Ὡς μακάρια καὶ θαυμαστὰ τὰ δῶρα τοῦ θεοῦ , ἀγαπητοί
How blessed and wonderful are the gifts of God, beloved!
親愛的，神的恩賜是何等有福、何等奇妙！
35:2
ζωὴ ἐν ἀθανασίᾳ , λαμπρότης ἐν δικαιοσύνῃ , ἀλήθεια ἐν παρρησίᾳ , πίστις ἐν πεποιθήσει , ἐγκράτεια ἐν ἁγιασμῷ : καὶ ταῦτα ὑπέπιπτεν πάντα ὑπὸ τὴν διάνοιαν ἡμῶν
Life in immortality, splendor in righteousness, truth in boldness, faith in confidence, self-control in holiness; and all these things were brought within our comprehension.
就是不朽中的生命，公義中的光輝，坦然中的真理，把握中的信心，聖別中的節制；這一切都已置於我們的理解之內。
35:3
τίνα οὖν ἄρα ἐστὶν τὰ ἑτοιμαζόμενα τοῖς ὑπομένουσιν ; ὁ δημιουργὸς καὶ πατὴρ τῶν αἰώνων ὁ πανάγιος αὐτὸς γινώσκει τὴν ποσότητα καὶ τὴν καλλονὴν αὐτῶν
What then are the things prepared for those who wait? The Creator and Father of the ages, the all-holy One, Himself knows their quantity and their beauty.
那麼，為等候祂的人所豫備的是甚麼呢？那創造主、諸世代的父、至聖者，祂自己知道其數量與美麗。
35:4
ἡμεῖς οὖν ἀγωνισώμεθα εὑρεθῆναι ἐν τῷ ἀριθμῷ τῶν ὑπομενόντων , ὅπως μεταλάβωμεν τῶν ἐπηγγελμένων δωρεῶν
Let us therefore strive to be found in the number of those who wait, that we may partake of the promised gifts.
所以我們要竭力被算在那些等候之人的數目中，好叫我們有分於所應許的恩賜。
35:5
πῶς δὲ ἔσται τοῦτο , ἀγαπητοί ; ἐὰν ἐστηριγμενηᾖ ἡ διάνοια ἡμῶν πιστῶς πρὸς τὸν θεόν , ἐὰν ἐκζητῶμεν τὰ εὐάρεστα καὶ εὐπρόσδεκτα αὐτῷ , ἐὰν ἐπιτελέσωμεν τὰ ἀνήκοντα τῇ ἀμώμῳ βουλήσει αὐτοῦ , καὶ ἀκολουθήσωμεν τῇ ὁδῷ τῆς ἀληθείας , ἀπορρίψαντες ἀφ̓ ἑαυτῶν πᾶσαν ἀδικίαν καὶ πονηρίαν , πλεονεξίαν , ἔρεις , κακοηθείας τε καὶ δόλους , ψιθυρισμούς τε καὶ καταλαλιάς , θεοστυγίαν , ὑπερηφανίαν τε καὶ ἀλαζονείαν , κενοδοξίαν τε καὶ ἀφιλοξενίαν
But how shall this be, beloved? If our mind is steadfastly fixed in faith toward God; if we seek out the things that are well-pleasing and acceptable to Him; if we accomplish the things that befit His faultless will, and follow the way of truth, casting away from ourselves all unrighteousness and wickedness, covetousness, strifes, malice and deceits, whisperings and slanders, hatred of God, pride and arrogance, vainglory and inhospitality.
親愛的，這要怎樣才能成就呢？就是我們的心思在信心裡堅定不移地朝向神；我們尋求那在祂眼前美善蒙悅的事；我們成就那合乎祂無瑕旨意的事，並跟隨真理的道路，把一切不義、邪惡、貪婪、爭競、惡毒、詭詐、私語、毀謗、恨神、驕傲、狂妄、虛榮，以及不好客的事，都從我們身上拋棄。
35:6
ταῦτα γὰρ οἱ πράσσοντες στυγητοὶ τῷ θεῷ ὑπάρχουσιν : οὐ μόνον δὲ οἱ πράσσοντες αὐτά , ἀλλά καὶ οἱ συνευδοκοῦντες αὐτοῖς
For those who do these things are hateful to God; and not only those who do them, but also those who consent to them.
因為行這些事的人是神所憎惡的；不僅行這些事的人，連那些贊同他們的人也是如此。
35:7
λέγει γὰρ ἡ γραφή : Τῷ δὲ ἁμαρτωλῷ εἶπεν ὁ θεός : Ἱνατί σὺ διηγῇ τὰ δικαιώματά μου , καὶ ἀναλαμβάνεις τὴν διαθήκην μου ἐπὶ στόματός σου
For the Scripture says: "But to the sinner God said: Why do you declare My ordinances and take My covenant upon your mouth?"
因為經上說：「神對惡人說：你怎麼可以傳述我的律例，口中提到我的約呢？」
35:8
σὺ δὲ ἐμίσησας παιδείαν καὶ ἐξέβαλες τοὺς λόγους μου εἰς τὰ ὀπίσω . εἰ ἐθεώρεις κλέπτην . συνέτρεχες αὐτῷ , καὶ μετὰ μοιχῶν τὴν μερίδα σου ἐτίθεις . τὸ στόμα σου ἐπλεόνασεν κακίαν , καὶ ή γλῶσσα σου περιέπλεκεν δολιότητα . καθήμενος κατὰ τοῦ ἀδελφοῦ σου κατελάλεις , καὶ κατὰ τοῦ υἱοῦ τῆς μητρός σου ἐτίθεις σκάνδαλον
"You hated discipline and cast My words behind you. If you saw a thief, you ran with him, and you set your portion with adulterers. Your mouth abounded in malice, and your tongue wove deceit. You sat and slandered your brother, and against the son of your mother you laid a stumbling block."
「你恨惡管教，將我的言語丟在背後。你見了盜賊就與他同夥，又與行姦淫的人同流。你口中充滿惡意，你的舌頭編造詭詐。你坐著毀謗你的弟兄，讒害你親母的兒子，設下絆腳石。」
35:9
ταῦτα ἐποίησας , καὶ ἐσίγησα : ὑπέλαβες , ἄνομε , ὅτι ἔσομαί σοι ὅμοιος
"These things you did, and I kept silence; you supposed, O lawless one, that I would be like you."
「你行了這些事，我還閉口不言；你這不法的人哪，你竟以為我與你一樣。」
35:10
ἐλέγξω σε καὶ παραστήσω σε κατὰ προσωπόν σου
"I will reprove you and set you before your own face."
「我要責備你，將這些事擺在你眼前。」
35:11
σύνετε δὴ ταῦτα , οἱ ἐπιλανθανόμενοι τοῦ θεοῦ . μήποτε ἁρπάσῃ ὡς λέων , καὶ μὴᾖ ὁ ῥυόμενος
"Now consider this, you who forget God, lest He tear you like a lion, and there be none to deliver."
「你們忘記神的人哪，要思想這事，免得祂像獅子把你們撕碎，無人搭救。」
35:12
θυσία αἰνέσεως δοξάσει με , καὶ ἐκεῖ ὁδός , ᾗ δείξω αὐτῷ τὸ σωτήριον τοῦ θεοῦ
"The sacrifice of praise shall glorify Me, and there is the way by which I will show him the salvation of God."
「凡以感謝獻上為祭的，便是榮耀我；那遵守正道的，我必使他得見神的救恩。」
