Sanctæ, etc. Samaritanorum synagogæ destruuntur; et, si alias tentent facere, puniuntur. — § 1. Non possunt successores habere ex testamento, vel ab intestato, praeter orthodoxos; neque donant, aut aliter alienant hi qui non sunt orthodoxi, sed fiscus ipsa vindicat providentia episcoporum et præsidum.

The holy, etc. The synagogues of the Samaritans are to be destroyed; and if they attempt to build others, they are punished. § 1. They cannot have successors by will, or on intestacy, except orthodox ones; nor do those who are not orthodox give by donation or otherwise alienate, but the fisc claims those very goods under the provision of the bishops and governors.
