？」我回答說：「是因這可怖的地方，並這痛苦的景象。」
Then Uriel answered me, one of the holy angels who was with me, and said unto me: ‘Enoch, why hast thou such fear and affright?’ And I answered: ‘Because of this fearful place, and because of the spectacle of the pain.’
21:10
ወይቤለኒ፡ ዝ፡ መካን፡ ቤተ፡ ሞቅሖሙ፡ ለመላእክት፡ ወበህየ፡ ይትአኀዙ፡ እስከ፡ ለዓለም።
他對我說：「這地方就是眾天使的監牢，他們要在此被囚禁，直到永遠。」
And he said unto me: ‘This place is the prison of the angels, and here they will be imprisoned for ever.’
