Festivitati sanctae cumulus, quam prospere vestra intercessione transegimus, caritatis apicibus quos direxistis accrevit: et ob id multipliciter reddidit lætiores, quod Ecclesiam quae ubique una est, unitas complectitur gaudiorum. Tribuat Christus, ut sicut anno praesenti desideria nostra felicibus complestis Indiciis, ita quoque tempore secuturo visitationem semper optandam Viennensi Ecclesiae conferatis.

A crown was added to the holy festival, which we passed through so prosperously by your intercession, through the letters of charity which you sent; and on that account it made us manifoldly the more joyful, that a unity of joys embraces the Church which is everywhere one. May Christ grant that, as in the present year you have fulfilled our desires with happy tokens, so also in the time to come you may confer upon the Church of Vienne that visitation which is ever to be wished for.
