sunt, aut parasynaxes, aut synodos, aut ordinationes, aut baptismata, aut exarchos habere, aut paternitates seu ahbatias, aut defensiones Instituere, aut curare seu administrare villas per SeIpsos, aut per interpositas personas, aut quid prohibitorum facere. Qui transgressus haec fuerit, ultimum supplicium luit.
……也不可舉行分立的聚會（parasynaxes）、或主教會議、或按立、或施洗、或設立宗主教（exarchos）、或設立父職即修道院長之職、或設立護衛、或親自或藉中間人經營管理田莊、或行任何被禁之事。凡違犯這些的人，要受極刑。
...nor to hold separate assemblies (parasynaxes), or synods, or ordinations, or baptisms, or to have exarchs, or paternities, that is, abbacies, or to establish defenses, or to manage or administer estates either by themselves or through interposed persons, or to do any of the things forbidden. Whoever shall have transgressed these things suffers the ultimate punishment.
