Idem AuguStus. Ut non liceat parentibns impedire quominos iiberi eornm volentes monachi aut clerici fiant, aut cam ob solam causam exhæredare: sed si ipsi testamentum condant, necesse habento quadrantem illis relinquere; sin autem hoc non fecerint, locus sit ab intestato. §1. Quod si illi monasteria aut ecclesias relinquant; atque mundani Hiant, omne ipsorum jus ad monastenum aut ecdesiam pertinet.
同一奧古斯都。父母不得阻止其甘願的兒女成為修士或聖職人員，亦不得僅以此為由將之剝奪繼承權；但若父母立遺囑，則必須至少留給他們四分之一的份額；若未如此行，便應依無遺囑繼承之法處理。第一節。但若這些兒女離棄修道院或教會，重返世俗，他們的一切權利皆歸於該修道院或教會。
The same Augustus. That it shall not be permitted to parents to hinder their children, who so will, from becoming monks or clerics, or to disinherit them for that cause alone; but if the parents make a will, they shall be bound to leave them at least a fourth part; and if they do not do this, there shall be room for intestate succession. §1. But if such children abandon the monasteries or churches and become worldly again, all their right passes to the monastery or church.
