116:4
ሀሌሉያ ። አፍቀርኩ ፡ እስመ ፡ ሰምዐኒ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ ቃለ ፡ ስእለትየ ።
Then I called on Yahweh’s name: “Yahweh, I beg you, deliver my soul.”
那時，我便求告耶和華的名，說： 耶和華啊，求你救我的靈魂！
116:5
ወአፅምአ ፡ እዝኖ ፡ ኀቤየ ፤ ወጸዋዕክዎ ፡ በመዋዕልየ ።
Yahweh is gracious and righteous. Yes, our God is merciful.
耶和華有恩惠，有公義； 我們的上帝以憐憫為懷。
116:6
አኀዘኒ ፡ ጻዕረ ፡ ሞት ፡ ወረከበኒ ፡ ሕማመ ፡ ሲኦል ፤
Yahweh preserves the simple. I was brought low, and he saved me.
耶和華保護愚人； 我落到卑微的地步，他救了我。
116:7
ሕማም ፡ ወምንዳቤ ፡ ረከበኒ ። ወጸዋዕኩ ፡ ስመ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፤
Return to your rest, my soul, for Yahweh has dealt bountifully with you.
我的心哪！你要仍歸安樂， 因為耶和華用厚恩待你。
116:8
እግዚኦ ፡ ባልሓ ፡ ለነፍስየ ። መሓሪ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ ወጻድቅ ፤ ወአምላክነሂ ፡ መስተሣህል ።
For you have delivered my soul from death, my eyes from tears, and my feet from falling.
主啊，你救我的命免了死亡， 救我的眼免了流淚， 救我的腳免了跌倒。
116:9
የዐቅብ ፡ ሕፃናተ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፤ ተመንደብኩሂ ፡ ወአድኀነኒ ።
I will walk before Yahweh in the land of the living.
我要在耶和華面前行活人之路。
116:10
ግብኢ ፡ ነፍስየ ፡ ውስተ ፡ ዕረፍትኪ ፤ እስመ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ ረዳኢኪ ።
I believed, therefore I said, “I was greatly afflicted.”
我因信，所以如此說話； 我受了極大的困苦。
116:11
እስመ ፡ አድኀና ፡ ለነፍስየ ፡ እሞት ፤ ወለአዕይንትየኒ ፡ እምአንብዕ ፡ ወለእገርየኒ ፡ እምዳኅፅ ። ከመ ፡ አሥምሮ ፡ ለእግዚአብሔር ፡ በብሔረ ፡ ሕያዋን ።
I said in my haste, “All people are liars.”
我曾急促地說： 人都是說謊的！
116:12
ሀሌሉያ ። አመንኩ ፡ በዘነበብኩ ፤ ወአንሰ ፡ ብዙኀ ፡ ሐመምኩ ።
What will I give to Yahweh for all his benefits toward me?
我拿甚麼報答耶和華向我所賜的一切厚恩？
116:13
አንሰ ፡ አቤ ፡ እምግዕዝየ ፤ ኵሉ ፡ ሰብእ ፡ ሐሳዊ ፡ ውእቱ ።
I will take the cup of salvation, and call on Yahweh’s name.
我要舉起救恩的杯， 稱揚耶和華的名。
116:14
ምንተኑ ፡ አዐስዮ ፡ ለእግዚአብሔር ፤ በእንተ ፡ ኵሉ ፡ ዘገብረ ፡ ሊተ ።
I will pay my vows to Yahweh, yes, in the presence of all his people.
我要在他眾民面前向耶和華還我的願。
116:15
ጽዋዐ ፡ ሕይወት ፡ እትሜጦ ፤ ወስመ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ እጼውዕ ።
Precious in Yahweh’s sight is the death of his saints.
在耶和華眼中， 看聖民之死極為寶貴。
116:16
[ወእሁብ ፡ ብፅአትየ ፡ ለእግዚአብሔር ፤ በቅድመ ፡ ኵሉ ፡ ሕዝቡ ።] ክብር ፡ ሞቱ ፡ ለጻድቅ ፡ በቅድመ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ።
Yahweh, truly I am your servant. I am your servant, the son of your servant girl. You have freed me from my chains.
耶和華啊，我真是你的僕人； 我是你的僕人，是你婢女的兒子。 你已經解開我的綁索。
116:17
እግዚኦ ፡ አነ ፡ ገብርከ ፤ ገብርከ ፡ ወልደ ፡ አመትከ ፤
I will offer to you the sacrifice of thanksgiving, and will call on Yahweh’s name.
我要以感謝為祭獻給你， 又要求告耶和華的名。
116:18
ወሰበርከ ፡ መዋቅሕትየ ። ለከ ፡ እሠውዕ ፡ መሥዋዕተ ፡ ስብሓት ፤ [ወስመ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ እጼውዕ ፡]
I will pay my vows to Yahweh, yes, in the presence of all his people,
我要在他眾民面前， 在耶和華殿的院內， 在耶路撒冷當中， 向耶和華還我的願。 你們要讚美耶和華！
116:19
ወእሁብ ፡ ብፅአትየ ፡ ለእግዚአብሔር ፤ በቅድመ ፡ ኵሉ ፡ ሕዝቡ ። በዐጸደ ፡ ቤተ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፤ ወበማእከሌኪ ፡ ኢየሩሳሌም ።
in the courts of Yahweh’s house, in the middle of you, Jerusalem. Praise Yah!
我要在他眾民面前， 在耶和華殿的院內， 在耶路撒冷當中， 向耶和華還我的願。 你們要讚美耶和華！
