128:2
ማኅሌት ፡ ዘበመዓርጊሁ ። ብፁዓን ፡ ኵሎሙ ፡ እለ ፡ ይፈርህዎ ፡ ለእግዚአብሔር ፤ እለ ፡ የሐውሩ ፡ በፍናዊሁ ።
For you will eat the labor of your hands. You will be happy, and it will be well with you.
你要吃勞碌得來的； 你要享福，事情順利。
128:3
ፍሬ ፡ ጻማከ ፡ ትሴሰይ ። ብፁዕ ፡ አንተ ፡ ወሠናይ ፡ ለከ ።
Your wife will be as a fruitful vine in the innermost parts of your house, your children like olive shoots around your table.
你妻子在你的內室，好像多結果子的葡萄樹； 你兒女圍繞你的桌子，好像橄欖栽子。
128:4
ብእሲትከ ፡ ከመ ፡ ወይን ፡ ስሙር ፡ ውስተ ፡ ጽርሐ ፡ ቤትከ ፤
Behold, this is how the man who fears Yahweh is blessed.
看哪，敬畏耶和華的人必要這樣蒙福！
128:5
ወውሉድከ ፡ ከመ ፡ ተክለ ፡ ዘይት ፡ ሐይት ፡ ሐዲስ ፡ ዐውድ ፡ ማእድከ ።
May Yahweh bless you out of Zion, and may you see the good of Jerusalem all the days of your life.
願耶和華從錫安賜福給你！ 願你一生一世看見耶路撒冷的好處！
128:6
ናሁ ፡ ከመዝ ፡ ይትባረክ ፡ ብእሲ ፡ ዘይፈርሆ ፡ ለእግዚአብሔር ። ይባርከከ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ እምጽዮን ፤ ወትሬኢ ፡ ሠናይታ ፡ ለኢየሩሳሌም ፡ በኵሉ ፡ መዋዕለ ፡ ሕይወትከ ። ወትሬኢ ፡ ውሉደ ፡ ውሉድከ ፤ ሰላም ፡ ላዕለ ፡ እስራኤል ።
Yes, may you see your children’s children. Peace be upon Israel.
願你看見你兒女的兒女！ 願平安歸於以色列！
