10:1
לָמָ֣ה יְ֭הֹוָה תַּעֲמֹ֣ד בְּרָח֑וֹק תַּ֝עְלִ֗ים לְעִתּ֥וֹת בַּצָּרָֽה׃
耶和華啊，你為甚麼站在遠處？ 在患難的時候為甚麼隱藏？
Why do you stand far off, Yahweh? Why do you hide yourself in times of trouble?
10:2
בְּגַאֲוַ֣ת רָ֭שָׁע יִדְלַ֣ק עָנִ֑י יִתָּפְשׂ֓וּ׀ בִּמְזִמּ֖וֹת ז֣וּ חָשָֽׁבוּ׃
惡人在驕橫中把困苦人追得火急； 願他們陷在自己所設的計謀裏。
In arrogance, the wicked hunt down the weak. They are caught in the schemes that they devise.
10:3
כִּֽי־הִלֵּ֣ל רָ֭שָׁע עַל־תַּאֲוַ֣ת נַפְשׁ֑וֹ וּבֹצֵ֥עַ בֵּ֝רֵ֗ךְ נִ֘אֵ֥ץ׀יְהֹוָֽה׃
因為惡人以心願自誇； 貪財的背棄耶和華，並且輕慢他 。
For the wicked boasts of his heart’s cravings. He blesses the greedy and condemns Yahweh.
10:4
רָשָׁ֗ע כְּגֹ֣בַהּ אַ֭פּוֹ בַּל־יִדְרֹ֑שׁ אֵ֥ין אֱ֝לֹהִ֗ים כׇּל־מְזִמּוֹתָֽיו׃
惡人面帶驕傲，說：耶和華必不追究； 他一切所想的都以為沒有上帝。
The wicked, in the pride of his face, has no room in his thoughts for God.
10:5
יָ֘חִ֤ילוּ דְרָכָ֨ו׀ בְּכׇל־עֵ֗ת מָר֣וֹם מִ֭שְׁפָּטֶיךָ מִנֶּגְדּ֑וֹ כׇּל־צ֝וֹרְרָ֗יו יָפִ֥יחַ בָּהֶֽם׃
凡他所做的，時常穩固； 你的審判超過他的眼界。 至於他一切的敵人， 他都向他們噴氣。
His ways are prosperous at all times. He is arrogant, and your laws are far from his sight. As for all his adversaries, he sneers at them.
10:6
אָמַ֣ר בְּ֭לִבּוֹ בַּל־אֶמּ֑וֹט לְדֹ֥ר וָ֝דֹ֗ר אֲשֶׁ֣ר לֹֽא־בְרָֽע׃
他心裏說：我必不動搖， 世世代代不遭災難。
He says in his heart, “I shall not be shaken. For generations I shall have no trouble.”
10:7
אָלָ֤ה׀ פִּ֣יהוּ מָ֭לֵא וּמִרְמ֣וֹת וָתֹ֑ךְ תַּ֥חַת לְ֝שׁוֹנ֗וֹ עָמָ֥ל וָאָֽוֶן׃
他滿口是咒罵、詭詐、欺壓， 舌底是毒害、奸惡。
His mouth is full of cursing, deceit, and oppression. Under his tongue is mischief and iniquity.
10:8
יֵשֵׁ֤ב׀ בְּמַאְרַ֬ב חֲצֵרִ֗ים בַּֽ֭מִּסְתָּרִים יַהֲרֹ֣ג נָקִ֑י עֵ֝ינָ֗יו לְֽחֵלְכָ֥ה יִצְפֹּֽנוּ׃
他在村莊埋伏等候； 他在隱密處殺害無辜的人。 他的眼睛窺探無倚無靠的人；
He lies in wait near the villages. From ambushes, he murders the innocent. His eyes are secretly set against the helpless.
10:9
יֶאֱרֹ֬ב בַּמִּסְתָּ֨ר׀ כְּאַרְיֵ֬ה בְסֻכֹּ֗ה יֶ֭אֱרֹב לַחֲט֣וֹף עָנִ֑י יַחְטֹ֥ף עָ֝נִ֗י בְּמׇשְׁכ֥וֹ בְרִשְׁתּֽוֹ׃
他埋伏在暗地，如獅子蹲在洞中。 他埋伏，要擄去困苦人； 他拉網，就把困苦人擄去。
He lurks in secret as a lion in his ambush. He lies in wait to catch the helpless. He catches the helpless when he draws him in his net.
10:10
(ודכה) [יִדְכֶּ֥ה] יָשֹׁ֑חַ וְנָפַ֥ל בַּ֝עֲצוּמָ֗יו (חלכאים) [חֵ֣ל כָּאִֽים]׃
他屈身蹲伏， 無倚無靠的人就倒在他爪牙 之下。
The helpless are crushed. They collapse. They fall under his strength.
10:11
אָמַ֣ר בְּ֭לִבּוֹ שָׁ֣כַֽח אֵ֑ל הִסְתִּ֥יר פָּ֝נָ֗יו בַּל־רָאָ֥ה לָנֶֽצַח׃
他心裏說：上帝竟忘記了； 他掩面永不觀看。
He says in his heart, “God has forgotten. He hides his face. He will never see it.”
10:12
קוּמָ֤ה יְהֹוָ֗ה אֵ֭ל נְשָׂ֣א יָדֶ֑ךָ אַל־תִּשְׁכַּ֥ח (עניים) [עֲנָוִֽים]׃
耶和華啊，求你起來！ 上帝啊，求你舉手，不要忘記困苦人！
Arise, Yahweh! God, lift up your hand! Don’t forget the helpless.
10:13
עַל־מֶ֤ה׀ נִאֵ֖ץ רָשָׁ֥ע׀אֱלֹהִ֑ים אָמַ֥ר בְּ֝לִבּ֗וֹ לֹ֣א תִדְרֹֽשׁ׃
惡人為何輕慢上帝， 心裏說：你必不追究？
Why does the wicked person condemn God, and say in his heart, “God won’t call me into account”?
10:14
רָאִ֡תָה כִּי־אַתָּ֤ה׀ עָ֘מָ֤ל וָכַ֨עַס׀ תַּבִּיט֮ לָתֵ֢ת בְּיָ֫דֶ֥ךָ עָ֭לֶיךָ יַעֲזֹ֣ב חֵלֵ֑כָה יָ֝ת֗וֹם אַתָּ֤ה׀ הָיִ֬יתָ עוֹזֵֽר׃
其實你已經觀看； 因為奸惡毒害，你都看見了， 為要以手施行報應。 無倚無靠的人把自己交託你； 你向來是幫助孤兒的。
But you do see trouble and grief. You consider it to take it into your hand. You help the victim and the fatherless.
10:15
שְׁ֭בֹר זְר֣וֹעַ רָשָׁ֑ע וָ֝רָ֗ע תִּֽדְרוֹשׁ־רִשְׁע֥וֹ בַל־תִּמְצָֽא׃
願你打斷惡人的膀臂； 至於壞人，願你追究他的惡，直到淨盡。
Break the arm of the wicked. As for the evil man, seek out his wickedness until you find none.
10:16
יְהֹוָ֣ה מֶ֭לֶךְ עוֹלָ֣ם וָעֶ֑ד אָבְד֥וּ ג֝וֹיִ֗ם מֵאַרְצֽוֹ׃
耶和華永永遠遠為王； 外邦人從他的地已經滅絕了。
Yahweh is King forever and ever! The nations will perish out of his land.
10:17
תַּאֲוַ֬ת עֲנָוִ֣ים שָׁמַ֣עְתָּ יְהֹוָ֑ה תָּכִ֥ין לִ֝בָּ֗ם תַּקְשִׁ֥יב אׇזְנֶֽךָ׃
耶和華啊，謙卑人的心願， 你早已知道 。 你必預備他們的心， 也必側耳聽他們的祈求，
Yahweh, you have heard the desire of the humble. You will prepare their heart. You will cause your ear to hear,
10:18
לִשְׁפֹּ֥ט יָת֗וֹם וָ֫דָ֥ךְ בַּל־יוֹסִ֥יף ע֑וֹד לַעֲרֹ֥ץ אֱ֝נ֗וֹשׁ מִן־הָאָֽרֶץ׃ {פ}
為要給孤兒和受欺壓的人伸冤， 使強橫的人不再威嚇他們。
to judge the fatherless and the oppressed, that man who is of the earth may terrify no more.
