Hodiernam festivitatem, dilectissimi, apparitio Domini Salvatoris nostri, sicut nostris [F. nostis] illustrat, et hic ille est dies quo agnoscendum adorandumque Dei Filium tres magos prævia stella perduxit, etc. Desinit: Dilatio enim vindictæ dat locum pœnitentiæ, etc. Editus pariter ut superior pag. 88, num. 5, De Epiphania Domini.
'Most beloved, the appearing of the Lord our Savior illumines today's festivity, as you know [F. 'as it does ours'], and this is that day on which the leading star brought the three Magi to acknowledge and adore the Son of God,' etc. It ends: 'For the deferral of vengeance gives place to repentance,' etc. It was published likewise as the preceding one, on page 88, number 5, On the Epiphany of the Lord.
