56:1
ወርኢኩ፡ በህየ፡ ትዕይንተ፡ መላእክት፡ ዘመቅሠፍት፡ እንዘ፡ የሐውሩ፡ ወእኁዛን፡ መሣግረ፡ ኀጺን፡ ወብርት።
我在那裡看見刑罰天使的羣隊行走，手中拿著鞭子與鐵鏈、銅鏈。
And I saw there the hosts of the angels of punishment going, and they held scourges and chains of iron and bronze.
56:2
ወተስእልክዎ፡ ለመልአከ፡ ሰላም፡ ዘየሐውር፡ ምስሌየ፡ እንዘ፡ እብል፡ ለመኑ፡ የሐውሩ፡ እለ፡ ይእኅዙ።
我問那與我同行的平安天使，說：「這些拿著鞭子的，是往誰那裡去？」
And I asked the angel of peace who went with me, saying: ‘To whom are these who hold the scourges going?’
56:3
ወይቤለኒ፡ አሐዱ፡ አሐዱ፡ ለኅሩያነ፡ ዚኣሆሙ፡ ወለፍቁራነ፡ ዚኣሆሙ፡ ከመ፡ ይትወደዩ፡ ውስተ፡ ንቅዐተ፡ ማዕምቅ፡ ዘቈላ።
他對我說：「各自往他們的揀選者與所愛的那裡去，要把他們丟入那山谷深淵的裂口中。
And he said unto me: ‘To their elect and beloved ones, that they may be cast into the chasm of the abyss of the valley.
56:4
ወአሜሃ፡ ይመልእ፡ ውእቱ፡ ቈላ፡ እምነ፡ ኅሩያን፡ ወፍቁራነ፡ ዚኣሆሙ፡ ወይትዌዳእ፡ ዕለተ፡ ሕይወቶሙ፡ ወዕለተ፡ ስሕተቶሙ፡ እምይእዜ፡ ኢይትኌለቍ።
那時，那山谷要被他們的揀選者與所愛的填滿，他們生命的日子要到了盡頭，他們迷惑人的日子從此不再被算入。
And then that valley shall be filled with their elect and beloved, And the days of their lives shall be at an end, And the days of their leading astray shall not thenceforward be reckoned.
56:5
ወበእማንቱ፡ መዋዕል፡ ይትጋብኡ፡ መላእክት፡ ወይወድዩ፡ አርእስቲሆሙ፡ ለምሥራቅ፡ ለኀበ፡ ሰብአ፡ ጳርቴ፡ ወሜድ፡ ወየሐውስዎሙ፡ ለነገሥት፡ ወይበውእ፡ ላዕሌሆሙ፡ መንፈሰ፡ ሀውክ፡ ወየሀውክዎሙ፡ እመናብርቲሆሙ፡ ወይወፅኡ፡ ከመ፡ አናብስት፡ እምስካባቲሆሙ፡ ወከመ፡ አዝእብት፡ ርኁባን፡ ማእከለ፡ መርዔተ፡ ዚኣሆሙ።
當那些日子，眾天使要回轉，向東衝向帕提亞人與瑪代人，激動眾王，使騷亂之靈臨到他們，叫他們從寶座上奮起，如獅子出洞，如餓狼闖入羊羣。
And in those days the angels shall return And hurl themselves to the east upon the Parthians and Medes: They shall stir up the kings, so that a spirit of unrest shall come upon them, And they shall rouse them from their thrones, That they may break forth as lions from their lairs, And as hungry wolves among their flocks.
56:6
ወየዐርጉ፡ ወይከይድዋ፡ ለምድር፡ ኅሩያነ፡ ዚኣሁ፡ ወትከውን፡ ምድረ፡ ኅሩያነ፡ ዚኣሁ፡ በቅድሜሆሙ፡ ምክያደ፡ ወአሠረ።
他們要上來踐踏祂蒙揀選者之地，祂蒙揀選者之地在他們面前要成為禾場與大道。
And they shall go up and tread under foot the land of His elect ones, [And the land of His elect ones shall be before them a threshing-floor and a highway:]
56:7
ወሀገረ፡ ጻድቃነ፡ ዚኣየ፡ ይከውን፡ ማዕቅፈ፡ ለአፍራሲሆሙ፡ ወያነሥኡ፡ ቀትለ፡ በበይናቲሆሙ፡ ወትጸንዕ፡ የማኖሙ፡ ዲቤሆሙ፡ ወኢየአምሮ፡ ብእሲ፡ ለካልኡ፡ ወለእኁሁ፡ ወኢ፡ ወልድ፡ ለአቡሁ፡ ወለእሙ፡ እስከ፡ ይከውን፡ ኍልቈ፡ አብድንቲሆሙ፡ እሞቶሙ፡ ወእመቅሠፍቶሙ፡ ወኢይከውን፡ በከ።
但我義人的城要成為他們馬匹的阻礙；他們要彼此爭戰，他們的右手要攻擊自己，人不認得自己的鄰舍、弟兄，兒子也不認得父母，直到屍首因他們互相殘殺多得無法數算，他們的刑罰纔不至徒然。
But the city of my righteous shall be a hindrance to their horses. And they shall begin to fight among themselves, And their right hand shall be strong against themselves, And a man shall not know his brother, Nor a son his father or his mother, Till there be no number of the corpses through their slaughter, And their punishment be not in vain.
56:8
ወበእማንቱ፡ መዋዕል፡ ትፈትሕ፡ አፉሃ፡ ሲኦል፡ ወይሠጠሙ፡ ውስቴታ፡ ወሀጕሎሙ፡ ሲኦል፡ ትውኅጦሙ፡ ለኃጥኣን፡ እምቅድመ፡ ገጸ፡ ኅሩያን።
當那些日子，陰間要張開口，他們要被吞沒在其中，他們的毀滅要告結束；陰間要在蒙揀選者面前吞滅罪人。」
In those days Sheol shall open its jaws, And they shall be swallowed up therein, And their destruction shall be at an end; Sheol shall devour the sinners in the presence of the elect.’
