78:1
Intellectus Asaph. Attendite, popule meus, legem meam ; inclinate aurem vestram in verba oris mei.
Hear my teaching, my people. Turn your ears to the words of my mouth.
我的民哪，你們要留心聽我的訓誨， 側耳聽我口中的話。
78:2
Aperiam in parabolis os meum ; loquar propositiones ab initio.
I will open my mouth in a parable. I will utter dark sayings of old,
我要開口說比喻； 我要說出古時的謎語，
78:3
Quanta audivimus, et cognovimus ea, et patres nostri narraverunt nobis.
which we have heard and known, and our fathers have told us.
是我們所聽見、所知道的， 也是我們的祖宗告訴我們的。
78:4
Non sunt occultata a filiis eorum in generatione altera, narrantes laudes Domini et virtutes ejus, et mirabilia ejus quae fecit.
We will not hide them from their children, telling to the generation to come the praises of Yahweh, his strength, and his wondrous deeds that he has done.
我們不將這些事向他們的子孫隱瞞， 要將耶和華的美德和他的能力， 並他奇妙的作為，述說給後代聽。
78:5
Et suscitavit testimonium in Jacob, et legem posuit in Israël, quanta mandavit patribus nostris nota facere ea filiis suis :
For he established a covenant in Jacob, and appointed a teaching in Israel, which he commanded our fathers, that they should make them known to their children;
因為，他在雅各中立法度， 在以色列中設律法； 是他吩咐我們祖宗要傳給子孫的，
78:6
ut cognoscat generatio altera : filii qui nascentur et exsurgent, et narrabunt filiis suis,
that the generation to come might know, even the children who should be born; who should arise and tell their children,
使將要生的後代子孫可以曉得； 他們也要起來告訴他們的子孫，
78:7
ut ponant in Deo spem suam, et non obliviscantur operum Dei, et mandata ejus exquirant :
that they might set their hope in God, and not forget God’s deeds, but keep his commandments,
好叫他們仰望上帝， 不忘記上帝的作為， 惟要守他的命令。
78:8
ne fiant, sicut patres eorum, generatio prava et exasperans ; generatio quae non direxit cor suum, et non est creditus cum Deo spiritus ejus.
and might not be as their fathers— a stubborn and rebellious generation, a generation that didn’t make their hearts loyal, whose spirit was not steadfast with God.
不要像他們的祖宗， 是頑梗悖逆、居心不正之輩， 向着上帝，心不誠實。
78:9
Filii Ephrem, intendentes et mittentes arcum, conversi sunt in die belli.
The children of Ephraim, being armed and carrying bows, turned back in the day of battle.
以法蓮的子孫帶着兵器，拿着弓， 臨陣之日轉身退後。
78:10
Non custodierunt testamentum Dei, et in lege ejus noluerunt ambulare.
They didn’t keep God’s covenant, and refused to walk in his law.
他們不遵守上帝的約， 不肯照他的律法行；
78:11
Et obliti sunt benefactorum ejus, et mirabilium ejus quae ostendit eis.
They forgot his doings, his wondrous deeds that he had shown them.
又忘記他所行的 和他顯給他們奇妙的作為。
78:12
Coram patribus eorum fecit mirabilia in terra Aegypti, in campo Taneos.
He did marvelous things in the sight of their fathers, in the land of Egypt, in the field of Zoan.
他在埃及地，在瑣安田， 在他們祖宗的眼前施行奇事。
78:13
Interrupit mare, et perduxit eos, et statuit aquas quasi in utre :
He split the sea, and caused them to pass through. He made the waters stand as a heap.
他將海分裂，使他們過去， 又叫水立起如壘。
78:14
et deduxit eos in nube diei, et tota nocte in illuminatione ignis.
In the daytime he also led them with a cloud, and all night with a light of fire.
他白日用雲彩， 終夜用火光引導他們。
78:15
Interrupit petram in eremo, et adaquavit eos velut in abysso multa.
He split rocks in the wilderness, and gave them drink abundantly as out of the depths.
他在曠野分裂磐石， 多多地給他們水喝，如從深淵而出。
78:16
Et eduxit aquam de petra, et deduxit tamquam flumina aquas.
He brought streams also out of the rock, and caused waters to run down like rivers.
他使水從磐石湧出， 叫水如江河下流。
78:17
Et apposuerunt adhuc peccare ei ; in iram excitaverunt Excelsum in inaquoso.
Yet they still went on to sin against him, to rebel against the Most High in the desert.
他們卻仍舊得罪他， 在乾燥之地悖逆至高者。
78:18
Et tentaverunt Deum in cordibus suis, ut peterent escas animabus suis.
They tempted God in their heart by asking food according to their desire.
他們心中試探上帝， 隨自己所欲的求食物，
78:19
Et male locuti sunt de Deo ; dixerunt : Numquid poterit Deus parare mensam in deserto ?
Yes, they spoke against God. They said, “Can God prepare a table in the wilderness?
並且妄論上帝說： 上帝在曠野豈能擺設筵席嗎？
78:20
quoniam percussit petram, et fluxerunt aquae, et torrentes inundaverunt. Numquid et panem poterit dare, aut parare mensam populo suo ?
Behold, he struck the rock, so that waters gushed out, and streams overflowed. Can he give bread also? Will he provide meat for his people?”
他曾擊打磐石，使水湧出，成了江河； 他還能賜糧食嗎？ 還能為他的百姓預備肉嗎？
78:21
Ideo audivit Dominus et distulit ; et ignis accensus est in Jacob, et ira ascendit in Israël :
Therefore Yahweh heard, and was angry. A fire was kindled against Jacob, anger also went up against Israel,
所以，耶和華聽見就發怒； 有烈火向雅各燒起； 有怒氣向以色列上騰；
78:22
quia non crediderunt in Deo, nec speraverunt in salutari ejus.
because they didn’t believe in God, and didn’t trust in his salvation.
因為他們不信服上帝， 不倚賴他的救恩。
78:23
Et mandavit nubibus desuper, et januas caeli aperuit.
Yet he commanded the skies above, and opened the doors of heaven.
他卻吩咐天空， 又敞開天上的門，
78:24
Et pluit illis manna ad manducandum, et panem caeli dedit eis.
He rained down manna on them to eat, and gave them food from the sky.
降嗎哪，像雨給他們吃， 將天上的糧食賜給他們。
78:25
Panem angelorum manducavit homo ; cibaria misit eis in abundantia.
Man ate the bread of angels. He sent them food to the full.
各人 吃大能者的食物； 他賜下糧食，使他們飽足。
78:26
Transtulit austrum de caelo, et induxit in virtute sua africum.
He caused the east wind to blow in the sky. By his power he guided the south wind.
他領東風起在天空， 又用能力引了南風來。
78:27
Et pluit super eos sicut pulverem carnes, et sicut arenam maris volatilia pennata.
He also rained meat on them as the dust, winged birds as the sand of the seas.
他降肉，像雨在他們當中，多如塵土， 又降飛鳥，多如海沙，
78:28
Et ceciderunt in medio castrorum eorum, circa tabernacula eorum.
He let them fall in the middle of their camp, around their habitations.
落在他們的營中， 在他們住處的四面。
78:29
Et manducaverunt, et saturati sunt nimis, et desiderium eorum attulit eis :
So they ate, and were well filled. He gave them their own desire.
他們吃了，而且飽足； 這樣就隨了他們所欲的。
78:30
non sunt fraudati a desiderio suo. Adhuc escae eorum erant in ore ipsorum,
They didn’t turn from their cravings. Their food was yet in their mouths,
他們貪而無厭， 食物還在他們口中的時候，
78:31
et ira Dei ascendit super eos : et occidit pingues eorum, et electos Israël impedivit.
when the anger of God went up against them, killed some of their strongest, and struck down the young men of Israel.
上帝的怒氣就向他們上騰， 殺了他們內中的肥壯人， 打倒以色列的少年人。
78:32
In omnibus his peccaverunt adhuc, et non crediderunt in mirabilibus ejus.
For all this they still sinned, and didn’t believe in his wondrous works.
雖是這樣，他們仍舊犯罪， 不信他奇妙的作為。
78:33
Et defecerunt in vanitate dies eorum, et anni eorum cum festinatione.
Therefore he consumed their days in vanity, and their years in terror.
因此，他叫他們的日子全歸虛空， 叫他們的年歲盡屬驚恐。
78:34
Cum occideret eos, quaerebant eum et revertebantur, et diluculo veniebant ad eum.
When he killed them, then they inquired after him. They returned and sought God earnestly.
他殺他們的時候，他們才求問他， 回心轉意，切切地尋求上帝。
78:35
Et rememorati sunt quia Deus adjutor est eorum, et Deus excelsus redemptor eorum est.
They remembered that God was their rock, the Most High God, their redeemer.
他們也追念上帝是他們的磐石， 至高的上帝是他們的救贖主。
78:36
Et dilexerunt eum in ore suo, et lingua sua mentiti sunt ei ;
But they flattered him with their mouth, and lied to him with their tongue.
他們卻用口諂媚他， 用舌向他說謊。
78:37
cor autem eorum non erat rectum cum eo, nec fideles habiti sunt in testamento ejus.
For their heart was not right with him, neither were they faithful in his covenant.
因他們的心向他不正， 在他的約上也不忠心。
78:38
Ipse autem est misericors, et propitius fiet peccatis eorum, et non disperdet eos. Et abundavit ut averteret iram suam, et non accendit omnem iram suam.
But he, being merciful, forgave iniquity, and didn’t destroy them. Yes, many times he turned his anger away, and didn’t stir up all his wrath.
但他有憐憫， 赦免他們的罪孽， 不滅絕他們， 而且屢次消他的怒氣， 不發盡他的忿怒。
78:39
Et recordatus est quia caro sunt, spiritus vadens et non rediens.
He remembered that they were but flesh, a wind that passes away, and doesn’t come again.
他想到他們不過是血氣， 是一陣去而不返的風。
78:40
Quoties exacerbaverunt eum in deserto ; in iram concitaverunt eum in inaquoso ?
How often they rebelled against him in the wilderness, and grieved him in the desert!
他們在曠野悖逆他， 在荒地叫他擔憂，何其多呢！
78:41
Et conversi sunt, et tentaverunt Deum, et sanctum Israël exacerbaverunt.
They turned again and tempted God, and provoked the Holy One of Israel.
他們再三試探上帝， 惹動以色列的聖者。
78:42
Non sunt recordati manus ejus, die qua redemit eos de manu tribulantis :
They didn’t remember his hand, nor the day when he redeemed them from the adversary;
他們不追念他的能力 和贖他們脫離敵人的日子；
78:43
sicut posuit in Aegypto signa sua, et prodigia sua in campo Taneos ;
how he set his signs in Egypt, his wonders in the field of Zoan,
他怎樣在埃及地顯神蹟， 在瑣安田顯奇事，
78:44
et convertit in sanguinem flumina eorum, et imbres eorum, ne biberent.
he turned their rivers into blood, and their streams, so that they could not drink.
把他們的江河並河汊的水都變為血， 使他們不能喝。
78:45
Misit in eos coenomyiam, et comedit eos, et ranam, et disperdidit eos ;
He sent among them swarms of flies, which devoured them; and frogs, which destroyed them.
他叫蒼蠅成群落在他們當中，嘬盡他們， 又叫青蛙滅了他們，
78:46
et dedit aerugini fructus eorum, et labores eorum locustae ;
He also gave their increase to the caterpillar, and their labor to the locust.
把他們的土產交給螞蚱， 把他們辛苦得來的交給蝗蟲。
78:47
et occidit in grandine vineas eorum, et moros eorum in pruina ;
He destroyed their vines with hail, their sycamore fig trees with frost.
他降冰雹打壞他們的葡萄樹， 下嚴霜打壞他們的桑樹，
78:48
et tradidit grandini jumenta eorum, et possessionem eorum igni ;
He also gave over their livestock to the hail, and their flocks to hot thunderbolts.
又把他們的牲畜交給冰雹， 把他們的群畜交給閃電。
78:49
misit in eos iram indignationis suae, indignationem, et iram, et tribulationem, immissiones per angelos malos.
He threw on them the fierceness of his anger, wrath, indignation, and trouble, and a band of angels of evil.
他使猛烈的怒氣和忿怒、惱恨、苦難 成了一群降災的使者，臨到他們。
78:50
Viam fecit semitae irae suae : non pepercit a morte animabus eorum, et jumenta eorum in morte conclusit :
He made a path for his anger. He didn’t spare their soul from death, but gave their life over to the pestilence,
他為自己的怒氣修平了路， 將他們交給瘟疫， 使他們死亡，
78:51
et percussit omne primogenitum in terra Aegypti ; primitias omnis laboris eorum in tabernaculis Cham :
and struck all the firstborn in Egypt, the chief of their strength in the tents of Ham.
在埃及擊殺一切長子， 在含的帳棚中擊殺他們強壯時頭生的。
78:52
et abstulit sicut oves populum suum, et perduxit eos tamquam gregem in deserto :
But he led out his own people like sheep, and guided them in the wilderness like a flock.
他卻領出自己的民如羊， 在曠野引他們如羊群。
78:53
et deduxit eos in spe, et non timuerunt, et inimicos eorum operuit mare.
He led them safely, so that they weren’t afraid, but the sea overwhelmed their enemies.
他領他們穩穩妥妥地，使他們不致害怕； 海卻淹沒他們的仇敵。
78:54
Et induxit eos in montem sanctificationis suae, montem quem acquisivit dextera ejus ; et ejecit a facie eorum gentes, et sorte divisit eis terram in funiculo distributionis ;
He brought them to the border of his sanctuary, to this mountain, which his right hand had taken.
他帶他們到自己聖地的邊界， 到他右手所得的這山地。
78:55
et habitare fecit in tabernaculis eorum tribus Israël.
He also drove out the nations before them, allotted them for an inheritance by line, and made the tribes of Israel to dwell in their tents.
他在他們面前趕出外邦人， 用繩子將外邦的地量給他們為業， 叫以色列支派的人住在他們的帳棚裏。
78:56
Et tentaverunt, et exacerbaverunt Deum excelsum, et testimonia ejus non custodierunt.
Yet they tempted and rebelled against the Most High God, and didn’t keep his testimonies,
他們仍舊試探、悖逆至高的上帝， 不守他的法度，
78:57
Et averterunt se, et non servaverunt pactum : quemadmodum patres eorum, conversi sunt in arcum pravum.
but turned back, and dealt treacherously like their fathers. They were twisted like a deceitful bow.
反倒退後，行詭詐，像他們的祖宗一樣； 他們改變，如同翻背的弓。
78:58
In iram concitaverunt eum in collibus suis, et in sculptilibus suis ad aemulationem eum provocaverunt.
For they provoked him to anger with their high places, and moved him to jealousy with their engraved images.
因他們的邱壇惹了他的怒氣； 因他們雕刻的偶像觸動他的憤恨。
78:59
Audivit Deus, et sprevit, et ad nihilum redegit valde Israël.
When God heard this, he was angry, and greatly abhorred Israel,
上帝聽見就發怒， 極其憎惡以色列人。
78:60
Et repulit tabernaculum Silo, tabernaculum suum, ubi habitavit in hominibus.
so that he abandoned the tent of Shiloh, the tent which he placed among men,
甚至他離棄示羅的帳幕， 就是他在人間所搭的帳棚；
78:61
Et tradidit in captivitatem virtutem eorum, et pulchritudinem eorum in manus inimici.
and delivered his strength into captivity, his glory into the adversary’s hand.
又將他的約櫃 交與人擄去， 將他的榮耀交在敵人手中；
78:62
Et conclusit in gladio populum suum, et haereditatem suam sprevit.
He also gave his people over to the sword, and was angry with his inheritance.
並將他的百姓交與刀劍， 向他的產業發怒。
78:63
Juvenes eorum comedit ignis, et virgines eorum non sunt lamentatae.
Fire devoured their young men. Their virgins had no wedding song.
少年人被火燒滅； 處女也無喜歌。
78:64
Sacerdotes eorum in gladio ceciderunt, et viduae eorum non plorabantur.
Their priests fell by the sword, and their widows couldn’t weep.
祭司倒在刀下， 寡婦卻不哀哭。
78:65
Et excitatus est tamquam dormiens Dominus, tamquam potens crapulatus a vino.
Then the Lord awakened as one out of sleep, like a mighty man who shouts by reason of wine.
那時，主像世人睡醒， 像勇士飲酒呼喊。
78:66
Et percussit inimicos suos in posteriora ; opprobrium sempiternum dedit illis.
He struck his adversaries backward. He put them to a perpetual reproach.
他就打退了他的敵人， 叫他們永蒙羞辱；
78:67
Et repulit tabernaculum Joseph, et tribum Ephraim non elegit :
Moreover he rejected the tent of Joseph, and didn’t choose the tribe of Ephraim,
並且他棄掉約瑟的帳棚， 不揀選以法蓮支派，
78:68
sed elegit tribum Juda, montem Sion, quem dilexit.
But chose the tribe of Judah, Mount Zion which he loved.
卻揀選猶大支派－他所喜愛的錫安山；
78:69
Et aedificavit sicut unicornium sanctificium suum, in terra quam fundavit in saecula.
He built his sanctuary like the heights, like the earth which he has established forever.
蓋造他的聖所，好像高峰， 又像他建立永存之地；
78:70
Et elegit David, servum suum, et sustulit eum de gregibus ovium ; de post foetantes accepit eum :
He also chose David his servant, and took him from the sheepfolds;
又揀選他的僕人大衛， 從羊圈中將他召來，
78:71
pascere Jacob servum suum, et Israël haereditatem suam.
from following the ewes that have their young, he brought him to be the shepherd of Jacob, his people, and Israel, his inheritance.
叫他不再跟從那些帶奶的母羊， 為要牧養自己的百姓雅各 和自己的產業以色列。
78:72
Et pavit eos in innocentia cordis sui, et in intellectibus manuum suarum deduxit eos.
So he was their shepherd according to the integrity of his heart, and guided them by the skillfulness of his hands.
於是，他按心中的純正牧養他們， 用手中的巧妙引導他們。
