📖 This chapter exists in 3 other originals — side by side (Hebrew Old Testament, Vulgate, Ge'ez Bible)
⚠️ Psalms use Masoretic (Hebrew) numbering, which differs from printed Vulgate and Septuagint editions: Ps 14 here = Ps 13 in print. Convert before citing a printed edition.
ℹ️ This corpus has no verse-level morphological tagging. Lemmas come mainly from word-level tagging of other books in the same language (not from this verse), falling back to dictionary form-matching for the rest. Rare homographs can still be misread; verify against the original and a specialist lexicon where precision matters.
ℹ️ The Chinese and English alongside are this site's own translation, made directly from the original text on this page (not the CUV or the WEB, which follow the Masoretic Text and a different textual tradition).

To the end; a psalm to David. The fool said in his heart: There is no God. They were corrupted and became abominable in their practices; there is none who does goodness, there is not even one.
They all turned aside; together they became useless; there is none who does goodness, there is not even one. Their throat is an open grave; with their tongues they practised deceit; the venom of asps is under their lips; whose mouth is full of cursing and bitterness; their feet are swift to shed blood; ruin and misery are in their ways; and the way of peace they have not known; there is no fear of God before their eyes.
