30:2
ፍጻሜ ፡ መዝሙር ፡ ማኅሌት ፡ ለተሐድሶ ፡ ቤቱ ፡ ለዳዊት ። ኣአኵተከ ፡ እግዚኦ ፡ እስመ ፡ ተወከፍክኒ ፤ ወስላተ ፡ ጸላኢየ ፡ ኢረሰይከኒ ።
Yahweh my God, I cried to you, and you have healed me.
耶和華－我的上帝啊， 我曾呼求你，你醫治了我。
30:3
እግዚኦ ፡ አምላኪየ ፡ ጸራኅኩ ፡ ኀቤከ ፡ ወተሣሀልከኒ ።
Yahweh, you have brought up my soul from Sheol. You have kept me alive, that I should not go down to the pit.
耶和華啊，你曾把我的靈魂從陰間救上來， 使我存活，不至於下坑。
30:4
እግዚኦ ፡ አውፃእካ ፡ እምሲኦል ፡ ለነፍስየ ፤ ወአድኀንከኒ ፡ እምእለ ፡ ይወርዱ ፡ ውስተ ፡ ግብ ።
Sing praise to Yahweh, you saints of his. Give thanks to his holy name.
耶和華的聖民哪，你們要歌頌他， 稱讚他可記念的聖名。
30:5
ዘምሩ ፡ ለእግዚአብሔር ፡ ጻድቃኑ ፤ ወግነዩ ፡ ለዝክረ ፡ ቅድሳቱ ።
For his anger is but for a moment. His favor is for a lifetime. Weeping may stay for the night, but joy comes in the morning.
因為，他的怒氣不過是轉眼之間； 他的恩典乃是一生之久。 一宿雖然有哭泣， 早晨便必歡呼。
30:6
እስመ ፡ መቅሠፍት ፡ እመዐቱ ፡ ወሐይው ፡ እምፈቅዱ ፤
As for me, I said in my prosperity, “I shall never be moved.”
至於我，我凡事平順，便說： 我永不動搖。
30:7
በምሴት ፡ ይደምፅ ፡ ብካይ ፡ ወበጽባሕ ፡ ፍሥሓ ።
You, Yahweh, when you favored me, made my mountain stand strong; but when you hid your face, I was troubled.
耶和華啊，你曾施恩，叫我的江山穩固； 你掩了面，我就驚惶。
30:8
አንሰ ፡ እቤ ፡ በትድላየ ፤ ኢይትሀወክ ፡ ለዓለም ።
I cried to you, Yahweh. I made supplication to the Lord:
耶和華啊，我曾求告你； 我向耶和華懇求，說：
30:9
እግዚኦ ፡ በሥምረትከ ፡ ሀባ ፡ ኀይለ ፡ ለሕይወትየ ፤
“What profit is there in my destruction, if I go down to the pit? Shall the dust praise you? Shall it declare your truth?
我被害流血，下到坑中，有甚麼益處呢？ 塵土豈能稱讚你，傳說你的誠實嗎？
30:10
ሜጥከሰ ፡ ገጸከ ፡ ወኮንኩ ፡ ድንጉፀ ።
Hear, Yahweh, and have mercy on me. Yahweh, be my helper.”
耶和華啊，求你應允我，憐恤我！ 耶和華啊，求你幫助我！
30:11
ኀቤከ ፡ እግዚኦ ፡ ጸራኅኩ ፡ ኀበ ፡ አምላኪየ ፡ እስእል ።
You have turned my mourning into dancing for me. You have removed my sackcloth, and clothed me with gladness,
你已將我的哀哭變為跳舞， 將我的麻衣脫去，給我披上喜樂，
30:12
ምንተ ፡ ያሰልጥ ፡ ደምየ ፡ ለእመ ፡ ወረድኩ ፡ ውስተ ፡ ሙስና ፤ መሬትኑ ፡ የአምነከ ፡ ወይነግር ፡ ጽድቀከ ። ሰምዐ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ ወተሠሀለኒ ፤ ወኮነኒ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ ረዳኢየ ። ሜትከ ፡ ላሕየ ፡ ወአስተፈሣሕከኒ ፤ ሰጠጥከ ፡ ሠቅየ ፡ ወሐሤተ ፡ አቅነትከኒ ። ከመዝ ፡ እዜምር ፡ ለከ ፡ ክብርየ ፡ ወኢይደንግፅ ፤ እግዚኦ ፡ አምላኪየ ፡ እገኒ ፡ ለከ ፡ ለዓለም ።
to the end that my heart may sing praise to you, and not be silent. Yahweh my God, I will give thanks to you forever!
好叫我的靈 歌頌你，並不住聲。 耶和華－我的上帝啊，我要稱謝你，直到永遠！
