10:1
Ut quid, Domine, recessisti longe ; despicis in opportunitatibus, in tribulatione ?
Why do you stand far off, Yahweh? Why do you hide yourself in times of trouble?
耶和華啊，你為甚麼站在遠處？ 在患難的時候為甚麼隱藏？
10:2
Dum superbit impius, incenditur pauper : comprehenduntur in consiliis quibus cogitant.
In arrogance, the wicked hunt down the weak. They are caught in the schemes that they devise.
惡人在驕橫中把困苦人追得火急； 願他們陷在自己所設的計謀裏。
10:3
Quoniam laudatur peccator in desideriis animae suae, et iniquus benedicitur.
For the wicked boasts of his heart’s cravings. He blesses the greedy and condemns Yahweh.
因為惡人以心願自誇； 貪財的背棄耶和華，並且輕慢他 。
10:4
Exacerbavit Dominum peccator : secundum multitudinem irae suae, non quaeret.
The wicked, in the pride of his face, has no room in his thoughts for God.
惡人面帶驕傲，說：耶和華必不追究； 他一切所想的都以為沒有上帝。
10:5
Non est Deus in conspectu ejus ; inquinatae sunt viae illius in omni tempore. Auferuntur judicia tua a facie ejus ; omnium inimicorum suorum dominabitur.
His ways are prosperous at all times. He is arrogant, and your laws are far from his sight. As for all his adversaries, he sneers at them.
凡他所做的，時常穩固； 你的審判超過他的眼界。 至於他一切的敵人， 他都向他們噴氣。
10:6
Dixit enim in corde suo : Non movebor a generatione in generationem, sine malo.
He says in his heart, “I shall not be shaken. For generations I shall have no trouble.”
他心裏說：我必不動搖， 世世代代不遭災難。
10:7
Cujus maledictione os plenum est, et amaritudine, et dolo ; sub lingua ejus labor et dolor.
His mouth is full of cursing, deceit, and oppression. Under his tongue is mischief and iniquity.
他滿口是咒罵、詭詐、欺壓， 舌底是毒害、奸惡。
10:8
Sedet in insidiis cum divitibus in occultis, ut interficiat innocentem.
He lies in wait near the villages. From ambushes, he murders the innocent. His eyes are secretly set against the helpless.
他在村莊埋伏等候； 他在隱密處殺害無辜的人。 他的眼睛窺探無倚無靠的人；
10:9
Oculi ejus in pauperem respiciunt ; insidiatur in abscondito, quasi leo in spelunca sua. Insidiatur ut rapiat pauperem ; rapere pauperem dum attrahit eum.
He lurks in secret as a lion in his ambush. He lies in wait to catch the helpless. He catches the helpless when he draws him in his net.
他埋伏在暗地，如獅子蹲在洞中。 他埋伏，要擄去困苦人； 他拉網，就把困苦人擄去。
10:10
In laqueo suo humiliabit eum ; inclinabit se, et cadet cum dominatus fuerit pauperum.
The helpless are crushed. They collapse. They fall under his strength.
他屈身蹲伏， 無倚無靠的人就倒在他爪牙 之下。
10:11
Dixit enim in corde suo : Oblitus est Deus ; avertit faciem suam, ne videat in finem.
He says in his heart, “God has forgotten. He hides his face. He will never see it.”
他心裏說：上帝竟忘記了； 他掩面永不觀看。
10:12
Exsurge, Domine Deus, exaltetur manus tua ; ne obliviscaris pauperum.
Arise, Yahweh! God, lift up your hand! Don’t forget the helpless.
耶和華啊，求你起來！ 上帝啊，求你舉手，不要忘記困苦人！
10:13
Propter quid irritavit impius Deum ? dixit enim in corde suo : Non requiret.
Why does the wicked person condemn God, and say in his heart, “God won’t call me into account”?
惡人為何輕慢上帝， 心裏說：你必不追究？
10:14
Vides, quoniam tu laborem et dolorem consideras, ut tradas eos in manus tuas. Tibi derelictus est pauper ; orphano tu eris adjutor.
But you do see trouble and grief. You consider it to take it into your hand. You help the victim and the fatherless.
其實你已經觀看； 因為奸惡毒害，你都看見了， 為要以手施行報應。 無倚無靠的人把自己交託你； 你向來是幫助孤兒的。
10:15
Contere brachium peccatoris et maligni ; quaeretur peccatum illius, et non invenietur.
Break the arm of the wicked. As for the evil man, seek out his wickedness until you find none.
願你打斷惡人的膀臂； 至於壞人，願你追究他的惡，直到淨盡。
10:16
Dominus regnabit in aeternum, et in saeculum saeculi ; peribitis, gentes, de terra illius.
Yahweh is King forever and ever! The nations will perish out of his land.
耶和華永永遠遠為王； 外邦人從他的地已經滅絕了。
10:17
Desiderium pauperum exaudivit Dominus ; praeparationem cordis eorum audivit auris tua :
Yahweh, you have heard the desire of the humble. You will prepare their heart. You will cause your ear to hear,
耶和華啊，謙卑人的心願， 你早已知道 。 你必預備他們的心， 也必側耳聽他們的祈求，
10:18
judicare pupillo et humili, ut non apponat ultra magnificare se homo super terram.
to judge the fatherless and the oppressed, that man who is of the earth may terrify no more.
為要給孤兒和受欺壓的人伸冤， 使強橫的人不再威嚇他們。
